El hotel y la habitación genial, el cuarto de baño es un poco obsoleto pero en general, muy correcto

El hotel no está lejo del centro, con autobús son 30 minutos. Es un hotel bonito con mucho espacio, los empleados son muy amables

Todo perfecto, ubicación mil puntos, ambientes tal y como salen el las fotos. El único inconveniente fue el registro, lo tiene que hacer uno mismo, por nosotros normal…pero mi sugerencia es que si van personas adultas mayores, que no se orientan en el uso de registros virtuales les pueden complicar la vida.

From the moment you walk into the hotel, it feels as though you've entered the Alhambra itself. The architecture of this Iberostar is truly stunning: Arabic-inspired, colorful, with high-quality materials. The reception area is nothing short of majestic, with marble tiles, flowing fountains, wooden ceilings, and other details that leave a lasting impression. I booked a side sea view room for my parents, and they were given probably the best possible one: located on the 5th floor at the far end of the hotel. The view was far beyond “partial”: they could admire the sea, lush gardens, outdoor pool, and all the hotel terraces all at once. As for me, I made two separate bookings for a three-night stay. Since the same room wasn’t available for all nights, I was upgraded to a superior apartment, an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture. We opted for half-board, and the food was outstanding in both quality and variety. From fresh seafood to superfoods like chia seeds, the buffet offered something for every taste. This hotel truly stands out among the 4* properties we've been to across Europe and the world. The outdoor pool is impressively large, with plenty of sunbeds available. The entire property was immaculately clean, and the green spaces were greatly maintained. Parking was hassle-free, with numerous free spots available both in front and along the sides of the hotel. Another plus: water fountains are placed throughout the hotel, allowing guests to enjoy cold water at any time. Just across the street, you'll find a variety of shops, making it easy to pick up anything you need. Lastly, a mention to the entire hotel staff - from reception to restaurant service - who were consistently professional and kind.

¡Qué pasada! Este hotel es súper cómodo. El brunch de al lado está riquísimo y si te cansas de la comida occidental, hay un restaurante de fideos Lanzhou justo al lado. Estás a un paso del casco antiguo y las vistas desde la azotea son increíbles. En lugar de pagar para subir a las Setas de Sevilla, puedes nadar en la azotea del hotel y disfrutar de las mismas vistas.

Un hotel fabuloso. Aunque está un poco alejado del centro, hay varias líneas de autobús que te conectan. La línea 3 te lleva a la Plaza de España, desde donde puedes ir andando al Real Alcázar, la Catedral, las Setas de Sevilla y las animadas calles del casco antiguo, además de la estación de autobuses. La línea 12 te lleva a la estación de tren. La decoración de la habitación es moderna, y el personal es muy amable. Se suponía que el check-in era a las 3 de la tarde, pero nos dejaron entrar gratis alrededor de las 11 de la mañana. El desayuno es variado, ¡y puedes hacer tus propios gofres!

La habitación es amplia. Tiene un pequeño minibar y un sofá con brazos largos. El baño también es espacioso; cuenta con bañera y ducha separadas. La cama es cómoda y el aire acondicionado funciona bien, algo fundamental en España. La ubicación es excelente. Se llega a la estación de tren en 15 minutos a pie. Además, está cerca del casco antiguo, donde hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas.

The hotel's communication is not prompt or effective. Also, the hotel address was changed to a new address after the hotel confirmed my booking. The distance from the hotel beach changed from 5 to 12 minutes, and the promise of 24-hour reception changed to no reception. The access code was not sent out promptly after checking in, but I only got it from the hotel after Trip contacted the hotel. The flat is newly refurbished with an open kitchen. The bathroom has only one towel for each person for a 4-day stay. The extra towel costs you €10. The water pressure is strong and quick hot water. The kitchen has everything you need, but the tableware is not visible. There is a kettle but no coffee maker. The living room and bedroom have windows, but we are at the same level as the people on the street. We don't feel private and comfortable opening the window or even with the shade curtain closed with the window opened. The washing and drying machine is shared with other travellers on the rooftop. The cleaning function is good, but the drying doesn't function well. The hanger was only found on the last day after the cleaner showed it to me. The hotel should say it on the first day when I asked them, rather than asking me to give them a call while I was only on a data sim and could not make a call. The washing balls are provided. Beach umbrellas are also stored in a the lobby that is not visible to us until the day we checked out. I would say it has everything, but the communication skills of the hotel have room to improve.

Buena ubicación. A unos 15 minutos del aeropuerto. Muy cerca y a poca distancia a pie de restaurantes. El desayuno fue excelente. Buena selección y adaptado a todas las necesidades dietéticas. Me encantó poder desayunar cava. Solo hay que añadir un poco de zumo de naranja para hacer una mimosa. Me alojé en la décima planta con vistas parciales al mar, y la vista era impresionante. La piscina era preciosa, pero no está climatizada. Recomiendo este hotel.

Un hotel bastante bueno. Solo pasamos una noche en Granada antes de irnos a Sevilla al día siguiente, y este hotel resultó ser el de mejor relación calidad-precio de todo el viaje. El precio era razonable y las instalaciones estaban bien. Muy cerca de la salida hay paradas de autobús que te llevan a la Alhambra o al centro de la ciudad para cenar en la Catedral de Granada, etc., pero para todo hay que coger el autobús.
