This hotel offers a clean and comfortable stay, but would like to clarify room details. Advertise as River View and I booked based on that description. Unfortunately, my assigned room faced another building instead. The experience may be satisfactory in other aspects, but an obstructed view can really dampen what could be a fantastic stay.

I loved my stay here so much. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly and the location is excellent. I've learned from experience to be skeptical when hotels claim to offer western breakfast especially in smaller cities. That usually means white toast bread and some sausage. But I gotta say this time I was pleasantly surprised and I was happy with the offered options. While here make sure you check out their sky bar/lounge. Really nice views. Overall 8.5/10

Primero, el servicio de transporte es muy limitado. Tienes que esperar más de 10 minutos. Además, los taxis externos no pueden entrar; dicen que hay que comprar un boleto para entrar. Unfortunately, the hotel is like a building site outside. Lots of roadworks which are very noisy. There aren't proper pavements to be able to walk anywhere safely. The staff are very helpful. The room was comfortable, but the view was nothing to write home about. The name Garden Hotel is a little misleading too. There is a small patch of fake grass out the back of the hotel, with a few tables. Very disappointed by the Nanchang Garden Hotel.

Habría sido aún mejor si nos hubieran contactado el día antes del check-in. Esperamos mucho tiempo en el estacionamiento hasta que logramos contactar con la recepción del hotel, y nos dijeron que teníamos que llevar el coche de alquiler a la entrada de la zona escénica y luego tomar un autobús de enlace para llegar al lugar de check-in. The staff was friendly and welcoming and helpful with all my questions. As an ABC, I can’t read Chinese characters so I needed a lot of help. I felt comfortable here, like being at home. The pick up and drop off service to the main street area was convenient. And the location next to Ruqin Lake made it a peaceful place to walk in the morning or watch sunset in the evening. I highly recommend this property!

This hotel enjoys a superb location directly opposite the iconic Tongwanggu, making it extremely convenient to access nearby attractions. There are also many restaurants within easy reach, which added to the overall experience. The breakfast spread was a highlight—offering a wide variety of delicious local cuisine. 👍 The staff were consistently warm and attentive, even thoughtfully providing extra bottles of mineral water for our outings. A special mention goes to the staff member 周女士preparing the local ban fen. She was patient and attentive, taking the time to understand my preferences and offering helpful advice on the right balance of condiments for the noodles. The other local dishes were equally enjoyable. Overall, this Mercure hotel truly lived up to its reputation and offered excellent value for money.

Excellent and stylish place, renovated from old buildings. Direct access to the historical centre from the backyard. Nice, accommodating, and helpful staff, who gave us many good organisation advices (I am traveling with a mandarin speaker, this helps...) Limited breakfast options, but always good, worked fine for me.

Our stay at Hyatt Place Jingdezhen Taoxichuan was truly exceptional! This modern hotel perfectly combines contemporary design with the rich artistic heritage of Jingdezhen, known as the porcelain capital of China. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a comfortable sofa bed that was perfect for our family. The modern amenities including smart TV, fast WiFi, and premium toiletries made our stay extremely comfortable. The location was ideal - right next to the famous Taoxichuan Ceramic Art Avenue, where we could explore numerous ceramic studios, galleries, and workshops. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent recommendations for visiting the Jingdezhen Ceramic Fair and local porcelain factories. We were impressed by the delicious breakfast spread featuring both Chinese and Western options, with fresh local specialties like cold noodles and rice dishes. The coffee at the lobby bar was excellent - a perfect way to start our mornings before exploring the city. The fitness center was well-maintained and had all the equipment we needed. What made this stay special was the hotel's connection to Jingdezhen's ceramic culture - from the beautiful porcelain decorations in the lobby to the ceramic-themed artwork in our room. We visited the Jingdezhen Ceramic Museum and the 798 Art District, both easily accessible from the hotel. The concierge arranged a private pottery-making experience which was the highlight of our trip. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jingdezhen for the ceramic art, cultural experiences, or simply to explore this fascinating historical city. Best hotel in the world.💥 Well, I haven't been to every hotel in the world, but I've stayed in many hotels in many countries, and this one is my absolute favorite. I can never recommend this hotel enough. Their service is better than I've seen anywhere and the staff is beyond friendly! We stayed here for three weeks a year ago, and they all still remember us! The laundry service is unheard of in any other place. You place your dirty clothes in a basket in front of your door, and LATEST the next day it's returned, your clothes clean and ironed. The restaurant is open all day, and you can either order food or eat for free small snacks (drinks, fruits, congee, biscuits....). At 10 pm there is the evening meal, where you get a big bowl of noodles (you can choose the noodles and the sauce). The buffet breakfast is very generous with a lot of choices. Every evening, someone passes by the room to hand out yogurts. The check-out is at 2 pm...! Has anyone seen that anywhere else?! When you come back to the hotel after a day out, the staff will greet you with a ”Welcome home.” Truly love this hotel!
