This may be one of the finest hotels we experienced during our travels in the USA. The staff were exceptionally friendly, starting from the moment we entered the hotel. Ms. Stephanie, we are incredibly grateful for your kind assistance and understanding. They recognized how exhausted we were from our adventures at the remarkable Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, so they expedited our check-in process and provided us with various resources to help us regain our energy. They truly paid attention to our needs and responded swiftly. We sincerely appreciate that. The room is clean and cozy, and the view from the 23rd floor is fantastic. The food is excellent. The Harley-Davidson Museum is located just about a mile from the hotel, and we were able to reach many fascinating places within walking distance. The city view is breathtaking. We hope to return to Milwaukee someday, and if we do, we will certainly choose The Pfister Hotel again. Thank you very much!

The hotel was good. the shower was warm enough to be comfortable but never got hot. I would have liked an option to have breakfast included.

The room is a nice size but dated. The elevators also take a long time. There was a small problem with the chrome cast for the bedroom tv not working, but all the employees were polite and nice.

The service was exceptional; very professional, informative, and accommodating. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Was disappointed that the spa services were not available, and that it was somewhat loud at off-hours. We didn't eat at the hotel, but did enjoy our brief time in their bar, Rye.

Great location along with great service

Great experience ! Front desk staff was welcoming, room was very clean and interior was beautiful. Only stayed there one night for a concert but I would love to return to this hotel. One weird thing: the tv remotes might have been connected/interfering with other rooms? In the middle of the night it seemed as if someone else was controlling the volume and it was hard to adjust besides turning the TV off manually.

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. Entonces, en la mañana de la salida, fui a mi coche para poner mis maletas de aquí antes de la salida y el conductor de la nave casi me golpeó mientras estaba caminando al lobby porque estaba andando muy rápido y tratando de girar en un parque de estacionamiento delante del lobby. La ubicación del hotel no es conveniente y el entorno circundante es general; el estacionamiento del hotel es grande y los huéspedes del hotel son gratis. Habitación de hotel insonorizada. 4, recomiende amigos a los que les gusten los ”pequeños juegos de azar”
