View was more than spectacular..recommend booking a lake view room, was able to sleep with the window open and the view of the lake all day and night was breathtaking.. food in restaurant so/so, easy walk into town to find everything you need

Hotel reformado y bien situado. El servicio era bueno y la habitación cómoda. Por desgracia, en nuestra habitación la campana extractora de la cocina no funcionaba y no había ventanas que se pudieran abrir, la única ventana grande era fija y no se podía abrir, así que solo entraba la luz. Cada vez que cocinábamos, toda la habitación se llenaba de humo y no era agradable.

The ambiance of this place was quite unique, with dim lighting and not many electric lights, which gave it a rustic charm. One of the highlights was the ability to cook meals, which added a nice touch of convenience. Plus, there are plenty of shops nearby where you can easily pick up groceries or essentials.

酒店環境特別好，老闆娘是一位中國姐姐，特別好，還給我牛奶，這裏很安靜，而且離景區很近，十米的地方有個麥當勞和加油站，100米的地方有一個炸魚薯條也是國人開的很好吃但不友善，總之酒店很乾凈衞生，地理位置好，方便快捷，停車很方便

Como llegaríamos a la mañana temprana, nos damos una nota de nuestra esperanza de experimentar su viñedo y comida (o al menos comida de dedo) cuando reservamos el hotel, y recibimos un correo electrónico que no pueden garantizar, pero harán lo mejor posible para satisfacer nuestras necesidades. No se envió ningún correo electrónico a nosotros. La señora Bistro tuvo que esperar un tiempo para hacer una llamada a quien le preocupaba, lo que era bueno, peor aún, nos dijeron que su Bistro estaba reservado para un evento de grupo, por lo que no podíamos usar la instalación en absoluto. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. Cuando me di cuenta de que dejé una nota sobre los temas, y esperaba que me enviaran un correo electrónico para expresar su sincera disculpa. La habitación muy cómoda, y el chico de recepción muy amable. Tienen una tienda de alimentos, lo que nos pareció útil. También dejaban calentar tu comida en el microondas si lo necesitabas. Eso si, es el hotel más apartado de todos.

The room was very spacious and had great natural lighting, which I really appreciated. It felt comfortable during the day and overall the space itself was quite nice. However, the WiFi was extremely poor. Even basic social media would keep buffering, and trying to watch a show at night was almost impossible — it would pause every couple of minutes. Since there’s not much to do around in the evening, this was pretty frustrating. Another thing that felt a bit uncomfortable was the mirror placement next to the bed upstairs. It’s not directly facing the bed, but if you turn to the side, you’re basically looking straight into it. I know this might not bother everyone, but in some cultures (like feng shui), having a mirror facing the bed is considered bad for sleep and overall comfort, so it felt a bit odd to me. The bathroom was also a bit annoying — the fan automatically turns on with the light and can’t be switched off separately. It was quite loud, so even using the bathroom felt uncomfortable after a while. Parking space was decent in size, but getting out was inconvenient. I had to reverse multiple times because the space behind wasn’t very wide. Overall, the room itself is nice, but the WiFi and some layout details could really use improvement.

The room was very spacious and offered a nice view, which was a highlight of the stay. Free parking was also convenient for guests travelling by car. However, the property feels quite dated and could benefit from refurbishment. The cleanliness of the room was below expectations, with some areas not as well maintained as they should be. Another downside was the shower pressure, which was very weak and made showering less enjoyable. The hotel is within walking distance of Queenstown City Centre, but the walk is a bit longer than expected, especially when returning uphill.
