Overall, my stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Every meal was enjoyable and prepared with great quality. What impressed me the most was the staff. They were very friendly, professional, and attentive. Their good attitude and warm hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived until check-out. The hotel was also very clean, comfortable, and well-kept. You can really see that they take pride in maintaining high standards. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others. I would definitely come back again in the future.

El personal de recepción fue amable. El personal de conserjería fue muy servicial. El conductor del buggy fue amable. La habitación está en buenas condiciones. Podrían haber comprado más rollos de papel higiénico. La capacidad máxima para este tipo de habitación es de 4 personas, pero solo se proporcionan 2 toallas de baño. Es necesario solicitarlas al personal de limpieza. El desayuno buffet es excelente, delicioso y variado.

Our family really enjoyed our stay, especially the two children, who absolutely loved the water park. We are also grateful for the warm welcome from the reception staff. The hotel room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was satisfactory. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding a few areas that could be improved. Dinner at the Restaurant The dinner service was quite slow, and unfortunately, we found the food and drinks disappointing. In our opinion, the quality did not meet the standard we would expect from a 4-star hotel. We are sorry to say that we felt the food and drinks were even below the standard of some local mamak restaurants. Considering the quality and our overall dining experience, we also found the prices rather expensive. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite far from town. As the restaurant was recommended by our tour guide, we decided to have dinner at the hotel instead of travelling elsewhere. However, the experience was quite disappointing, and we hope the hotel can improve the food quality and service in the future. Water Park Customer Service Another concern was our experience with the customer service staff at the water park. We had a total of six guests staying in the room, and five of us went to the pool. When we requested five towels, the staff refused and informed us that each room was only entitled to four towels, rather than providing towels based on the number of guests. We were quite surprised by this arrangement. We were not requesting extra towels unnecessarily; we simply hoped to have one towel per person so that everyone could dry themselves properly after swimming. It would be helpful if the hotel could reconsider this policy, as guests should not be expected to return to their rooms soaking wet. Unfortunately, the staff member's attitude also made the situation less pleasant, as she appeared impatient and unhelpful when we asked for clarification about the policy. Apart from this particular experience, the other hotel staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, our family enjoyed the stay, and we hope the hotel will take this feedback constructively and use it to improve the dining experience and customer service in the future.

Tuve una estancia muy agradable en este hotel. La habitación era limpia, espaciosa y con un diseño muy cuidado, con una cocina independiente que resultó muy práctica, especialmente para estancias largas o familias. Uno de los puntos fuertes fue la enorme piscina, perfecta para que tanto adultos como niños se relajen y disfruten. La ubicación del hotel también es una gran ventaja, a pocos pasos de la playa, lo que lo convierte en el lugar ideal para una escapada relajante. El personal fue amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, lo que hizo que la experiencia en general fuera aún más placentera. El servicio durante toda mi estancia fue excelente. En resumen, sin duda recomendaría este hotel a familias y amigos que busquen una estancia cómoda y agradable.

Este es el mejor resort para familias con niños pequeños. Mis niños realmente disfrutan de la piscina infantil y el fácil acceso a la playa. Los padres pueden enfriar en el salón de piscina escuchando la canción de batalla, no demasiado alto para los niños y realmente levantando el humor. Tendrá que visitar de nuevo la próxima vez.

We stayed in this hotel many times. It is in a good location and beautiful looking. However, during this visit we first checked into the Executive Room and it was not satisfactory. There was a smell in the room and aircon wasn't working well. Air con was dirty and lacking gas air, the maintenance had to clean and pump gas. Shower was rain shower type, we were not comfortable to use that. Design of the room was old fashioned too. Staff of the hotel were very friendly, polite and helpful. They helped us shift to Superior Room where we had stayed before. It was much better. We can see that some of the furniture especially the chairs and sofa was a bit worn out. The liquid bath soap in the bathroom had finished, and I had to use my own liquid. We strongly feel that hotel should ensure regular and proper maintenance, and if possible invest in some newer furniture. Overall we were happy with the environment, the staff, car park facilities and had good fun at the Sailor's Drink Shop.

Room is very clean. Due to its in the forest , flies and mosquitos love to visit the place too, insect repellent is a must prepare ahead. The resort were well maintain even thought its about 30 years old. Bravo to the owner. I love the plants decoration around the compound, the ratio just nice . This is the first resort without a restaurant , but grab is available only up to 5 pm of the day before the stuff went off. Is a low season ,one month before Hari Raya , so I had the whole resort by myself 😬.the kitchen have full equipment to cook and it’s all very clean .we bought our own food to bbq. Charcoal and starter can be purchased when we reach. The rooms are in individual houses , so even it’s crowded won’t be too noisy. it’s a great place for family bonding or couples .they have 2 seperate sharing infinity pools which is consider clean.

Excellent with families with small children. indoor pool and easy access to the public beach just outside the pool. Our balcony on the ground floor opens to the pool and garden. Breakfast is good and the cafe offers set-dinner that is of good value. Easy to get here with the pink bus from Port Dickson and easy access to the light house in Tanjung Tuan. A relaxing stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The hotel has good Wi-Fi, even outside when sitting at the pool. The pool is clean, safe and spacious. The rooms are neat, with fresh water and towels provided every day. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. There is also a laundry service just across the street. The staff were all very kind and polite. On the downside, most things close quite early, and it can be a little difficult to walk to restaurants along the road, although the restaurants themselves are good. The bed was slightly too firm for me, and the air conditioning was a bit loud, but there was also a fan on the ceiling. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with friendly staff.

Book this hotel as I have conference nearby. Old hotel but well maintained! so clean. room so spacious and staff also have great hospitality. I enjoy my short staycation!
