I have stayed at The Pullman before and had no issues, however this time we were not overly impressed. I paid for a king room, but when it came to the evening we soon discovered we had been placed in a room with a zip lock bed which had not been connected, causing there to be an uncomfortable and noticeable gap between the 2 singles. There was also dried blood on the sheets. We spoke to reception and we were offered an alternative room with a king sized bed. Unfortunately, the room we were placed in was directly above the arena where a rave was taking place meaning the bass reverberated around the whole room until approx 11pm. We had been out for a meal on the docks, and upon returning to the hotel we were met with rave goers slumped in the doorway, and a guy urinating outside one of the entrances, as well as groups fighting directly outside and gathering in the hotel bar/foyer. Not a great experience at all!

La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente para dos estaciones de tren, atracciones, tiendas y restaurantes. La habitación está limpia y ordenada, con hervidor de agua, microondas, cocina y refrigerador. Es como un apartotel. Me gusta mucho el estilo loft. Recomendado ¡Para amigos a los que les gusta viajar!

Muy agradable habitación. Muy útil personal y también agradable desayuno. Encontró la ubicación perfecta cuando viaja por tren. Atacado a la estación de Liverpool Lime Street tan conveniente. Estaría allí feliz de nuevo

He should ask me nicely without pushing me because i didn’t wear ring .

Beautiful clean hotel, friendly staff throughout the whole stay. Buffet breakfast was served hot with plenty of choice Fresh fruits, teas and coffee The bed was super comfy and so quiet Ironing board and iron within a walk in wardrobe along with hairdryer Literally 3 mins walk to Matthew Street and all the live entertainment I will definitely stay again Thank you

I’m a rather particular solo traveller with a sensitivity to light, noise, and temperature, so comfort matters enormously to me. My two-night stay at Hope Street Hotel, in room G02, was nothing short of delightful. The real manual key, spacious layout, and wooden floors created a welcoming, homely atmosphere. The highlight was undoubtedly the free-standing bath with its view over the festively lit Hope Street; it was such a treat to relax and watch the world go by that I happily cancelled my spa booking. I’d initially worried the central location might be noisy, but I slept soundly throughout. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tips: • Bringing a few battery-powered tea lights made the bathroom feel cosy, as the lighting is quite minimal. • The pillows, while luxurious, were on the softer side. If you prefer firmer support, a small memory foam pillow is worth packing. • It can get a touch chilly at night, so turning the heating up to 26 degrees keeps things comfortable.

Me alojé aquí dos noches y no tengo ninguna queja. Excelente ubicación, con muchísimas actividades. El personal es muy amable y servicial. El desayuno es excelente y la comida muy buena. Muy limpio. El bar es genial y la comida y las bebidas son muy variadas.

¡Este hotel fue excelente! Con una ubicación ideal para el M&S Arena, el Albert Dock y la zona comercial de Liverpool 1. Está literalmente a 15 minutos a pie de la estación de Lime Street. El check-in se realizó en línea y la llave estaba lista para recoger en una máquina en el vestíbulo. No me convence del todo, ya que prefiero el trato personal en recepción. Tuve que ir allí para preguntar por los detalles del desayuno, así que en el futuro probablemente haré el check-in allí de todos modos, pero la opción está disponible si lo prefieres. La habitación en el cuarto piso era muy bonita, limpia y cómoda. Las únicas pegas fueron que la cama era un poco dura y que había una repisa pequeña en lugar de una mesa frente al espejo. Los desayunos fueron excelentes, con una gran variedad de opciones de buena calidad. El salón y el comedor estaban muy limpios, modernos y bien diseñados. Todo el personal fue muy amable. En general, sin duda recomendaría este hotel a cualquiera que visite Liverpool. Tenía una excelente relación calidad-precio en comparación con otros hoteles que hemos visitado en la ciudad. ¡Sin duda volveremos!
