I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening. Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable. Stay was good , but the dinner was not that good. Mini bar was locked and was not accessible. Good breakfast. In general staffs were ok, Gatekeeper Sardarji was helpful and welcoming guests with a warm smile. Really appreciated. While checking out, the receptionist was asking me about the minibar. It seems the minibar would be opened to according to guests profiles!

A wonderful weeklong stay, thanks to the entire team We had a truly pleasant weeklong stay at Taj Lands End. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout. The breakfast spread was quite good, offering plenty of variety. While frontline staff rightly receive the most recognition, I’d like to shine a light on the silent warriors behind the scenes—the housekeeping team, who work tirelessly to ensure every guest is comfortable. A special shout-out to Mr. Umesh from housekeeping, who went out of his way to make a real difference to our stay. Thank you, Team Taj Lands End, for a memorable experience.

Amazing hotel. We forget our passport and money in another hotel safe box, they assist all the way to pick up to send back to us safely. Will definitely come back again

Habitación enorme y espaciosa. Los armarios y la zona del minibar estaban un poco húmedos... con olor a madera mojada. El desayuno estaba bien. Ideal para una noche si vas al aeropuerto al día siguiente. A menos de 5 minutos a pie de la Terminal 1. Hay carritos disponibles y el personal puede ayudarte con el equipaje hasta la terminal. También hay varios restaurantes en el aeropuerto si no te apetece comer sentado en el hotel.

It was a wonderful stay overall. The rooms are on the smaller side, but the service is excellent and the location is great. I was surprised that, on two separate occasions, different employees approached me to confirm whether I was an in-house guest. I’m not sure if this is standard practice for all guests, but it did catch me off guard, and made me feel uncomfortable especially given that this is a well-known international establishment. That aside, I would definitely recommend the Taj. Beautiful Christmas decorations!

Great experience, hotel location was perfect, morning breakfast was awesome with great spread of choices. Hotel gym is perfect with good spa options.

A continuación oí a alguien caminando por ahí con calzado muy pesado, así que llamé a la recepción y afortunadamente lo pusieron en un rato, pero luego parecía que estaban haciendo trabajos de construcción en la habitación arriba de mí - empezaron a amarrar! Sí, amarrar!!!!! ¡No hay posibilidad de dormir! ¡Llamé a la recepción otra vez, y dejaron de mover y borrar. La habitación era muy alta, y la televisión estaba en mi habitación. I am writing this to highlight a distressing incident during my stay, balanced by the professional way the management eventually handled it. On March 9th, at approximately 7:20 AM, a staff member entered my room (1010) without knocking, announcing themselves, or receiving permission. As a lady staying alone in India for the first time, I was incredibly shaken as I was just stepping out of the shower and not fully dressed. This was a significant breach of privacy and safety. However, I must commend the management for their swift and professional response once I raised the issue. They initiated a good service recovery, sincerely apologized for the lapse, and provided a formal assurance that they are reviewing their Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure this never happens to another guest. While the initial experience was very disappointing, I appreciate that the hotel took full accountability and showed they value guest safety and feedback.
