非常非常的推薦有預算的都選擇這個酒店！ 房間窗户可以直接看到護城河～距離景點（熱氣球、神社）都非常的近！ 交通：佐賀車站直接坐昭和巴士（唐澤方向）可以到酒店 或者最方便直接打車。 服務：最後一定要誇一下酒店前台的服務人員！真的幫大忙了！由於九州地區暴雨被滯留在了佐賀出不去，然後行動不方便，想把行李直接快遞到福岡酒店。 前台有一位戴眼鏡的女士，特別好的協助我填寫宅急便訊息！雖然最後快遞公司因為大雨的原因，可能無法在我離店之前將快遞寄到我下一個酒店放棄了，但是酒店服務人員還是大大的協助了我！ 餐飲：夏天太熱了，就在酒店一樓的咖啡廳坐下來邊喝咖啡邊看風景吧，也是非常不錯的一種休閑選擇。（年輪蛋糕很好吃）

The facilities are fantastic here, it is cleaner than any other place I've been to and the views are unbeatable. Most importantly, the night staff working the front desk made it such a wonderful experience. 設備設施維護的都很好，有很多趣味性的corner，比如書籍借閲和温泉水直飲的室外休息區 入住接待和介紹十分熱情，講解也很細緻，會帶着你整個設施都逛一圈然後在到房間裏每個個室再講解一遍，包括用餐時間、餐食風格以及check out那天如何出行，是否要預約車送行都會一一確認 二泊的餐食中規中矩，和食一貫的風格，少量多種類，味道也不錯。值得一提的是女將非常熱情，還會主動提出給我們拍合照，聊天還會誇誇，情緒價值拉滿 Btw，入住時送的唐芋小點心真的好吃！走之前特地去gift shop裏買了好幾盒帶走，甜甜的又很軟，適合長者家吃 整體來説配得上這個價格，值得花時間寫這麼多評價，下次有機會還會來住

My stay at Ureshino Onsen Yoshidaya Uchiroji Hondori (also known as Yadoya Uchiroji Hondori) was a tale of two extremes in the charming hot spring town of Ureshino, Saga Prefecture. The hotel was modern Japanese-style with smart check-in system. The twin room was spacious, impeccably clean, and exude serene comfort, making it a perfect retreat. The private onsen facilities truly shine— It was a free slot with 40 mins, which could be booked once via QR Code at the room. Ureshino's famous sodium-rich hot springs, renowned as one of Japan's top three for beautifying the skin, deliver silky-smooth water that leaves you feeling rejuvenated. However, the meal plan was a major letdown. I sent an email to the hotel to confirm my booking and stated I did not eat beef before. The customer service replied I had to pay extra per person in order to change the meat option. For over JPY 38,000 per night including breakfast and dinner, we anticipated premium kaiseki cuisine or traditional served Japanese dinner set. Instead, only a bento box with cold salad and an underwhelming beef and egg pie that felt mismatched for the price. Tragically, my husband experienced vomiting shortly after, likely food-related, which overshadowed our trip. And the breakfast was also disappointing, which was only cold sandwiches with a cup of tea or milk. Thus, I strongly recommend the hotel clearly states the exact contents of dinner and breakfast plans on booking sites—including detailed menus or photos—and offers flexible options, such as plan changes or alternatives, if guests fall ill from the food. This transparency and adaptability would greatly enhance the experience and prevent frustration.

We drove 1.5 hours from Hakata to this hotel, quick far away. The osen hotel is pretty large and have public and private osen bath to choose from. Originally we booked the room with hot spring both but have been checked into a different room with a separate bath tub only. The hotel insisted this is the same room type and need to charge additional charge to upgrade to the better room that can have a separate hot spring bath. I called Trip.com and they admitted that there is some confusion on the room type and has agreed to pay for the extra charge to upgrade to the better room. So finally we paid the upgrade charge and moved to the better room with the hot spring bath. So overall it was still a very good experience. It's a bit disappointing, it's comparatively low cost performance. The outdoor onsen is lukewarm, 36-38℃ even in Winter Time. Food is good, but the restaurant environment is noisy and too bright. Overall, it's morr For family group.

We booked a Japanese-style room with a sea view balcony. I really like the bike rental, shuttle service and refreshments! They agreed to book the shuttle for me via email because I cannot phone calls. Staff are nice. Room is clean and you can enjoy the public bath, including a small sauna room. All in all, this is a good place to stay with your family!
