We arrived by train so it was crucial that it was literally a few minutes walk from the railway station and it was in the city centre which was ideal for us. Gino D'Acampo restaurant was good quality at reasonable price. Room was spacious and quiet. It had a safe, large TV, tea/coffee, refrigerator, walk in shower (no climbing over a bath) Minimal contact with staff but where we did interact they were pleasant, polite and helpful.

This was mine & my daughter’s second visit to the hotel, the first time was excellent on all counts.  This time sadly the breakfast wasn’t very good, the sausages, eggs & hash browns were luke warm & tasted like they had been sat there for quite a while, so we ended up leaving that food.  Also, sadly, the two coffee machines were out of order so we just had to have instant coffee. Our room was lovely & spacious though & the reception staff were nice & friendly.  The hotel is in a good location for walking into the city centre.

have stayed at The Queens a few times lovely hotel travelled for 10 hours yesterday was shattered had an early night hoping for a lie in before the next part of my journey began was woken up before 7am by children screaming up and down the corridor running between two adjacent rooms slaming doors this went on for an hour when i went out all I was greeted by was the mother saying ”children” I got up checked out early and went and sat in the train station, I did tell the reception desk.

El hotel está cerca de la estación de tren, puede caminar y viajar convenientemente. La higiene del hotel es limpia, el cuarto es grande, la higiene es grande y el aire acondicionado es muy agradable, el lujo es cómodo, está conectado al hotel durante tres días, la experiencia es realmente cómodo y relajado, ¡vale la pena recomendarlo!

Loved staying at the Met. We stayed in one of the refurbished rooms. Really nice decor, loved the shower. Would definitely stay again.

The room is a normal-sized one, equipped with 2 British twin bed (Width: 130~140cm), and it was prepared in an acceptable condition. Air-conditioner is available, but you may find that it need to be turned on for 2~3 times a day, as the system had been set in an economic mode by the hotel. The breakfast is a typically British one, whilst baked mushroom is not provided. Nevertheless, the breakfast tastes good, and you could serve yourself with chocolate croissants, cheese, hot tomato mush, vegetarian-friendly sausages, honey, tinned peaches and coconut yoghurt. Toothpastes and toothbrushes could be ordered with a fee (￡2), thereby you'd better rake your own's. The location is reasonable, since the hotel adjoins the John Lewis shopping mall, and there's only 10-min walk way between the hotel and Leeds coach station. Meanwhile, you may walk to the Victoria and Trinity shopping centres in 15~20 minutes from the hotel, though it might be a bit inconvenient to travel to the nearby downtown by bus, given the lack of bus stops next to the gate of this hotel. Overall, it's a foolproof option for someone who anticipate a lodging experience surpassing the average level there.

Hola chicos! Estoy escribiendo un comentario para informar a todos antes de reservar este lugar! El hotel Leonardo es muy bueno considerando su proximidad a la ciudad y la habitación es bastante limpia. Pero por favor, venid listos para traer sus propios servicios. Hablo de su propio tobillo, pasta de dientes, loción corporal, etc. El hotel no le proporcionará nada de eso, lo tienen en el hotel, pero cuestan aproximadamente 3 libras cada uno! Si olvidas tus esenciales, le sugiero que vayas a comprobar botas o superdrogas para comprar algo! El desayuno está bien.14 libras por persona.

Excelente hotel, ubicado en el centro de Leeds. Habitación impecable muy espaciosa, cómoda y limpia, con una cama de matrimonio y otra suplementaria. Además de silencioso el servicio muy atento. En el desayuno nos atendió una empleada llamada Esther, se preocupó por nuestra estancia y comodidad, además de orientarnos para visitar la ciudad. Totalmente recomendable, sin duda repetiría. Inmejorable relación, calidad precio.

Good front office team and very helpful throughout my stay. I accidentally left my suit behind, and I hope they will kindly arrange to send it back, as I have already organised the postage. Overall, a really good team. A special mention to the chef in the kitchen, who clearly enjoys looking after guests and making sure everyone is well fed. Great service and a lovely team.
