I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening. Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. It was a great experience. The restaurants are nice albeit you need to be sure if you like the authetic flavours from South Indian cuisine. As the paneer dish tasted a bit bitter due to different spices used in South Indian cuisine. Overall, great hotel and it is a peaceful to be in the large high ceiling lobby.

A wonderful weeklong stay, thanks to the entire team We had a truly pleasant weeklong stay at Taj Lands End. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout. The breakfast spread was quite good, offering plenty of variety. While frontline staff rightly receive the most recognition, I’d like to shine a light on the silent warriors behind the scenes—the housekeeping team, who work tirelessly to ensure every guest is comfortable. A special shout-out to Mr. Umesh from housekeeping, who went out of his way to make a real difference to our stay. Thank you, Team Taj Lands End, for a memorable experience.

Los cursos de yoga y los de Zimbabwe no están allí, pero pretenden estar allí. Le pedí 4 veces que se obtuvieran los horarios por correo electrónico pero ese correo nunca llegó . Tenga cuidado porque la seguridad en la piscina es como una decoración porque todo el mundo puede entrar sin tener la tarjeta de habitación en la zona de la piscina saltando en mientras algunos clientes entran. Y quizás hay una colaboración con el personal porque en realidad en estos vestidos de cobarde cómo pueden pasar desobservable incluso la puerta principal de la recepción del hotel! Tienen políticas estrictas de cancelación que normalmente todos los demás maridos del mundo tienen.. Especialmente con clientes que tienen diamantes y genio de viaje de alto nivel como clientes VIP .no consideran que han permanecido durante toda la semana 7 días y puede ocurrir que el último día algo impredecible puede ocurrir. El servicio 24 /7 es sólo una cosa falsa causa si llamas a las 10 horas normales la persona que va a recoger el teléfono después de una larga espera que todavía te hacen esperar la mañana siguiente para que la persona interesada venga a preguntar. Dicen ”Te llamaremos de nuevo, pero esa llamada nunca viene” .

Stayed there for one night, check-in took a bit of time not sure why but the check out took only a few second, the staff are very friendly, getting Uber to the hotel lobby is confusing for the drivers, rooms are massive with comfy beds and pillows. You should add coffee machine. Overall it was decent 👌🏾

Great experience at Taj Mahal Tower, from the check in, to the room service, to the breakfast variety and restaurant food everything was superb. Located just outside India gate. The little touches like the traditional welcome and the complimentary heritage tour make it all the more special. The room service staff were friendly and nothing was too much effort for them. I would definitely recommend it if you want a relaxing high end stay in Mumbai.

Recientemente nos quedamos en The Westin para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposa Ritika, y debo decir – la experiencia fue maravillosa. El hotel de la ciudad de Jasmina, que se ocupaba de todo el diseño perfecto, nos ha hecho una ocasión memorable. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el personal está muy bien situado, muy bien mantenido y muy profesional. Recomendamos a The Westin a cualquiera que quiera celebrar una ocasión especial. it was an excellent experience to stay in this cozy vibe hotel like this. all the stuffs are friendly especially Tosum and the front desk❤️ the food is nice as usual but its quiet expensive for that. nothinf special. the room is clean the housekeepers are veri friendly🫶 so i guess im looking forward to come back to this hotel again😘

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The location is unbeatable, with an endless variety of great restaurants and dining options right outside the front door. Our room was wonderfully comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day out. Having everything we needed within easy walking distance made our trip completely stress-free. Highly recommended
