El hotel de la playa fuera se veía cansado y fechado y 15 libras de coche estacionado en un hotel vacío no era bueno, pero el personal y el interior del hotel era muy impresionante con un gran sentimiento al hotel.

Excelente ubicación. Hotel con encanto clásico. Nos alojamos los días 24, 25 y 26 de diciembre y el gimnasio estaba cerrado.
No hay aparcamiento gratuito. Hay un amplio aparcamiento a 5 minutos a pie (aparcamiento central). Cuesta 7 £ todo el día.
Amplio restaurante, bar y salón.
Amplias salas de reuniones.
Desayuno buffet: 12,5 £ por persona.
Almuerzo o cena: 25 £ por persona.
Totalmente recomendado.

L'acceuil pendant le check-in est à revoir..
Je n'ai pas pris de petit déjeuner, seulement le dîner. Une discussion stérile commence et l'acceuil a en effet constaté qu'il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner mais que le dîner...
Personne explique le fonctionnement de l'hôtel, où se trouve le restaurant pour le dîner, juste demander l'heure pour manger.
Je ne me suis pas senti à ma place.
2 bagages en arrivant, je galère pour entrer, personne pour aider...
Mon anglais n'était pas top mais je faisais l'effort de communiquer.
Par contre les serveurs du restaurant du soir sont gentils, agréables et attentionnés. Bravo
Le check-out a été bien mieux et ils étaient compréhensifs. Rien à dire. Sourire était là

We love our stay here. Just 10 mins to the beach. Hotel is clean and equipped with all you needs. We love the shampoo it smells so good!

El hotel no estaba muy bien estacionado. Había que dejar los casos y encontrar un parking alternativo. No fue fácil porque todos los parques cercanos estaban llenos - la competencia en la BIC.
Nos gustaba la estancia y volveríamos.

Great location with ample parking on site.
Nice indoor and outdoor pools with access to beach and right next to chain ferry.
Breakfast service was pretty abysmal. Coffee machines constantly out of service and poor breakfast selection not adequately replenished and mostly cold.

Given a choice, after today's experience of Park Inn, it is out of my list for any future trips in the UK.thry are better outside UK and for 3 star Premier Inn will be my choice from now on.
The facility was quite delapidated and needs an upgrade. Bathroom shelf was broken and the water pressure in the cold tap in wash basin is obvious. Although clean. But because of the condition the room and bathroom did not feel clean.
Despite all this, had a good sleep. Overall, did not enjoy the stay and as I said it was ok but I expected more from a Radisson chain.

We specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor.
On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool.
Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay.
Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

UUsuario invitadoWe had a 3 day stay at the Harbour Hotel in Christchurch.
We ate dinner there twice - once at ”The Upper Deck” and once at ”The Jetty”. Both meals were excellent: we had lovely tables, the food was great and the service made us feel special. The experience at breakfast was the same, with attentive service from all the staff and great food served on the open veranda.
Although we were using the hotel as a base for our walks around the area, we also used the spa which was well maintained and had all the facilities you could want.
We did have an issue with our assigned room which was not as ordered from Trip.com. Although the reception team reconfirmed they had allocated the room accurately based on what Trip.com had ordered for us, the Cherry the reception manager took it on herself to compensate us for the mismatch.
From start to finish the service at The Harbour was outstanding. All the staff that served us in reception, the bar, the restaurants and the spa were helpful, efficient and friendly. Although our room was smaller than we'd ordered, it was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable.
All in all, this was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, this in no small part due to the professionalism and caring attitude of the staff team. We will return !

TTeresaOur stay at Harbour Heights was extremely enjoyable! . From the greeting we received from the reception staff on our arrival to the equally warm farewell when we left.
Our room was very comfortable & larger than your typical standard room. The bathroom well presented, the bed very comfortable bed and all other facilities in the room perfect (I was very impressed to find an iron and ironing board).
We were very impressed by the breakfast and found the restaurant manager very lovely and helpful.
He kept a very tight ship, ensured that everything was replenished the moment it ran out and the staff who worked with him were equally pleasant and very helpful.
Pre-dinner drinks and dinner on the terrace was terrific, and what a view!
The hotel as in great condition, everything looked newly updated, corridor carpets very clean, wall tiles, bathroom fittings etc., of good quality .,
The hôtel was very clean and modern, whilst still retaining its original character.
This was our first visit to Harbour Heights but will certainly not be our last.
A most wonderful location for a short break,!

Me preguntaba cuando me dijeron que me había dado una habitación en el segundo piso pero todavía no cambiaron mi habitación, también me preguntaba si podían cambiar después de 1 día (como tenía una reserva de dos noches). La habitación era sucia, y tuve que pedir otra, porque eras 3 adultos y había dos camas. UUsuario invitadoNice hotel, not far from the beach. Breakfast was good but was only until 9.30am. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean we had a balcony room with lovely views of the beach, the rooms were quite hot and no A.C which is needed in hot weather. The outdoor pool is heated but no indoor pool for when the weather isn’t good. Staff were helpful and friendly.
