La habitación es muy agradable, es muy agradable y es muy agradable. Cuando pedimos al hotel que proporcionara algo, llevó casi 20 minutos a llegar (más largo que la comida), a la que el alimento estaba frío. Hemos tenido que pedir repetidamente agua potable suficiente, ya que sólo se han proporcionado dos botellas pequeñas para dos personas. Aparte del mal servicio, el hotel está en una ubicación extraña, rodeada de tiendas cerradas y edificios - en ninguna parte cerca del centro comercial de la ciudad - con nada a pie. Con la gestión correcta, podría ser un excelente hotel, pero no está bien allí en este momento.

Instalaciones: Distribución bien diseñada con zonas húmedas y secas separadas. Limpieza: Salvo la alfombra poco adecuada del pasillo, las habitaciones estaban impecablemente limpias. Entorno: Ubicado justo al lado de los grandes almacenes Wangfujing y frente a la calle comercial Shuijing Lane. Servicio: El personal de recepción fue muy amable y servicial.

The room is clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast is good with more variety of food but coffee machine is not in working condition on the day of visit. Take long time to get the lift from car park to upper floor. Overall is good.

Excellent location. Worth the price. Varied breakfast options. Recommended for families. Parking underground option little inconvenient and parking fees for hotel stay is expensive and shocking. Otherwise room is spacious enough and clean. Staff were helpful and check in and out process was quick and seamless.

錯峯旅遊真的很有性價比！這時候的西寧乍暖還寒，冬季供暖尚有幾日才結束，但大街上已見了不少穿短袖、裙子的帥哥靚女。五鑽級的“柴達木國際大酒店”一晚的豪華2米大床房，外帶二份自助早餐，才400元多一點。用攜程的積分兑換後，總共付了不到20元。2024年10月才開業的“柴達木國際大酒店”地理位置優越，身處西寧新區核心，建築恢宏，高端大氣，設施新穎，安全舒適。 尤其感謝酒店前台寧海濤經理，在剛入住時免費給升級了樓層，以體驗更好的感觀及美景。臨走時因乘坐高鐵的時間關係，又非常貼心地給延時到午後三點再退房。👍🏻😄

已經住他們家好幾次了，每次都忍不住要給酒店好評，每次入住來體驗的感覺都不一樣，而且地理位置特別好，這次還給我免費送了一個接機服務，很贊，服務也很好，上次跟負責人簡單聊了一下，才知道他們在旅遊旺季的時候根本訂不到，房間面積也足夠，冬天應該都是地暖，房間進去很熱，衞生方面也沒得説，一次性用品真的很省事衞生，前台小姐姐熱情的沒得説，總之體驗感很好，下次來西寧繼續會選擇他們家！！！

Very nice hotel - centrally located The hotel is very clean. The room was big and comfortable with good amenities and very comfortable beds. Our room was clean and good. It was also possible to open the window a little if you want fresh air. The hotel is located «above» a mall, you must take the elevator to the 19th floor where the reception and restaurant is located. This was absolutely no problem, and the location is excellent. There is a vibrant and modern area around the hotel. It’s not close to the railway station, but catching taxi or even bus is easy. The breakfast was very good and had a nice selection of Chinese food. Tasty and fresh dishes, and nice service from the staff in the restaurant. The service of the staff in the reception was very good. We stayed for two nights, first one and then we returned again because of the good service and overall quality of the hotel. The staff didn’t exercise much English, but with the translation apps it’s absolutely no problem to communicate. If you have WeChat it’s super easy to communicate - the hotel has its own WeChat. BoLi Hotel provided a very good experience and we can truly recommend this hotel.

I booked a room with a window. I spent more than friends to have a better room. However their cheap room had a window but mine did not. Instead it had a glass wall that looked into the hallway. When I first arrived the room door was open. They solved that problem and my friends and I went out to eat. When we returned (3 hours after checking in) none of our room keys worked. I had to go downstairs to reception twice to get it working. Then at breakfast a man started smoking in the breakfast area and no one stopped him. I would pass on this hotel the next time I’m in Xining.

I was extremely impressed with the room. The way it is designed has been very well thought out and it looks as lovely as it is comfortable! The suite had everything we needed including the lovely large bath tub and shower. I loved the space and it would have been ideal for two or three nights in the place. Unfortunately we only stayed for one. It is located near food markets and restaurants and is very close to the train station. The hotel reception was very professional and extremely helpful, they also arranged a car to take us to the train station. The breakfast is standard Chinese style breakfast, I thought it was good and filling, and they offer variety of coffee options with their machine, as well as tea. This hotel is very well organized and designed! I would definitely stay here again if I return to Xining!
