⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at White Palace Hotel! I had a wonderful experience staying at White Palace Hotel. The service was truly excellent from the moment we arrived. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!

Este hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, lo cual es mejor por su ubicación, el gran Central Park, la universidad y el hospital están a su alrededor, el desayuno estándar internacional fue increíble. El restaurante tiene una gran variedad de comida en la cena tipo buffet y el salón es amplio. La bañera era fantástica. Llevaba personal de recepción y limpieza. Vivo para vivir allí de nuevo.

Reception was helpful in finding exactly the type of room I wanted. Good mattress and I slept well for the 4 nights I was there. The staff in general are professional and very willing to help and provide advice. Very safe, quiet area with a good Food Court nearby for quick meals and fun to walk the streets at night soaking up the vibe. The restaurant at the Bengal Blueberry is good but variety is limited. Gym is OK, nice coffee shop with Metu who is very helpful. Great to have UniMart supermarket next door. Easy to get rickshaws from the hotel as well as taxis. I'd stay there again.

I recently stayed at The Zabeer Dhaka and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy fácil. Después de eso, esta mañana empezamos a hablar con nosotros para pagar. Seguramente resolvemos este malentendido, pero sigue siendo desagradable. De las desventajas de la habitación: es pequeño, el aire acondicionado está abajo en la cama.

This hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped. Highly recommend!

Si buscas una base segura y sabrosa en Dhaka, no mires más. El hotel está en una enclave tranquila y segura cerca de todas las embajadas, lo que nos dio la paz total. El desayuno buffet es loco – en la mejor manera posible. La variedad es increíble, con innumerables opciones para adecuarse a cada demanda. Es el tipo de desayuno que te hace salir de la cama excitado.

Good location and 10 mins walk away from great eating places and some shopping. The room was large enough for two and the breakfast very decent and tasty. The gym could be better equipped tho, a lot of the machines were not functioning.

It was good experience. Nice and clean room. Very quiet despite noise outside. Hot water, good Internet connection and friendly reception. All I want to change is more European options for breakfast. For example, omelet would be good. Currently, it’s more like lunch menu with all soups, noodles, rice, etc. French toast, boiled eggs and many items is good alternative, but could be better. Anyway 5 stars experience
