The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening. Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

It was a great experience. The restaurants are nice albeit you need to be sure if you like the authetic flavours from South Indian cuisine. As the paneer dish tasted a bit bitter due to different spices used in South Indian cuisine. Overall, great hotel and it is a peaceful to be in the large high ceiling lobby.

Great experience at Taj Mahal Tower, from the check in, to the room service, to the breakfast variety and restaurant food everything was superb. Located just outside India gate. The little touches like the traditional welcome and the complimentary heritage tour make it all the more special. The room service staff were friendly and nothing was too much effort for them. I would definitely recommend it if you want a relaxing high end stay in Mumbai.

We recently stayed at The Westin to celebrate my wife Ritika’s birthday, and I must say – the entire experience was wonderful. En cuanto entre en mi habitación, me acostaba y me quedé dormido, sólo para despertar muy pronto después por el sonido de la presión -no estoy seguro de lo que era- de los dibujos, cubiertas, puertas. A continuación oí a alguien caminando por ahí con calzado muy pesado, así que llamé a la recepción y afortunadamente lo pusieron en un rato, pero luego parecía que estaban haciendo trabajos de construcción en la habitación arriba de mí - empezaron a amarrar! Sí, amarrar!!!!! ¡No hay posibilidad de dormir! ¡Llamé a la recepción otra vez, y dejaron de mover y borrar. La habitación era muy alta, y la televisión estaba en mi habitación. I am writing this to highlight a distressing incident during my stay, balanced by the professional way the management eventually handled it. On March 9th, at approximately 7:20 AM, a staff member entered my room (1010) without knocking, announcing themselves, or receiving permission. As a lady staying alone in India for the first time, I was incredibly shaken as I was just stepping out of the shower and not fully dressed. This was a significant breach of privacy and safety. However, I must commend the management for their swift and professional response once I raised the issue. They initiated a good service recovery, sincerely apologized for the lapse, and provided a formal assurance that they are reviewing their Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure this never happens to another guest. While the initial experience was very disappointing, I appreciate that the hotel took full accountability and showed they value guest safety and feedback.

What to write ? Everything is perfect about this property. Location perfect, Hotel perfect, Service perfect, Staff perfect, Hospitality perfect and moreover accepting and accommodating all your requests…perfect too. During this stay I did not booked breakfast but went through the offerings and I can say that is great and perfect too. Will definitely book breakfast during my next visit. Great Work Team Courtyard by Marriott and thank you for making our stay comfortable. Will keep visiting you always…☺️
