Hi, as we were leaving the hotel today I mentioned the cost of our stay was £193.50 for a one night stay with a continental breakfast! There was no kitchen facilities to offer a cooked breakfast or food. I feel this is soo expensive, your sight had no mention of the kitchen being closed or the replacement of a cooked breakfast with a basic continental option. I also mentioned the room 208 was tatty with stains on the carpet, the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. It was mentioned that because Everton were playing at home that’s why the cost went up!! I understand economics but to increase the cost by nearly £120 is ridiculous. We have stayed at the Aloft on a number of occasions but feel we won’t be returning in a hurry. Can you please look into my comments. I would appreciate some form of refund or compensation. Esta vez es una habitación doble. Como ya mencioné, es espaciosa, pero no está en buenas condiciones de accesibilidad. Tiene un diseño moderno, pero carece de funcionalidad. ¡Qué apartamento y ubicación tan estupendos! Si visitas Liverpool, este es el lugar ideal para alojarse. En pleno centro, con todo a mano. Sin duda, volveré a alojarme aquí y lo recomiendo a todo el mundo, ya que fue perfecto en todos los aspectos, salvo uno: habría sido fantástico que tuviera aire acondicionado, porque hacía muchísimo calor en el apartamento. Sin embargo, había un ventilador portátil que ayudó bastante.

He should ask me nicely without pushing me because i didn’t wear ring .

Nice decor, clean and good sized rooms. I stayed on the top floor. Great view from room and sky bar :-) I will definitely return if in Liverpool for business or leisure with family (interconnecting rooms available).

La habitación es super grande y la vajilla muy rica. Me preparé una cena de verduras con la vajilla y los utensilios de cocina del hotel. La ubicación es muy buena. Está justo en la playa. No está lejos de las tiendas. El estacionamiento es muy conveniente y seguro. Es el aparcamiento exclusivo del hotel. La tarifa es de 20 libras por día. El desayuno es muy bueno y también hay un snack bar.

I have stayed at The Pullman before and had no issues, however this time we were not overly impressed. I paid for a king room, but when it came to the evening we soon discovered we had been placed in a room with a zip lock bed which had not been connected, causing there to be an uncomfortable and noticeable gap between the 2 singles. There was also dried blood on the sheets. We spoke to reception and we were offered an alternative room with a king sized bed. Unfortunately, the room we were placed in was directly above the arena where a rave was taking place meaning the bass reverberated around the whole room until approx 11pm. We had been out for a meal on the docks, and upon returning to the hotel we were met with rave goers slumped in the doorway, and a guy urinating outside one of the entrances, as well as groups fighting directly outside and gathering in the hotel bar/foyer. Not a great experience at all!

I have stayed many times It was good until 02:30 am when a burglar tried to smash the front door down. I was in room 5 right above. It was so noisy and at least 6 police arrived to take the lunatic away in Van. It went on for an hour I could not sleep and vacated my room NR 5 @ 04:30 am very unhappy. Plus I was asked to pay £5 to park, first time EVER ! The young night porter was amazing and showed me out through the kitchen to my car.
