On the day of arrival the receptionist told me that they can’t see my name on their system :( after waiting for long seating there at the reception, I decided to pay them for one day just to check in refresh and rested after a long trip from overseas. Then they allowed me to pay for one day, the next day they refunded me and said they later received my confirmation from trip.com. Which I stayed with them the 3night. Finally trip.com should send them travellers information as soon the customer book in and paid.

Las tres comidas al día también eran muy típicas del gusto chino; es raro encontrar auténtica comida china aquí, así que fue una experiencia fantástica. El servicio también fue muy cálido y acogedor; la casera fue muy amable e incluso nos ofreció dos tés con leche de cortesía. También ofrecen servicio de transporte al aeropuerto. ¡Este hotel es muy recomendable! 👍

El hotel está situado en una excelente ubicación cerca del aeropuerto. Es un hotel moderno que es limpio y tiene excelentes instalaciones. Sin embargo, los servicios en la recepción y el restaurante Koriko & Co son 4-Stars. La recepción siempre está llena de personas, y usted pasa mucho tiempo esperando que el personal se presente. La comida en el restaurante y las variedades son excelentes; comí principalmente los platos locales (comemos desayuno diario y cenamos en varias noches con amigos y familiares), y mis gusto de Lagos pueden detectar los días en que los platos son superiores (debe ser los diferentes chefs) comparado con otros días las comidas fueron calientes y deliciosas. Deborah es una joya verdadera y añadirá un enorme valor a la marca del hotel; su puff-puff es una perfecta 10/10.

Service was amazing from start to finish. Communication is quick and all staff are happy to make themselves known to guests. All staff are happy to help even management. They have an incredible way of making guests feel welcomed. Three meals served throughout the day buffet style which is a great addition. Great location right on the lagoon with great views and plenty of restaurants nearby and stores within walking distance. The room was much bigger than I anticipated with a lot of space. Based on my experience I highly recommend this hotel.

I booked a room here at short notice and was amazed by the speedy response from the team. They were able to arrange pick up from the airport when I arrived in Nigeria a day from completing the booking. Pick up from the airport was prompt with the driving personnel maintaining contact from the point of booking before I arrived in Nigeria to the point I got into the car. The manager greeted me on arrival and via email with details of facilities available at the hotel including how to access WiFi. I was impressed by how seamless and efficient the whole process was compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel's location was very convenient for my trip, and the facilities and facilities met a good standard. The staff (although some have attitude issues) were also polite and welcome throughout my stay. El hotel no dispone de una habitación de 4 estrellas. La habitación que me dio fue muy incómoda hay agujeros en el casco de la pijama, las cubiertas son viejas y desnudas en la piel, el cocodrilo en el dormitorio, la baño necesita reparación, no hay comida buena, No podía comer ni el pescado que era negro en el interior, que era mi primera y última comida que ordené . El hotel está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable. Hay buenas personas, pero el hotel necesita una buena mantenimiento

La ubicación del hotel es GRA, esta zona debe ser la zona más segura de Ikeja, con facilidad de transporte, muchos chinos. La habitación es muy nueva y limpia, el aire acondicionado es poderoso, se puede lavar gratis las ropas, el jefe también ha actualizado el tipo de habitación gratis, la gente es muy agradable. El hotel envasa tres comidas al día y el restaurante es delicioso. El jefe también hace queso, ¡muy bueno!
