Friendly Staff, Great Breakfast, and a Very Soft Bed Everyone was super friendly and helpful right from the moment I checked in. The breakfast buffet was great! I really like a soft bed, but honestly, this one might be a little too soft. Still, if that's the only thing I can complain about, I'm totally happy!

So Close to the Airport – and Really Comfortable This place is only a 5-minute walk from Dhaka International Airport, so it's super easy for a quick stay or catching your flight. The rooms give you a choice of two pillows, which is nice. Breakfast has a lot of options, including fresh omelets and fried rice..

Me gustaba el hotel, la mejor ubicación, el tratamiento con otras instalaciones/servicios, y el desayuno (como me quedé la noche y me dejé a las 12:00).

It was great to stay at Uttara Merino, especially the hospitality of the staff was amazing. However, the bathroom needs to be cleaned more.

Good hotel however during my booking period, the hotel relocated me on 2nd night out of 3 nights due to no room availability but my booking already paid. So quite inconvenient to pack and go to other hotel but not with same price of my current booking. But they offer again to stay at 3rd night but it will be troublesome to again pack and repacking luggage.

El espacio es amplio y está bien diseñado, algunos tipos de habitaciones tienen salas de estar independientes, terraza y cocina sencilla, cocina con refrigerador completa y un gran estado de vivienda. La ventana de la tierra se encuentra frente al paisaje del río Yunnan, el barco de crucero del río fluvial se mueve durante el día, la vista nocturna es hermosa, las camas son suaves y limpias, la custodia diaria está bien colocada y la comodidad de vivir es muy alta. La variedad de desayunos de autobús es rica, los platos chinos y occidentales están completos, los alimentos frescos, el lugar de la ventana puede atrapar el río y experimentar un buen sentimiento. La piscina del piso superior está abierta, la piscina está equipada con el bar, el descanso es muy cómodo, la actitud del personal del hotel es educada y entusiasta, y el servicio responde con atención a tiempo.

Grand Palace Hotel in Dhaka was an amazing experience from the first minute until the last minute. The staff are extremely professional and personable, the food is exquisite, my room was very comfortable was delightful amenities which even included the daily morning newspaper (in English) which I really appreciated. The lobby is large with place of private spaces to share with friends or colleagues. There's also a nice pool on the rooftop, and a nice gym. You will definitely feel pure luxury when you stay here. I could t imagine going to Dhaka and staying anywhere else.

A couple of times I stayed at other hotels in Dhaka and this is one of the hotel that is well recommended. The environment at the lobby is so classic and high end and the staff is so polite and so well spoken in English. They provide free shuttle service to pick up from the airport and location is near to airport too. The room is sooo spacious and super clean so as the toilet! The bed was comfortable too. That makes this place indeed well maintained. And never forget their food served at the cafe was good! The only problem are the honk noises from outside. But this is bearable for me. Just that the toilet door has loud cracky noise when trying to close it. But it’s ok. And the most important thing is their WiFi was so slow but ended up they resolved it with another set of router put into my room. Amazing job and I would give this place overall superb!

An overall good hotel that needs some attention and renovation. Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap.
