When it comes to pricing, visitors should anticipate extra costs at checkout; the $37 CAD gated self-parking fee combined with resort charges adds up to an additional $90 CAD or so. Despite these extra fees, the property ultimately delivers great value for money. The experience is further elevated by Whistler itself, which serves as a spectacular, scenic destination—particularly on a sunny day. Purchasing an Alpine ticket is highly recommended, as it seamlessly covers the uphill gondola, the famous Peak 2 Peak gondola, and the chairlift to the very top, capping off a wonderful mountain getaway.

We had a great stay here! The building itself is older, but it’s very obvious that the hotel has been newly renovated. Everything felt clean and fresh , the room was spacious, the furniture looked brand new, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. One of the highlights for our family was the game room, which was perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The amenities were also excellent, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. A huge bonus was the free EV charging, which made our trip even more convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again!

La habitación está muy limpia y la cama es bastante cómoda. Sin embargo, ¿no hay zapatillas ni cepillos de dientes en la ducha? Debe prepararlos usted mismo. El servicio es muy bueno. pero no me dieron dos botellas de agua el segundo día. Se sintió un poco extraño. Hay muchos restaurantes chinos y sushi japonés en los alrededores, así como el supermercado T&T, que es muy conveniente para ir de compras. Nice property. Very ridge on early and late check-in and check out. Check on time is 1:00 and it is an extra $50 to check in early. Check-out time is 11:00 and can be extended to noon without a fee but beyond that it is $50. Breakfast is a little bit light with no hot foods. Great pool and water slide along with a hot tub. I had a suite, and room size was good, almost a mini condominium.

I am writing to formally express my very serious dissatisfaction regarding the condition of my room and the overall standard of service during my stay. To be completely honest, the situation is far below what any reasonable guest would expect from a hotel of this category and price level. There is clearly long-term dust accumulation on the exhaust fan and in multiple corners of the room. This is not a matter of minor housekeeping oversight for a day or two it reflects a prolonged lack of proper maintenance and cleaning standards. Such conditions are unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a luxury establishment. Even more concerning is the foul, rotten odor coming from the sink water. Every time I brush my teeth or wash my hands, the unpleasant smell is immediately noticeable and deeply disturbing. This raises not only comfort issues, but also serious concerns about hygiene and water safety. At this level of accommodation, guests should never have to question the basic quality of the water provided in their room. I strongly believe this matter requires immediate professional inspection. I chose to stay at your hotel and willingly paid a premium rate because I expected a premium experience including cleanliness, attention to detail, and reliable service. Unfortunately, what I have encountered so far reflects a significant gap between the price charged and the quality delivered. In addition, despite leaving a tip for housekeeping and placing a written note clearly requesting replenishment, my shampoo was not refilled. I was eventually forced to go into the corridor to find another staff member for assistance. Cotton swabs were also not replenished for three consecutive days. These are very basic service expectations that should not require repeated reminders from guests. Taken together, these issues have had a substantial negative impact on my stay and overall impression of the hotel. I find this situation extremely disappointing and frankly inconsistent with the reputation and standards your brand claims to uphold. I would appreciate it if management could review this matter seriously and provide a clear and appropriate resolution.

¡Excelente ubicación a un precio excelente! Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar, especialmente por su increíble personal y servicio de limpieza diario. El edificio en sí es un poco antiguo, pero se nota que la administración/propietarios actuales están haciendo todo lo posible por mejorar las instalaciones. Lo bueno: lavandería de monedas a un precio asequible, cocina común, habitaciones muy amplias, un increíble patio en la azotea y sauna, ubicación impecable en el centro de Vancouver. Lo no tan bueno: no hay opciones de desayuno, las ollas y sartenes de la cocina común se ven dudosas, instalaciones un poco antiguas (pero las zonas comunes definitivamente han sido renovadas en los últimos años). ¡Me alojaré de nuevo si vuelvo a la zona!

房間超級大，想得到和想不到的設施應有盡有。可以直接使用中國的插頭，雖然很可惜我是歐規，不能直接使用。地理位置也很好，出行走sky train和uber都方便得不得了。 i人最滿意的一個點是，辦理入住不在一樓，是在單獨的一層樓，這樣出入不會跟前台碰上面～ 總之跟朋友戲稱是非常適合離家出走的地方哈哈哈哈。 前台非常親切，入住的時候出了點問題，工作人員Adi前前後後幫我各種打電話發郵件處理～退房的時候還記得我嗚嗚嗚，真的很貼心啊😘 總之，如果在素裏留宿的話，我會非常推薦這裏。

El hotel está muy bien y los trabajadores muy atentos y agradables. Lo que no me gustó es que nos dieron una habitación justo al lado del ascensor cuando pedí si podía ser lejos. Te dicen que el desayuno está incluido pero con nada que pidas ya te hacen pagar de más. Y lo peor es que te hacen pagar un depósito que se supone devuelven a las 2 o 4 semanas. Muy peseteros. Un quiero y no puedo donde te intentan sacar el dinero por cualquier cosa cuando ya pagas un elevado coste por alojarte allí.
