Buen hotel, pero lamentablemente no hay agua caliente, solo agua tibia en el mejor de los casos. Al llegar, me dijeron que la piscina no estaba disponible debido al mantenimiento, que es muy deficiente y no me lo informaron al reservar. Además, estaban haciendo obras encima de mi habitación, lo que generó mucho ruido desde las 7 de la mañana, lo cual fue muy molesto. El personal es increíble, muy amable y servicial, y la comida y el servicio fueron excelentes.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort, and overall, it was a beautiful experience. The resort is nestled in a stunning location, surrounded by clear blue waters that create a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The tranquil environment made it an ideal choice for a quick getaway. The resort itself is well-maintained, with lovely landscaping and comfortable amenities. The serene setting really enhances the overall experience, making it a great place to unwind for a two-night stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the friendly staff. From the reception to the poolside attendants, everyone was warm and welcoming. The pool guys were particularly nice, adding to the relaxed vibe of the resort. However, I did find that the food needs significant improvement. While the dining options were ample, the quality and variety fell short of expectations. To truly enhance the guest experience, I believe that more attention to the menu and food preparation is necessary. This aspect would play a crucial role in my decision to return. Another area that requires attention is the communication regarding trips and activities. Unfortunately, we often found ourselves headed to the wrong locations, only to be redirected to another part of the island. Clearer information about where to go for excursions would be greatly beneficial for guests. In summary, Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort is a beautiful destination with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. However, improvements in food quality and clearer communication regarding activities are essential for a more satisfying experience. With these adjustments, I could see myself returning, as the stunning views and peaceful environment are truly commendable.

Fue muy decepcionante que no hubiera pantuflas ni toallas pequeñas. La ducha parecía estar en obras; le faltaba la mitad de la puerta, lo que provocaba que el agua se derramara sobre el lavabo, mojándolo todo. La ropa de lavandería se devuelve muy bien doblada, pero tarda un día, así que recomiendo entregarla con antelación. Los trajes de baño se secan rápido en el balcón. La piscina tenía varios tipos y era muy agradable. La piscina frente al hotel está abierta hasta la noche. Los niños estaban encantados. La comida del hotel estaba deliciosa. El personal era eficiente y muy amable. Los taxis Grab llegan rápido, lo que facilita ir a un gran supermercado a unos 20 minutos. Incluso al hacer el check-out sobre las 5:30 de la mañana, llegó un taxi Grab inmediatamente. Hay seguridad en la entrada del hotel y solo se permite el acceso a los huéspedes, así que nos sentimos seguros. Me gustaría volver a alojarme aquí cuando visite Filipinas. La playa privada era agradable porque no había nadie, pero estaba un poco sucia, así que no pude nadar en ella.

All of the staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly and carefully. The scenery was so impressive that I felt the resort must have been designed so that every room offers a great view. The beach was close by, and there were several pools nearby as well, so I would especially recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing resort atmosphere easily.

Maravilloso complejo con personal agradable y bien capacitado. Jason del servicio de protección de piscinas y Rayan del servicio de recepción, gracias por su apoyo y atención. La vista al mar es fantástica. Recomendado para familias que quieran un lugar tranquilo. Bonita piscina y muy buen acceso al mar. Nos lo pasamos muy bien. La ubicación está lejos de la parte central y de Cebú, pero hay NewTown Mactan no muy lejos en taxi. Lo único que hay que mejorar es la comida. La variedad del menú de desayuno y el sabor de la comida no coinciden con el resort. Necesita tener un mejor chef y personal en la estación de cocina en vivo. Verduras no bien lavadas o no frescas. El sabor de la comida, francamente, es horrible. No vale la pena el dinero pagado. Si la comida mejora definitivamente me quedaré allí de nuevo.

Primero los cons , El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. .Para obtener una botella de agua tuve que esperar más de 30 minutos y 5 llamadas . Podría ser cuz era una noche de viernes . No me gustaba su bar de rectificación , el ambiente era bueno pero los cocktails no eran buenos .de hecho, uno de los cocktails les dije a cambios como han perdido completamente mis instrucciones . Ahora los Pros El hotel está situado justo al lado del parque informático y se conecta directamente al centro de Ayala. El hotel tiene una mesa de trabajo funcional para trabajadores remotos . Esta ubicación me encontré mejor que el lado de la ciudad SM . El cuarto estaba limpio , cómodo camas . mucho espacio en el tapón .no tuvo la oportunidad de utilizar su piscina . Muy modernas habitaciones probablemente renovadas o construidas recientemente .

Stayed at Holiday Inn Cebu for a short night before an early departure, and it was a pleasant experience. Despite arriving after midnight, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The room was new, clean, spacious, and very comfortable—especially the pillows, which made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was good, although a wider variety of options would make it even better. We didn’t get much time to explore the hotel’s facilities as we checked out early the next morning, but we’d definitely love to return and stay here again.

The experience began seamlessly with an immediate, friendly valet service and a highly efficient front desk staff who handled check-in within minutes. Every inch of the property features top-notch amenities, including a pristine, crystal-clean pool that is perfect for daytime relaxation. The breakfast menu is outstanding, offering a massive variety of fresh choices that creatively changed from one day to the next.The absolute highlight of our stay was the amazing roof deck. Sipping expert-level craft cocktails while watching a magnificent sunset was unforgettable. Check-out was just as fast and professional as our arrival. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Reservé una noche para un tour de ida y vuelta y me quedé una noche más antes de ir al aeropuerto el último día. Nada más entrar, me recibió un olor a humedad y a bichos. Rocié Maxfosquel por todas partes, pensando que solo eran cucarachas. El aire acondicionado estaba cubierto de polvo, pero el olor a humedad me hizo encenderlo con los ojos cerrados. Por suerte, no vi ninguna cucaracha durante mis dos días de estancia, así que me registré y usé la piscina de la playa. Es un lugar con buena relación calidad-precio para alojarse después de un masaje el segundo día del tour de ida y vuelta y antes de ir al aeropuerto. Si no te vas a quedar mucho tiempo...

This is my first time booking this hotel and I thought I will never have a chance to stay here. Before my wedding, I booked this hotel since it’s near the church location. We enjoyed the stay. It’s just that we did not get to enjoy the TV because YouTube or other apps won’t work. All throughout the stay we weren’t able to use the TV. Also I called the lobby 5x to ask for a replacement for the 2 mugs for coffee before someone actually gets there to replace it AT THE MORNING. Haven’t also had the time to enjoy pool because we check in late. But their service is good. The hotel is nice. I will surely book again if their TV is already fixed lol. Also two key cards for room and elevator is really hassle on our part. It should’ve been 1 key card, all access, 2pcs since we’re 2 adults. I really appreciate the hotel staff for catering my entourage, we were able to prepare before my wedding and took some pictures at the lobby and pool. Thank you!
