Stayed in twin room on second floor. Check in was easy, staff really friendly and service excellent. Room was lovely. Comfortable and quiet. Good facilities and shower was fantastic. No hot buffet breakfast, but you ordered from a menu. Portions small but very tasty. There was a cold continental style buffet. The young lady who served us both mornings was delightful. Nothing too much trouble. Wish I had taken her name to name drop her specifically on this review! Location was excellent. Around 5 mins walk from the station and 2 mins walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars etc. When checking out at 11, the hotel allowed us to keep our bags there until 6pm as our train wasn't until early evening. Saved us a bad back carrying them around! All in all, excellent stay and would be my first choice hotel if / when we return to Leeds.

Hotel increíble, ubicación perfecta, muy limpio. ¡Ojalá hubiera tenido más tiempo para darme un baño, etc.! El personal también fue muy amable. Un par de inconvenientes: mi tarjeta no funcionó, y otro cliente tuvo el mismo problema al mismo tiempo, así que debe ser algo común. Además, el dispensador de champú no funcionaba, así que no pude usar champú.

A comfortable stay in quiet, clean and well resourced rooms. The hotel is located near the train station and in walking distance to all city centre locations. Stayed multiple times and always happy to return.

This was mine & my daughter’s second visit to the hotel, the first time was excellent on all counts.  This time sadly the breakfast wasn’t very good, the sausages, eggs & hash browns were luke warm & tasted like they had been sat there for quite a while, so we ended up leaving that food.  Also, sadly, the two coffee machines were out of order so we just had to have instant coffee. Our room was lovely & spacious though & the reception staff were nice & friendly.  The hotel is in a good location for walking into the city centre.

The hotel is beautifully presented. All staff took the time to be engaging and helpful. The hotel has little to no parking which is a bit of a shame.We ate in the restaurant and throughly enjoyed our meal. We look forward to booking again we loved our room gorgeous bathroom !

Muy vieja, moqueta por todas las partes y las esquinas muy sucias. No hay nevera, ni agua de cortesía en la habitación. La cama si era buena con buenas sábanas . Lo bueno era la ubicación para mí, pero lo tendrán que renovar entero. Ese hotel no merece 4 estrellas. Los de recepción son muy amables, ellos no tienen la culpa de que el edificio y las habitaciones están tan desgastados . El autobús al aeropuerto está en la entrada/salida del mismo hotel que si es conveniente.

It was a lovely hotel very clean rooms, comfy bed.  However remember to book your breakfast the night before otherwise it cost £17 per person instead of £14 ( was a bit of a kick in the teeth) buffet style breakfast so food wasn’t particularly hot and we were waiting around for lots of items to be replenished even though it wasn’t to busy.  Big queue for the coffee machine as one was broken so only one working.  Upon check out don’t forget to enter your car Reg if you had parked in the Docklands car park where you get a discount.  All in all a pleasant stay in a great location

Great hotel with nice decor rooms. As i came from far and i have electric car the biggest benefit was the Tesla superchargers. I got the basic room and it didn’t include breakfast or access to the gym/pool. Parking overnight is a £5 charge. So for me everything was an extra even when i asked for dental kit as i forgot my toothbrush it was an extra £1. There was no phone for room service either in room so i had to go downstairs. Great room otherwise.

Hotel agradable y excelente valor si puedes reservarlo en el momento oportuno. Muy lujoso por el precio que pague. Un poco más en un miembro para acceder al centro de Leeds pero abundante bars y restaurantes en la zona cercana de Headingley. El hotel dispone de un restaurante muy popular, pero el pub The Stables, que está acompañado de un excelente precio.
