Great hotel, right next to the beach. But the area doesnt really have anything to do have to take a taxi if you want to explore hammamet more but taxis are pretty cheap. But if you want a hotel with just relaxing/entertainment and beach then this is the one.

Look everything is fine but room are very old, and very far from elevator, quality of food really wasnt satisfactory, remaining things are good.

**Decent Value for the Price, But Far From a 4-Star Experience** We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with bed & breakfast for €60, and while the price is definitely attractive, the experience was a mixed bag. **Cleanliness:** The hotel and rooms were generally clean, and the bedsheets were fresh. However, the mattress itself was stained and not very pleasant, which was disappointing. **Bed Comfort:** This was by far one of the worst parts of the stay. The mattress was rock hard—honestly felt like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were thin, lumpy, and offered no support. We requested extra pillows three times, and although staff promised to bring them, they never followed through. **Bathroom:** Cleanliness was acceptable, but the setup was inconvenient. There was no shower head hanger, so you had to hold the shower with one hand while bathing. Towels were rough and uncomfortable, and there was always at least one missing (sometimes the floor towel, sometimes the bath towel). The courtesy toiletries were taken but never replaced. **Breakfast:** A very basic buffet with a limited selection. Pastries were inconsistent—sometimes decent, other times stale and clearly reheated leftovers. Not the kind of quality you’d expect from a supposed 4-star hotel. **Service:** A few staff members were friendly and helpful, but most seemed uninterested and disengaged, like they didn’t want to be there. We didn’t feel particularly welcomed or well-attended. **Swimming Pool Area:** This was the highlight of the hotel—clean, with clear water, nice outdoor showers, and a good vibe thanks to lively music and entertainment. **Overall:** While the hotel is clearly outdated and stuck in the late '90s in terms of decor and service, the location and pool are definite pluses. Despite the many issues, for €60 for two nights with breakfast, the price/quality ratio was decent. Just don’t expect a real 4-star experience.

Decepcionante por este precio y por un hotel de 4 estrellas. La habitación era casi aceptable, claramente no limpiada por debajo de las camas, no hay gafas, no toallas, jabón y contenedores de champú casi si no están vacíos a la llegada y no se llenaron en absoluto durante nuestra estadía. Las toallas eran una pesadilla para conseguir: a veces basta, a veces falta uno, a veces falta dos. Obtener un hierro fue una batalla y olvidar el servicio de lavandería. Las solicitudes no siempre se reunieron con una buena respuesta, pintaron una habitación junto a nosotros, sin tomar precauciones, y se acercaron al olor a nosotros. El almuerzo fue muy caro para la zona, olvidelo. El desayuno y la cena están bien. La ubicación era muy agradable, aunque el entorno está un poco muerto.

Marina Palace es un hotel muy agradable, limpio y con un diseño hermoso. Ofrece un buen servicio y tiene acceso a muchas instalaciones. El hotel está ubicado cerca del centro de la ciudad y los mercados. Y también comidas muy agradables.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ¡Una estancia fantástica! Lo pasé genial en el Golden Tulip Hammamet President. Los recepcionistas Fathia y Wiem fueron muy amables y profesionales. Mokhtar también fue muy atento y amable durante toda mi estancia. ¡Excelente servicio de todo el equipo!

Profesionalismo, amistad, ayuda del personal. Elegante y moderno. Muy limpio y bien cuidado. Muy grande estructura con muchas actividades. Playa unos pocos metros. Muchos entretenimientos, clubes y tiendas para compras en la zona. El hotel es un hotel muy acogedor y con una amplia gama de comidas.
