Good location, excellent service and amazing staff. They were very friendly and our room was very clean and tidy. Also it was smelling freshness when we entered the room. Everyday they ask you if you want your room to be cleaned and they are always available to help you. I 100% recommend it and will definitely stay again!

A lovely hotel in Chania. We had two nights with this hotel, the location is perfect. The breakfast is wonderful. There are several really nice decent local food just a few minutes walk away from the “tourists restaurants”. Seafood is excellent!

The hotel is pretty clean and modern. We found the beds to be very comfy and the hotel's location was pretty convenient near the old town and port areas. The rooms are well appointed with a couple of chairs, a work area, a coffee/tea station, big TV and a large bathroom. There were enough plugs around the room and many switches with light settings to get it just right. We appreciated the balcony and the view outside but there were some cars that drove by with very loud music each night. The only significant complaint we had was that the bathroom shower leaked very easily in our rooms and got the floor wet near the toilet. The breakfast at the hotel was pretty good with a variety of Crete foods like cheese and pastries. There was fresh scrambled eggs and a very good sausage available as well. The breakfast also had a large variety of preserved fruits that paired well with the Greek yoghurt and included oranges, cherries, grapes and figs. We appreciated that the hotel had inexpensive parking nearby at Central Parking which was 7 Euros per day with unlimited in/out privileges as long as we got a stamp when we got in. The hotel also had a restaurant that offered room service and there was a popular cafe just across the street. This hotel was a good base for exploring Crete with a convenient location near the airport and the price was very fair for us.

This hotel is very nice and clean, it has a nice pool outside and awesome balcony view. Room was very nice.

El hotel está situado en una zona muy cercana a las instalaciones y las tiendas. El personal del hotel es amigable. Ellos incluso han arreglado desayunos pre-envasados para nosotros al llegar a un vuelo temprano. El hotel es nuevo y moderno.

La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. Se recomienda ....a taxi no puede bajar/recogerte ... por lo tanto se prepárese para caminar con el equipaje de unos 300 metros. Además, como esta es una estructura histórica ....no hay ascensor. El desayuno excepcional se ofrece en una vista muy escenic del viejo puerto.

El paisaje del mar fuera de la ventana es el primer nivel, justo para los monumentos, aunque la calle está cerca, la puerta y la ventana son muy bien aislados, el estacionamiento gratuito es difícil de encontrar, hay alrededor de 500 metros del hotel, el suministro de hierba de la habitación es relativamente viejo, el hotel europeo no ofrece dentistas básicamente.

Absolutely stunning place in a perfect location just a short stroll along the sea front to the historic old town of Chania and the Venetian Harbour. In the other direction an even shorter stroll to the harbour and Nea Chora beach - which has a ton of bars shops and restaurants. Property is directly on the seafront in a real tranquil location - with a beautiful pool and incredible sea views everywhere you stood. The staff were fantastic and even contacted me on WhatsApp prior to my stay to arrange my check in. Had my room ready early - which was fabulous. I was incredibly lucky to have a suite with a hot tub right on the sea front - beautifully decorated, fresh, clean and the views from the balcony were incredible. I believe breakfast is included for all guests, which was lovely with a wide variety of hot and cold food drinks and pastries. The only criticism is of myself that I didn’t stay longer. I would come back in a heartbeat!
