Park Plaza Nottingham is conveniently located in town centre, which was a plus for 2-day visit to our friend in town. I like the modern look of the hotel lobby, as well as the friendly hotel staff. Hotel room was reasonably spacious, but a little dated on the cons side. Moreover, it requires to walk up and down stairs for elevator access from the lobby, which caused a bit of inconvenience to people with limited mobility like my husband. Fortunately, the hotel staff were kind to carry our luggage, which was a tremendous help to us.

Las habitaciones son espaciosas y tienen baños, había un gran escritorio para trabajar en y la conexión a Internet era perfecta, tuve múltiples videoconferencias y nunca se dejó una vez. El hotel está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable. Justo al lado de una gran propiedad de confianza nacional tenía algunas hermosas caminatas de otoño Sin embargo, no hay absolutamente ningún mensaje de teléfono (Vodafone) obviamente nada que hacer con el hotel es sólo información adicional sobre la zona!

Medium. Even canceledl the second day booking the day before for urgency still couldn't get any refund. So the room will be perfectly available on the second day for anyone to take and the hotel still charged you full price. Towel in bathroom has brown stain on it. No idea what was that. Quite at night, breakfast is nice.

Since we arrived in Nottingham quite early, we called the staff to see if we could check in early. The staff was very accommodating and arranged a room for us to rest. The room was spacious, with a view of the campus outside, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. There was also free parking. Overall, we were very satisfied.

It’s a lovely place to stay. The receptionist is very professional and kind. The food is excellent and great. All the staff are helpful and caring. House keepers are very respectful and work with passion.

En general, mi estancia estaba bien. No obstante, hubo algunas cuestiones que afectaron a mi experiencia. Desafortunadamente, ningún miembro del personal vino a abordar la perturbación, lo que dificultó el sueño. Cuando finalmente comencé a dormir, me disturbaron dos piñas que hacen ruidos altos fuera de mi ventana. Esto fue bastante desagradable ver y no parece saludable ni higiénico. Además, a 125 libras por noche, no esperaba ver tapices usados. En general, aunque el personal era excelente, estos problemas se deducieron de una estancia sin embargo muy buena.

Well the hotel is alright, staff are very friendly, location is very good. Spa didn’t seem nice so we wouldn’t go. Our standard room was very small, though cozy. AC wasn’t working, luckily got a heater from the reception. Breakfast was tasty, but raw vegetables were absent (except for slightly cooked tomatoes). It was noisy in the hotel, many people, but everyone was there for the New Year eve. Parking is paid and costs 12 pounds a day - madness!

The location was great and the hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable and the room size was great. We loved that the air con worked well and all amenities listed were available. The breakfast was excellent value for money as well.

We had booked 2 nights here as my friend was having her wedding reception here. The Mour website, trip.com and other booking platforms state they have toiletries available. However, only shower gel was provided. I asked at the reception and the man had an attitude like he didn't care, I explained it was stated on their website, he wasn't bothered. I would have brought it myself but it stated it was provided. The room was nice, big and comfortable. The tiny hanging space hidden behind the bed, the kettle hidden the other side, with a tray covered in stains and spills and cups containing white powder. Far from clean. The price did not reflect the quality here at all and I felt rather embarrassed for my friend as a lot of us stayed here for the wedding. I wouldn't waste my money staying here again.
