¡Nos alojamos en una habitación para 16 personas durante 2 días! Por descuido mío dejé mi iPad en la habitación, pero cuando fui a recogerlo al día siguiente, ¡lo dejaron allí! Para las comidas, hay una cocina en el cuarto piso con microondas, vainas, cuchillos, platos y tazas, ¡todos disponibles! Hay un supermercado en el primer piso, así que puedo ir fácilmente a Helsinki, ¡lo cual fue de gran ayuda! ¡Planeo usar este lugar cuando vaya a Finlandia!

酒店位置都唔錯，距離啲主要景點其實都係可以步行，酒店仲有個天台可以睇到唔同嘅景點，酒店大堂都係好有特色，同埋包自助早餐，選擇都幾多，就算你可能要第二日趕飛機，食唔到佢個早餐，front desk staff都會好貼心咁安排三文治同埋飲品俾你，但相對比較美中不足嘅係佢嘅sauna開放時間係17:00-21:00，呢段時間好多時都未必喺酒店房，就未必可以享用到。

The room we were assigned does not have a window. So, no natural light nor air. It has a huge column in the middle (1 meter of diameter), reducing the free movement in it. Very uncomfortable. In addition, there was no television, but a beamer with a big screen (no instructions to use available). All in all, the bedroom was clean but far from the standards one expects in this type of 4-star hotels. We arrived very late at night for the check-in at the reception and we were not asked or informed about these room conditions. We did not request the change of room as it was so late and we were tired after a very long trip.

I was carrying about 35kg of camera gear in my suitcase and backpack. The walk from the station was tough—Google Maps led me through a steep and rocky path. If you’ve got heavy bags or you’re older, I recommend taking the riverside path on the other side—it’s longer but much easier. But once I got to the room, I totally forgot the hard part. It was such a lovely space—calm, cozy, and beautiful. The owner was super kind and easy to talk to. I had a great time here and would definitely stay again when I visit Zermatt. Thanks for the amazing stay and memories^ ^

I’m so glad I chose this hotel in the last minute. The staff are very friendly, the room is clean, new and fresh; and the bed and pillows are very comfy. They have extensive range of breakfast, even gluten free and dairy free smoothies. Sauna is super nice and clean, and free! But what surprised me the most (very nice surprise) is they have the mini shower/bidet in the toilet 👍😀

Our experience wasn't off to a good start, dealing with Jason when dropping our bags in the morning. He was borderline ******, assuming we were with the other Asian groups, making presumptions about our requests, and had difficulties understanding our requests on arranging for early to-go breakfast boxes. But everything else during our stay was perfect hence the 5 stars. Everyone else we dealt with, including the house keepers, restaurant staff and cleaners were all great - very helpful and friendly. The hotel is strategically located right next to the Central railway station. The room itself was large and clean and beautifully decorated. We also tried out the facilities including sauna and cold plunge (a Finnish culture), which were top notch. The gym was also world class and properly better equipped than some other commercial gyms out there. The other highlight was the breakfast. So many options even for vegetarians like us, all allergens clearly labelled. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's ever in Helsinki.

Excellent location and right next to a large mall / train station, one stop away from city centre. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast!

El hotel está situado cerca del centro de la ciudad, a unos 10 minutos en coche. La habitación tiene una sensación decente de espacio y hay un cable calefactor en el sótano del baño. El desayuno está absolutamente bien. El único inconveniente es el servicio de limpieza inadecuado. Después de usar el champú por la noche, no lo volví a colocar a la mañana siguiente. No se realizan recargas después de terminar el café. La basura en el suelo no fue recogida. Sin embargo, las camas se cambian todos los días. Las instalaciones del hotel incluyen una piscina climatizada y sauna. También hay una sala de fitness. Todos están satisfechos. 

El hotel junto al mar tiene una vista muy bonita. Me hace feliz tumbarme en la cama y contemplar la hermosa vista al mar todos los días. La habitación está bien insonorizada y es muy tranquila. Hay una sauna y una pequeña piscina con vistas en el piso 16. El desayuno se considera rico en Finlandia. Hay muchas variedades y todos los sabores están en línea. Es muy conveniente llegar a la estación principal de tren. La estación de tranvía está justo en la puerta.

La gente de recepción fue muy amable y, aunque no hablo bien el inglés, me trataron amablemente. La habitación parecía un hotel de negocios normal, pero estaba limpia y era agradable. No se proporcionan zapatillas, cepillos de dientes, etc., por lo que deberás comprarlos o traer los tuyos propios. Hay champú y jabón corporal en la ducha, y también hay un secador de pelo, aunque el flujo de aire es débil. Aunque la ubicación daba a una calle importante, era tranquila y ningún ruido me molestaba en absoluto. No oí ningún ruido de la habitación de al lado, así que tuve una estancia cómoda. Aunque está a algunas estaciones de la estación central, no fue un inconveniente ya que era un ambiente tranquilo y era fácil ir a cualquier parte. Además, hay un gran supermercado a 5 minutos a pie del hotel, donde puedes comprar artículos libres de impuestos, por lo que fue útil para comprar recuerdos. Solo he estado en la sauna una vez, ¡pero estaba muy limpia y tenía casilleros, duchas y toallas! ¿El desayuno es un acompañamiento básico de huevos y salchichas? Había ensalada, jamón, queso, yogur, granola, muchos tipos de pan, bebidas y ¡el sabor era delicioso! Si te quedas mucho tiempo, es posible que te aburras, pero si te quedas 3 noches, podrás disfrutar comiendo un poco de comida diferente cada día. Ojalá hubiera agua en la habitación, pero en general estuvo bien. ¡muchas gracias!
