¡Experiencia del hotel, tuvimos una estancia maravillosa! El desayuno es fantástico y ofrece todo lo que quieras cuando visitas a Jinan. Fue mi primera vez que probé especialidades locales como la carne y , y fueron excelentes. La selección occidental también es un espectáculo. Los productos de la panadería son excelentes y los desechos son todos deliciosos. Las instalaciones de baño están muy bien mantenidas, con una piscina 25-metre perfecta para el ejercicio y la relajación. En general, nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía y recomendaríamos muy bien este hotel.

A bit overcrowded during August (queue up for check-in) and difficult to find a spot for breakfast from 8-8:30am... Tianma Pier is also busy and loud (until 10pm). Great pool and breakfast.

We recently stayed at this resort and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is just outside the city, about a 40-minute drive, and the drive there is beautiful. The resort was also very easy to find. Check-in was simple and smooth, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed. The room was large and clean, although it does show some signs of age. The hot springs, pool, and slides were a lot of fun and were kept clean, which we really appreciated. That said, some areas, especially the roof and floor surfaces, also show visible signs of aging and could use some maintenance. Our room did not have coffee or tea available when we arrived, but the staff provided it very quickly after we asked, which was great service. Breakfast was average, but for only a slightly higher price, it is worth including with your stay for the convenience. Overall, this is a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, especially if you are looking for a getaway just outside the city.

⭐️ Thank you to NICKY and KIMI. ⭐️ This was my first time booking a stay at the Westin Hotel. I didn't have high expectations, but thanks to the staff, it turned out to be a very good experience. At first, Nicky took great care of me during check-in and gave me a special gift and experience. Plus, Nicky is handsome. Haha. Kimi was also a great staff member to me during check-out. He gave me a teddy bear. ⭐️ Thank you to NICKY and KIMI. ⭐️

Este hotel está bien diseñado. Cada habitación tiene un asistente controlado por voz y mira hacia un hermoso jardín, si no vista al mar. Cuando nos dejamos, nos asistió Hailey. Todos aquí entienden el inglés y son útiles todas las etapas del camino.

I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Gao Xue（高雪） at the front desk for her exceptional service during my stay. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Her attitude was genuinely friendly and patient, which immediately made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. What impressed me the most was her kindness in offering me a complimentary room upgrade. It was such a pleasant surprise and truly made my stay even more enjoyable. The upgraded room was wonderful, and I truly appreciate this thoughtful gesture. It clearly shows her dedication to guest satisfaction and her strong commitment to delivering excellent service. Throughout my stay, Ms. Gao Xue was always helpful and responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. ¡Este hotel realmente merece un elogio! En primer lugar, la higiene es excelente: la habitación está limpia y ordenada, lo que hace que la estancia sea muy cómoda. My experience was very good as it’s my second time in this hotel brand . But I still have some comments :  1- after taking a bath , there was a bad smell when I finished .  2- I ordered a pillow , and they told me that need to wait 5 minutes . But I end up calling two times before I get it . 30 m.  3- the service at breakfast time , in the swimming pool was perfect , the staff were so helpful , nice and  caring .  4- the hotel give us two drinks as a gift .  I will definitely visit it again . I just hope they can fix these two prob . But I still love it .

La habitación es relativamente grande. Me dieron una habitación con dos camas individuales y vistas a la ciudad. La cama es más grande que una individual, probablemente una individual. La habitación está en el ala antigua, pero al menos no da la sensación de ser antigua y, sorprendentemente, la estancia fue bastante agradable. El ala Valley es la más nueva. Este hotel parece ser un popular hotel de conferencias. Durante mis 4 o 5 días de estancia, siempre se celebraba una conferencia. El hotel cuenta con taxis más grandes con capacidad para 5 o 6 personas. El taxi funciona con taxímetro, así que el precio era razonable. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, junto al centro comercial MixC. Hay muchos restaurantes en el centro comercial donde cenamos. También había muchas panaderías y un supermercado. También están los típicos McDonald's, Starbucks y Luckin' Coffee. También había una nueva tienda Songmont que abrió recientemente en el centro comercial. Para desayunar, hay un callejón detrás del hotel donde probamos los dumplings y los fideos para desayunar/almorzar. Buen precio, unos 100 yuanes para 5 personas. Barato y bueno.

Love the theme around the hotel, reminding me of the little mermaid. The room and balcony were really spacious. Love the view and the access to the promenade. Good gym and swimming equipments. The hotel is urge so going to rooms can be quite a trek. Staff was very welcoming and helpful trying their best speaking English or via translating apps. Breakfast was amazing: Chinese and Western options. There is nothing around the hotel in terms of shops but there is a mall about 10 mins by car. Ordering food takes minimum 50 mins. Make sure to ask them to deliver it at the lobby desk, otherwise, it’ll go in the box outside. For first timers, it can be difficult to access the order. Very far from the city centre, but a good quiet and relaxing option for a staycation. A lot of maritime activities available: canoeing, diving and boats etc.
