¡Experiencia del hotel, tuvimos una estancia maravillosa! El desayuno es fantástico y ofrece todo lo que quieras cuando visitas a Jinan. Fue mi primera vez que probé especialidades locales como la carne y , y fueron excelentes. La selección occidental también es un espectáculo. Los productos de la panadería son excelentes y los desechos son todos deliciosos. Las instalaciones de baño están muy bien mantenidas, con una piscina 25-metre perfecta para el ejercicio y la relajación. En general, nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía y recomendaríamos muy bien este hotel.

Great location, we were upgraded to a sea view room with a beautiful view. Leah was very helpful answering all questions and sharing recommendations for good seafood nearby! Thank you for a lovely stay. Would come back again.

We recently stayed at this resort and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is just outside the city, about a 40-minute drive, and the drive there is beautiful. The resort was also very easy to find. Check-in was simple and smooth, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed. The room was large and clean, although it does show some signs of age. The hot springs, pool, and slides were a lot of fun and were kept clean, which we really appreciated. That said, some areas, especially the roof and floor surfaces, also show visible signs of aging and could use some maintenance. Our room did not have coffee or tea available when we arrived, but the staff provided it very quickly after we asked, which was great service. Breakfast was average, but for only a slightly higher price, it is worth including with your stay for the convenience. Overall, this is a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, especially if you are looking for a getaway just outside the city.

⭐️ Thank you to NICKY and KIMI. ⭐️ This was my first time booking a stay at the Westin Hotel. I didn't have high expectations, but thanks to the staff, it turned out to be a very good experience. At first, Nicky took great care of me during check-in and gave me a special gift and experience. Plus, Nicky is handsome. Haha. Kimi was also a great staff member to me during check-out. He gave me a teddy bear. ⭐️ Thank you to NICKY and KIMI. ⭐️

Definitely not a 5 star hotel they claim to be on Trip.com. The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered. In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room. Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room. Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests. Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning. The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired. On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Gao Xue（高雪） at the front desk for her exceptional service during my stay. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Her attitude was genuinely friendly and patient, which immediately made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. What impressed me the most was her kindness in offering me a complimentary room upgrade. It was such a pleasant surprise and truly made my stay even more enjoyable. The upgraded room was wonderful, and I truly appreciate this thoughtful gesture. It clearly shows her dedication to guest satisfaction and her strong commitment to delivering excellent service. Throughout my stay, Ms. Gao Xue was always helpful and responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Her positive attitude, efficiency, and professionalism reflect very well on the hotel as a whole. Thank you again, Ms. Gao Xue, for your outstanding hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Este hotel me lo recomendó un amigo antes de venir a Qingdao. Está justo al lado de la playa Shilaoren. Cuando llegamos en taxi, el conductor nos dijo que tenía vistas de primera línea al mar. Al llegar, todo fue realmente impresionante y satisfactorio. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda, y el baño también era grande, con tres zonas separadas. Tenía piscina y gimnasio, y se podía acceder directamente a la playa desde el hotel. El desayuno, tanto occidental como chino, ofrecía mucha variedad y estaba delicioso. El hotel también ofrecía un servicio de fotografía de viajes. Cada habitación recibía tres fotos gratis que se podían hacer en el interior, en el césped o en la playa. El proceso de selección de fotos al día siguiente fue muy fluido y las fotos quedaron genial. Descubrimos que se llamaba Jinghong Travel Photography, y la verdad es que fue excelente. El servicio en todas las áreas fue muy bueno. Al salir, un empleado nos ayudó con el carrito de equipaje hasta el taxi. En resumen, si tengo la oportunidad, definitivamente regresaré.

I always chose crowne plaza when I find out there is one in the city I am going to visit! The staff fully understand english and they are always so kind towards people, they also upgraded my room for free; furthermore, the food is a good taste for me as I am so picky about it. Thanks to Zoe and all of the kind staff there, I had a great stay!

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en el Hotel Shangri-La de Qingdao. La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y cómoda, con una cama muy cómoda que nos hizo sentir muy bien descansados ​​durante todo el viaje. Overall the hotel staff and service are 4 star. What makes the hotel 5 Star are the rooms and facilities. It is clean, safe, and well maintained. To be fair, I did arrive in early April during the off-season but I was not impressed with the service provided. Staff was consistently difficult to find, or would be crowded all in the lobby. Check-In and Check out was easy and the staff are very nice. International guests be aware, few to no staff speak English or communicate in any other language. The breakfast was not good. Cold and hard food, empty plates, drinks and foods not being refilled, and then having the lights turned off after breakfast was finished being served. Few selections, mainly cheap foods and breads. There are no staff outside, during my time there. No bell hops, no one to guide you to the front desk (Because it is not easy to find at first), no one to help with your luggage. A single staff member stands at the front of the lobby after you enter to greet you. Positives - The room was spacious and very clean. It had most things I needed and the quality of the room and bathroom was excellent. The balcony looked over the courtyard and the ocean which people can see you if you go out but was a nice addition. The island the hotel is on has everything close by and most taxis/Didi’s will pick you up within five minute The area has been developing for many years and is getting better each year. The Qingdao Beer Festival ground are close by (about 30 minutes drive) during the summer, but most activities are in the city about one hour drive away for the rest of the year. For this hotel, the room and facilities are the focus as they are well taken care of and maintained. I am not sure if I would return.
