Tuve una estancia excepcional en el Courtyard by Marriott de Agra, India. Desde mi llegada, la hospitalidad y el servicio fueron excepcionales. El diseño moderno y elegante del hotel se integró a la perfección con el encanto cultural de Agra, convirtiéndolo en un refugio relajante y lujoso. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas, limpias y bien equipadas, ofreciendo un ambiente cómodo y tranquilo después de un día de turismo. Uno de los aspectos más destacados de mi estancia fue el impecable servicio del personal. Siempre estuvieron atentos y dispuestos a asegurarse de que tuviera todo lo que necesitaba, desde la recepción hasta el personal del restaurante. La comida fue otro punto a destacar: disfruté muchísimo de la cocina internacional y local india. El desayuno buffet fue una forma deliciosa de empezar el día, con una gran selección de frutas frescas, productos horneados y desayunos tradicionales indios como parathas y dosas. La ubicación del hotel también es ideal, a un corto trayecto en coche del emblemático Taj Mahal. La piscina de la azotea ofrecía unas vistas magníficas del Taj Mahal, un lugar perfecto para relajarse por la noche. En general, recomiendo encarecidamente el Courtyard by Marriott en Agra a cualquiera que busque una combinación de lujo, comodidad y servicio excepcional en esta hermosa ciudad.

The Hotel is located in a rather congested area without a shred of greenery. The check in was quick and the room was kept ready. A few structural fallacies in the room were realised only later by me. The glass  door of the shower cubicle had almost 2.5 inches space at he bottom and an inch on the sides. With the result water would pour out on taking a bath and wet the entire wash room. The shower heads were also blocked and it was not a happy experience having the plumber working in the toilet on a ladder for almost an hour trying to clean the shower heads. Regarding housekeeping , on day 2 of my stay the housekeeping arrived after repeated calls to the reception only at 5 pm and on day 3 they came at 2 pm only on personally complaining at the reception. This was unacceptable since all our towels were already utilised in mopping the wet floor in the washroom. There is only one restaurant in the Hotel where I found the staff very cordial and friendly though the menu could be more elaborate…. it definitely was not up to the industry standard which would justify the costs. In a nutshell you could try the Hotel out provided you are prepared to deal with the few lacunae that exist at this point of time.

The best hotel I’ve visited in India. Everything was at a high level: welcoming and helpful staff, cleanliness, security and really tasty food with a wide variety of options at the buffet breakfast. A view of the Taj Mahal from the rooftop and from some rooms is a big advantage.

It was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER. But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night. And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome. I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.

El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad. La gente se quejaba, pero el personal del hotel no pudo tomar una postura firme y desactivar la música. El día siguiente, el día siguiente, tuve un vuelo a las 8:00 y me afectó a mi trabajo.

Несколько раз останавливался в этом отеле несколько лет назад и сейчас решил остановиться здесь. Номера чистые, кровати комфортные, косметика хорошая. Но вот что изменилось так это завтраки, элементарно нет сосисок и лапши, можно конечно попросить омлет и блины или досу, но где же обычная еда? Три раза завтракал и только в один день было из мясного сосиски, а также фасоль, которых не было в другие два дня. Фрукты нарезает один человек в таком объеме, что даже в 7:30 утра не хватает на 5-10 человек, которые приходят к этому времени. При этом ужины хорошие, большой выбор и разнообразие. Исправьте завтраки! Обслуживание при этом в ресторане хорошее!

La habitación era muy agradable pero es ruidosa, no está seguro de que se debe al bando de la puerta de la puerta o a algún tipo de sonido de máquina. El servicio es lento. Buena para las estancias cortas como valor.

El personal está bien apoyado, vestido y servicio Incluso si voy a las 15:00 para hacer las formalidades de estadía, puedo hacer las formalidades de estadía de forma normal, incluso si voy a las 12:00. El restaurante es hermoso. La cama es muy suave y duerme muy cómodo. Buen servicio La piscina es hermosa. No es el nivel que no vas a nadar. El menú de desayuno de autobús cambia cada día. Viví dos noches, pero me alegro de que haya cambiado. (Peor) Mi amigo se ha ahogado en la habitación, pero no lo encontró. Cerca de 2 horas después de la salida ... El turbo es muy viejo El ruido de la construcción es muy alto en el día El tiempo 々 parada de la electricidad (que requiere aproximadamente 1 minuto para recuperarse, pero la frecuencia es muy alta ...) Instalaciones del hotel (techo, sala de estar, etc) 々 Algunos lugares no son perfectos En general, se siente viejo y estúpido. El panorama de las ventanas es malo (las ruinas alrededor, etc.) El pan de desayuno no es bueno (pan de cornea, pastel, etc.) debería mejorarse.

The hotel offers excellent hospitality, attentive staff, and prompt service that makes guests feel valued. Comfortable rooms, slightly dated but well maintained amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere ensure a memorable experience for both leisure and business travelers.
