The room is a little bit smaller than I expected, no space for large luggage. However, the room is tidy and comfortable. Takes 15 mins walk to CBD and cannot watch Netflix or YouTube on TV.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the port with beautiful views of both the mountains and the sea. Free parking is available, which is very convenient. There are also several restaurants within the hotel, making it easy to find something to eat without having to go far.

Convenient location with unblocked view, walkable to the best of Launceston - cafes, parks, weekend markets, vintage and pre-loved shops, even the beautiful Cataract Gorge!

Overall good experience, Water pressure isn’t great, and one occasion of putting used towel(put on floor) back in the rails for usage

Ubicación conveniente, cama cómoda con cuatro almohadas y, lo más importante, limpio. Sí, era pequeño (elegí la habitación compacta), pero en realidad solo necesitaba un lugar para descansar la cabeza durante la noche, así que para mí, ¡fue perfecto!

El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad. Costes de estacionamiento alrededor de AUD 40+ por día. En general estaba bien. Nos quedamos tres noches con desayuno incluido. El desayuno era bueno, pero un miembro del personal del restaurante era extremadamente impuro y poco profesional. Dejó una mala impresión y no estoy seguro de si su comportamiento nos vinculaba a ser asiático, aunque ella misma parecía ser asiática.

We booked the executive room. Room was pretty spacious, good service, few bathroom amenities were missing but all in all it was good.

Estaba en una noche para una conferencia de trabajo. El check-in fue suave y rápido, opté por cómodo estacionamiento en el lugar y cenar en casa. El restaurante Charcoal comida y vino menú era excelente, el servicio era atento y rápido. La verificación era fácil. En el centro de la ciudad, me encantaría quedarme aquí.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel, room was quite spacious and the staff was super friendly ! The hotel is conveniently located beside a mall as it is within a smoke free CBD area. Sunrise from the room was amazing!

View outside the hotel room the superb, superb and superb. Inside the hotel area there is farm with animals, you can feed them by getting the food grains from the reception. The fruits farm allows you to pick your favourite fruits ie apples, cherries, grapes, plum etc as long as they are available. If the weather is good, you could have chance to see aurora and Milky Way outside of your hotel. In overall, everything is just perfect staying here. Highly recommended.
