The place needs maintenance and upgrades of the facility. The AC and hot shower are bery good but The room was not cleaned well. Checked in here because of the proximity to the place that i need to visit or else I will not booking here. No special amenities but the price is expensive. You can find better hotels in Manila with their price. I am not sure if it was because of the holiday season but def not worth the price. The good side is the service of the staff. They are very accomodating, kind and warm.

Ponter Fino hotel is my favorite hotel for staycation. However, during my stay on Jan 1, 2026, they checked me in so late. Later than 430pm. The reason was there were still guests in the suite room assigned to for late checkout which I think was unreasonable. They coudn't even find alternative room for me. Worst case, they promised to deliver my luggages (although they said attendants were busy which I understand) However, it took unresonably long enough knowing there are attendant / staff who seemed to be free and just volunteered to deliver them only when they saw me carrying the trolley. So I refused to let them carry my stuff and pushed them all by myself from the lobby to my room located at 2nd floor so still need to carry all of them upstairs (back and forth). They offered late yes but out of ego, disappointment, and dissatisfaction, I told them don't help me and I'll do ot myself.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely exceptional Hotel Staff were warm and attentive, and every detail reflected genuine care and luxury. The room was spotless, the amenities top-notch, and the overall experience left us relaxed and delighted. We'll keep coming back!!

La habitación era espaciosa y dispone de todas las instalaciones básicas necesarias. Había algunas cuestiones de mantenimiento de la casa, pero el personal se dirigió a ella. El desayuno fue incluido y fue suficiente.

El servicio y la calidad de la experiencia fueron excepcionales para un resort boutique en Filipinas. La comida era muy buena, pero sentí que al menú le vendrían bien algunas opciones más. Por ejemplo, está bien ofrecer una hamburguesa doble extravagante y ultra indulgente (que por cierto sabía bien), pero a veces a los invitados con poco apetito también les puede gustar una hamburguesa.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kimberly a lot! The experience was truly fun-filled, especially for families. There were so many enjoyable activities such as the Merry Market, movie night, scavenger hunt, feeding the animals, and the bonfire, which made our stay extra special. The playgrounds were also a big hit and gave us plenty of time to relax while the kids had fun. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at The Bayleaf Cavite! The staff were genuinely kind and thoughtful. they even surprised my husband with a free birthday cake and drinks! 🎉 Such a sweet touch that made our stay extra special. The room was clean and cozy, the pool was relaxing, and everyone was so accommodating. What really set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. Every staff member, from the front desk to the restaurant, was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety as well The only minor thing was that the aircon was leaking but immediately addressed by the maintenance, but it didn't detract from our overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and hope to return soon!”

Great place to stay with family and friends. They have a wide area and good distance between cabins. Some cabins (farthest from the beach) have weak mobile signal for both Smart and Globe. Some cabins also have weak wifi due to distance with the router but they do have Starlink in the lounge and dining area. Our CR is a bit messy because water from our wet suits pools on the floor because water doesn’t flow properly into the drain. Overall, it was a great experience. The amenities were amazing — lots of activities to enjoy, whether you're into relaxing or staying active. You definitely won’t run out of things to do! The food was delicious, and the staff were all so kind and accommodating. They even granted our request for a room with a stunning view of Taal Volcano — waking up to that scenery was truly unforgettable. Cleanliness was good, I’d give it a 4 out of 5. There’s a little room for improvement, but it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with great food, fun activities, and breathtaking views, I highly recommend Canyon Woods!
