We stayed at the Pullman hotel for my birthday in a king superior room. Had a great stay. Check-in was nice, and the check-out at 12 was a great fit, as we were travelling by train and our train was not until 2:30 pm. One thing that I want to mention is that I mentioned that I was staying there for my birthday, and we did not get anything in the room to mark the occasion.

At £126.90 plus a small £4.80 property fee, it offered excellent value for a city center experience. The location at 46-48 Foley Street puts you right in the heart of Liverpool, which was perfect for my mini-break. Being centrally located meant I could easily walk to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas without relying on transportation. The vibrant city atmosphere was right on my doorstep! I stayed from **Thursday, August 7 to Saturday, August 9, 2025** — a perfect two-night city escape. Check-in after 3 PM was smooth and welcoming, and the 11 AM check-out time was standard and convenient. The staff were helpful and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself (which I could see in the booking thumbnail) had a classic Liverpool charm about it. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed for a pleasant stay. While not ultra-luxurious, it was well-maintained and provided a cozy base for exploring the city. What I appreciated was the **transparent pricing** — I knew exactly what I was paying upfront (£126.90) and what I'd need to pay at the property (just £4.80). The Trip.com booking process was straightforward, and having their price match and stay guarantee gave me extra confidence in my booking. The app's ”Message Property” and ”Call Property” features came in handy when I needed some local recommendations. The ”Manage Booking” function made it easy to keep all my travel details organized in one place. Is it a five-star luxury hotel? No, but it doesn't claim to be. Phoenix Hotel Liverpool delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, well-located place to stay at a reasonable price point that lets you experience the best of Liverpool without breaking the bank. **Would I recommend it?** Absolutely! If you're looking for a centrally located hotel in Liverpool with good amenities and friendly service, this place ticks all the boxes. Perfect for weekend city breaks, concert-goers, or anyone wanting to soak up Liverpool's vibrant atmosphere.

Booked for Haydock Races however the race day got cancelled unfortunately.  We were a group of 10 and still went to the hotel.  We went into Newton Le Willow had drinks and a curry.  Hotel is nice however looking tired.  Towel rail was on roasting all day/night which made the bathroom far too hot.  Otherwise a nice room.

Decent hotel with a good river view of Mersey which is to the south of the Irish Sea. Breakfast could be added with more choices and the flush system in the toilet could be upgraded as well.

Hotel increíble, excelente ubicación y excelente personal. Las habitaciones pueden tener un poco oscuro, no tan grande para solicitar la maquillaje, pero sorprendente para dormir. Las camas fueron increíblemente cómodas.

An absolutely amazing hotel, beautifully decorated. Bed was big and very comfortable. You can definitely see where the £30M renovation 4 years ago was spent. Staff where super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, I didn't rate my evening meal but that's just down to personal taste. Would definitely go again. Loved it/

The Crowne Plaza Liverpool Airport was clean throughout, very comfortable bedrooms (We had a double bed in one room 003 and 2 doubles in another 049). Staff were very friendly and helpful.  Food: We had food in the restaurant area on the first night. 2 of us opted for the tuna and one for the ribeye steak. The steak was beautiful. The tuna had to go back for extra cooking as they were both still swimming. Apparently there was an ‘agency chef’ in the kitchen. Tuna was very tasty when we got it back.  We would all definitely stay again the next time we visit Liverpool. 

Excelente ubicación y una habitación muy espaciosa. También hay un gimnasio. El servicio de la recepcionista fue pésimo. No nos dio ninguna información, solo se limitó a tramitarla. Más tarde, ese mismo día, estábamos en la cafetería y vimos a otra recepcionista dando instrucciones a una pareja a la que estaba ayudando a registrarse. Hablaban del gimnasio, la lavandería, el Tesco más cercano, etc. El primer día, sobre las 6 de la tarde, noté que mi habitación seguía fría y llamé a recepción. Desafortunadamente, contestó la misma recepcionista. Me dio instrucciones vagas sobre cómo encender el aire acondicionado y le dije que ya lo había intentado durante horas y que había ajustado la temperatura a 26 grados, pero seguía helado. No se molestó en ayudarme, ni siquiera cuando llamé dos veces más. Más tarde, sobre la 1 de la madrugada, me desperté con mucho frío y llamé a recepción. Esta vez contestó un chico que enseguida dijo que vendría a revisar el aire acondicionado cuando le comenté que la recepcionista anterior no me había ayudado en absoluto. Cuando llegó, se dio cuenta de que el aire acondicionado estaba en modo aire acondicionado y no en modo calefacción. Y me lo reinició. ¡Menos mal! Me enteré por el móvil de que la temperatura era de 4 grados esa noche debido a un frente frío y la lluvia. Había pasado 6,7 horas de frío intenso por culpa de la negligencia de la otra empleada. No estoy nada contenta. Un comportamiento muy poco profesional e impropio del personal.

Soy una viajera solitaria bastante exigente, sensible a la luz, el ruido y la temperatura, así que la comodidad es fundamental para mí. Mi estancia de dos noches en el Hotel Hope Street, en la habitación G02, fue sencillamente maravillosa. La llave manual, la amplitud de la habitación y los suelos de madera crearon un ambiente acogedor y hogareño. Sin duda, lo mejor fue la bañera exenta con vistas a la iluminada Hope Street; fue un verdadero placer relajarme y ver pasar la gente, tanto que cancelé encantada mi reserva del spa. Al principio me preocupaba que la ubicación céntrica fuera ruidosa, pero dormí plácidamente toda la noche. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Consejos: • Llevar unas velas LED hizo que el baño resultara acogedor, ya que la iluminación es bastante tenue. • Las almohadas, aunque lujosas, eran algo blandas. Si prefieres una mayor firmeza, te recomiendo llevar una almohada pequeña de espuma viscoelástica. • Por la noche puede refrescar un poco, así que subir la calefacción a 26 grados mantiene una temperatura agradable.

Esta vez es una habitación doble. Como ya mencioné, es espaciosa, pero no está en buenas condiciones de accesibilidad. Tiene un diseño moderno, pero carece de funcionalidad. Desayuno: Quería disfrutar de un café, pero las tres primeras tazas no estaban bien limpias, así que al final solo pude usar la cuarta.
