Good location near Triangeln station. Abundant breakfast. Bedding, while newly washed, had a few stray hairs. Felt like there was a surface clean but still a bit dusty. Room lighting was also quite dark. Could store luggage for free, cannot check in before 4pm without a charge.

We took this room which was the 'Presidential Suite' as it was similarly priced with other hotels' standard rooms in the area. It was close to the train station; easy walk although on partially cobblestone walkways. Ensure that you have the code for getting into the hotel if you are arriving late. Room is big and there is elevator access. Amenities- wise- The fridge could not be switched on on the first day and after reporting it, it was fixed but then it started beeping on the second day so we had to unplug it. One compliment will be for the staff (female, sorry- can't remember the name) who made available the microwave oven for our room as we had mistakenly thought that the room came with it. Thank you! BAD!- Delay in refund- I had booked this hotel via trip.com and had already paid trip.com before arriving at the hotel. However, after doing online check-in as requested by the hotel, which required the credit card details, the hotel did a payment deduction also. Up to today, more than a week after the stay and numerous email and Whatsapp messages between the hotel, trip.com and I, the money is still not refunded. I wished it could have been settled before this review so that I can write positively about the stay.

Refurbishing is happening right outside our room with shouting and banging waking us up. Lift to the ”main building” wasn't working and we tried to contact the staff by pressing the alarm following the instructions in the lift but staff was unable to help us despite us shouting thru the intercom. No other signs or instructions on how to get down to the front desk. When we finally figured out how to get two elderly family members and two large suitcases down. Two of the staff looked up at me, only one (the female staff) acknowledged me with a hi and both went back to look at their computer screens. I basically have to ask if anyone was going to help me before the male staff raise his voice at me and told me I was being unreasonable because he was only looking at his screen for a second. But why do I have to make my presence known to get help from the staff when I'm standing right in front of them? They choose to look at their screens rather than help me.

El hotel está bien teniendo en cuenta el precio moderado para Suecia, y el desayuno también es bueno y ofrece múltiples opciones. El hotel combina un edificio de los años 80 con algunos de la época medieval. El hotel tiene aparcamiento en un garaje subterráneo, pero aunque está justo debajo del hotel, el ascensor no llega hasta él y hay que subir las escaleras desde el vestíbulo. La tarifa del aparcamiento es de 200 coronas, lo que aumenta considerablemente el precio moderado. La habitación era bastante grande, pero solo tenía luz tenue. Por desgracia, la calefacción no funcionaba bien. El radiador estaba frío todo el tiempo y, cuando se lo dijimos en recepción, nos dijeron que era por lo antiguo del edificio. Sin embargo, nos trajeron un ventilador eléctrico. Después de usarlo un rato, se fundió el fusible. No quería quejarme más... ¡Creo que el hotel debería arreglar algo para los huéspedes en invierno!

El servicio de recepción fue muy atento. Nuestro grupo de seis personas llegó al hotel al mediodía y se desvivieron por organizarnos habitaciones para descansar, brindándonos información detallada sobre las atracciones cercanas. La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente, cerca de la estación de tren y otras atracciones, todo a poca distancia a pie. Si bien la selección de desayuno no era muy extensa, era fresca, deliciosa y con una buena relación calidad-precio.

Location is next to Malmö city center and in between train station Triangle and Malmö C. You need around 15min from both station to the hotel by walk, but during your stay everything else is very closed. The Standard family room is very spacious and includes a kitchen. The room has almost everythig that you need … except for knives, which is a bummer if you really want to cook something. On the other hand the breakfast was amazing and you can take your time until 11am. Services provided were also very good. If you have an early fight, you can pre order breakfast boxes for the whole family. The hotel is highly recommended.

Excelente ubicación para explorar Malmö, habitación correcta y desayuno buffet estupendo. Sin embargo, el sistema era deficiente y reservar el desayuno solo servía para que el hotel supiera que llegarías y pudiera organizar el personal. Aun así, había que esperar 20 minutos en la cola para entrar al comedor debido a la multitud de huéspedes hambrientos. En general, quedé satisfecho con la estancia.

Centralna lokacija, blizinu Lilla torg-a, i savršenog parka. Takodje zgodna lokacija za odlazak vozom u Copenhagen. Dorucak vecčera uz kafu i kolač posle podne daju prednost.

Very beautiful apartment, highly recommended! There're a few cafes nearby, getting breakfast was no problem. Directly below is Coop (supermarket), super convenient! Its around 15mins walk to the central station but very nice walk. Smart TV. Maybe have English instructions in the laundry room because everything was in swedish which I didnt understand (had to ask someone for help). The booking laundry key wasnt in the room, not sure where it was. Took me awhile to check in because I didnt know my unit number was the first 3 digit of the 7 numbers.. maybe could have put inside the email. No shampoo, conditioner & body wash.
