¡Experiencia del hotel, tuvimos una estancia maravillosa! El desayuno es fantástico y ofrece todo lo que quieras cuando visitas a Jinan. Fue mi primera vez que probé especialidades locales como la carne y , y fueron excelentes. La selección occidental también es un espectáculo. Los productos de la panadería son excelentes y los desechos son todos deliciosos. Las instalaciones de baño están muy bien mantenidas, con una piscina 25-metre perfecta para el ejercicio y la relajación. En general, nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía y recomendaríamos muy bien este hotel.

Un poco sobrecrowded durante agosto (cuenta para el inicio de sesión) y difícil encontrar un lugar para el desayuno desde 8-8:30am ... Tianma Pier también está ocupado y alto (hasta las 10:00). La piscina y el desayuno son muy bien.

⭐️ Thank you to NICKY and KIMI. ⭐️ This was my first time booking a stay at the Westin Hotel. I didn't have high expectations, but thanks to the staff, it turned out to be a very good experience. At first, Nicky took great care of me during check-in and gave me a special gift and experience. Plus, Nicky is handsome. Haha. Kimi was also a great staff member to me during check-out. Definitely not a 5 star hotel they claim to be on Trip.com. The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered. In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room. Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room. Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests. Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning. The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired. On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

Grand Barony Qingdao Airport has an incredibly convenient location with an indoor connecting corridor leading straight to the airport terminal, so we can walk over easily. The hotel also provides shuttle service for guests carrying lots of luggage; simply tell the staff ahead, and they will make proper arrangements. Dining options inside the hotel are limited, but we could easily take Didi to taste delicious local food nearby. Every staff member is polite, warm and ready to offer helpful support. It’s an ideal pick for airport stays.

Siempre elijo Crowne Plaza cuando veo que hay uno en la ciudad que voy a visitar. El personal habla inglés perfectamente y siempre son muy amables. Además, me dieron una habitación superior gratis. La comida también me encantó, ya que soy bastante exigente con ella. Gracias a Zoe y a todo el amable personal, ¡tuve una estancia estupenda!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, junto al centro comercial MixC. Hay muchos restaurantes en el centro comercial donde cenamos. También había muchas panaderías y un supermercado. También están los típicos McDonald's, Starbucks y Luckin' Coffee. También había una nueva tienda Songmont que abrió recientemente en el centro comercial. Para desayunar, hay un callejón detrás del hotel donde probamos los dumplings y los fideos para desayunar/almorzar. Buen precio, unos 100 yuanes para 5 personas. Barato y bueno.
