I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening. Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

The yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there. I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

The Taj is always going to be superb, of course, and this one is no exception. Two small points - 1. For some reason I had to keep re - signing in to the same WiFi network when I went from the room to various public areas of the hotel 2. There was a peculiar smell of drains in the corridors outside my room which never entirely went away Barring that of course, marvelous hotel, lovely staff, amazing breakfast buffet, super rooms, very nice pool and gym.

Great experience at Taj Mahal Tower, from the check in, to the room service, to the breakfast variety and restaurant food everything was superb. Located just outside India gate. The little touches like the traditional welcome and the complimentary heritage tour make it all the more special. The room service staff were friendly and nothing was too much effort for them. I would definitely recommend it if you want a relaxing high end stay in Mumbai.

Recientemente nos quedamos en The Westin para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposa Ritika, y debo decir – la experiencia fue maravillosa. El hotel de la ciudad de Jasmina, que se ocupaba de todo el diseño perfecto, nos ha hecho una ocasión memorable. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el personal está muy bien situado, muy bien mantenido y muy profesional. Recomendamos a The Westin a cualquiera que quiera celebrar una ocasión especial. Gracias de nuevo por hacer tan especial el cumpleaños de Ritika!

La habitación era muy tranquila, y el hotel estaba muy tranquilo. En cuanto entre en mi habitación, me acostaba y me quedé dormido, sólo para despertar muy pronto después por el sonido de la presión -no estoy seguro de lo que era- de los dibujos, cubiertas, puertas. A continuación oí a alguien caminando por ahí con calzado muy pesado, así que llamé a la recepción y afortunadamente lo pusieron en un rato, pero luego parecía que estaban haciendo trabajos de construcción en la habitación arriba de mí - empezaron a amarrar! Sí, amarrar!!!!! ¡No hay posibilidad de dormir! ¡Llamé a la recepción otra vez, y dejaron de mover y borrar. La habitación era muy alta, y la televisión estaba en mi habitación.
