We had the most amazing stay at Seda Nuvali. The room was super clean and service was top-notch! Prolly just need to add that there’s a dress code at the restaurant so guests can bring additional clothes. Planning to book another stay soon!

Ponter Fino hotel is my favorite hotel for staycation. However, during my stay on Jan 1, 2026, they checked me in so late. Later than 430pm. The reason was there were still guests in the suite room assigned to for late checkout which I think was unreasonable. They coudn't even find alternative room for me. Worst case, they promised to deliver my luggages (although they said attendants were busy which I understand) However, it took unresonably long enough knowing there are attendant / staff who seemed to be free and just volunteered to deliver them only when they saw me carrying the trolley. So I refused to let them carry my stuff and pushed them all by myself from the lobby to my room located at 2nd floor so still need to carry all of them upstairs (back and forth). They offered late yes but out of ego, disappointment, and dissatisfaction, I told them don't help me and I'll do ot myself.

We had a really nice stay overall. The amenities were clean, complete, and well-maintained, which made our experience comfortable and relaxing. The staff were accommodating and the place had a pleasant atmosphere. I just hope that next time there will be Netflix available in the rooms for added entertainment, and maybe more affordable room options with a balcony to enjoy the view. That would definitely make the stay even more perfect.

El servicio y la calidad de la experiencia fueron excepcionales para un resort boutique en Filipinas. La comida era muy buena, pero sentí que al menú le vendrían bien algunas opciones más. Por ejemplo, está bien ofrecer una hamburguesa doble extravagante y ultra indulgente (que por cierto sabía bien), pero a veces a los invitados con poco apetito también les puede gustar una hamburguesa.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kimberly a lot! The experience was truly fun-filled, especially for families. There were so many enjoyable activities such as the Merry Market, movie night, scavenger hunt, feeding the animals, and the bonfire, which made our stay extra special. The playgrounds were also a big hit and gave us plenty of time to relax while the kids had fun. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely love to come back.

The food was delicious with a great variety, and everything was well prepared. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help, which really made the experience even better. The amenities were excellent, well maintained, and added a lot of comfort to the stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Canyon Cove, Nasugbu Batangas has always been a special place for me and my husband for about a decade already. We have seen its evolution through the years and how it always aims to improve itself both the hotel and the service they provide to its guests. Now, we share that experience with our sister who had been away from home for almost 2.5 decades. Oh boy, how she love the place, its people and the sea. What an excellent way of keeping the place spic and span - no pets allowed (the in-house cats are all well-behaved), the staff have been up and about while the guests are still sleeping. I just wish though that the guest would try to help in keeping the place free from trash (we saw and threw away a piece of broken glass on the sand and also we took out plastics from the water near the shore).  The breakfast food is great, the dinner ihaw-ihaw is awesome! The services of its staff - from manager to housekeeping have been continuously improving. People is the number asset in the organization and I am pleased to see that being practiced by Canyon Cove management. Hope to be back next year or very soon! Thank you!!! You are awesome!!!

Very nice and quiet place, super delicious food and awesome service. The beach is a bit small compared to the long beach at Laiya main area. The only complaining point is that the AC in the bedroom is so loud, a bit hard to sleep with.

En general, fue una gran experiencia. Las instalaciones fueron sorprendentes muchas actividades para disfrutar, ya sea en relajación o en permanecer activo. ¡No se va a salir de las cosas que hacer! La comida era deliciosa y el personal estaba muy bien y acomodado. La limpieza era buena, le daría 4 de 5. Hay un poco de espacio para la mejora, pero no se llevó de la diversión general. Si buscas una escape pacífica con grandes alimentos, actividades divertidas y vistas atractivas, recomiendo muy bien Canyon Woods!

Booked a stay in Lake Hotel to attend a wedding near the area. Front desk staff was kind enough to allow us to check in an hour earlier to be able to prepare ahead. Good job on this. The room could use some cleaning as the bathroom had hard water stains all over. Hot shower worked perfectly. Our only issue was the noise. We were checked in at room 102 and it seems that the noise seem to echo from the hall and could be heard quite well in the room. We could hear the staff talking. There was also guests that checked in at 1am and we could hear all their conversations with the staff which kept us up at that time. Hotel had a good view of taal. Staff were friendly. Would probably consider other hotels should I opt to stay again in Tagaytay.
