El hotel era limpio y útil - aunque muchos personal parecían un poco menos informado - las habitaciones estaban limpias pero frías en la noche, el calentamiento no ayudaba - las instalaciones durante el Navidad y el Año Nuevo no eran como publicitadas- y el restaurante En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad. El hotel está muy cerca de la Universidad de Cambridge y muy cómodo para cualquier lugar que quiera visitar, la habitación es hermosa con vistas al río Cam. Elija absolutamente este hotel la próxima vez que esté en Cambridge .

這個酒店的工作人員是非常非常熱情的，其實也在政的中心，我記得衹有六個房間，上樓梯時感覺不太好，也是沒有電梯，但是特別帥的那個帥哥會把你的行李幫你提上去，我住的是六號房間，感覺還是在小鎮，非常愜意的，這個小鎮有種世外桃源的感覺

Everything else is fine. What's unpleasant is that I'm certain I left something in the room, but their staff said there was nothing left. I don't know if this is a cover-up or someone's lie.

My stay at Novotel Cambridge was extremely disappointing due to serious cleanliness issues. Upon checking into Room 205, I discovered visible blood stains on the duvet. This is not a minor oversight — it is a basic hygiene failure. Clean bedding is the absolute minimum standard any guest should expect. Finding blood stains immediately raised concerns about the room being properly cleaned and inspected. I reported the issue and was informed that the bedding had been cleaned again. However, when I returned to check, the stains were still there. This was both frustrating and alarming, as it suggested a lack of proper quality control within housekeeping. Only after escalating the matter was it properly addressed. Charlotte, the manager, eventually upgraded us to an executive room and provided complimentary breakfast, which I appreciate. However, this does not change the fact that the initial room condition was unacceptable and should never have happened in the first place. An upgrade is a service recovery gesture — it does not erase the hygiene concern or the distress caused at the start of our stay. I hope the hotel seriously reviews its cleaning procedures and room inspection standards to prevent future guests from experiencing the same issue. Unfortunately, based on cleanliness alone, I would not rate this stay highly.

The hotel staffs are excellent included the check in staff,swimming pool receptionist,restaurant staffs, and the cleaner,I left my mobile phone when check out,I went to my car to search and when I returned to the lobby,a staff holding my phone and wait for me there.Grateful to them made my term break trip so impressed and will definitely go back if I had holidays,highly recommend

Good stay. The pool area is quite small and not the cleanest so wouldn’t give it 5 star. Handy that the lockers were free and free towels provided. Would’ve liked a dressing gown. Room service was quick, hot, and tasty. Customer service was lovely but quite slow on reception. I would definitely stay again!

El hotel es un poco viejo, la habitación principal es un poco pequeña, y está especialmente diseñada para ser mayor, pero no hay habitación en el lugar. Más tarde, llegué al hotel de amigos Delta, no lejos, mirando el hall muy bien. El precio es casi igual, debería ser mejor.
