This hotel offers a clean and comfortable stay, but would like to clarify room details. Advertise as River View and I booked based on that description. Unfortunately, my assigned room faced another building instead. The experience may be satisfactory in other aspects, but an obstructed view can really dampen what could be a fantastic stay.

Primero, el servicio de transporte es muy limitado. Tienes que esperar más de 10 minutos. Además, los taxis externos no pueden entrar; dicen que hay que comprar un boleto para entrar. Si no nos dejan entrar, deberían tener más autobuses de enlace. En cuanto a la higiene, moví el cubo de basura y el suelo estaba muy sucio, incluso con semillas de sandía de huéspedes anteriores. Todo el recorrido por el parque temático es a pie, así que no lo recomiendo si no tienes buena resistencia física, es agotador. Lo peor es que, después de tanto cansancio, no puedes pedir comida a domicilio. Hay un mayordomo, y los comerciantes de fuera dicen que el mayordomo te lo trae, pero el mayordomo de mi habitación dijo que tenía que ir a recogerlo yo mismo. Eso significa que, si estoy cansado y quiero pedir comida para llevar, tengo que ir a recogerla yo mismo, lo que anula el propósito de pedir comida a domicilio. Los paisajes artificiales son lo que son. No volvería por segunda vez.

Unfortunately, the hotel is like a building site outside. Lots of roadworks which are very noisy. There aren't proper pavements to be able to walk anywhere safely. The staff are very helpful. The room was comfortable, but the view was nothing to write home about. The name Garden Hotel is a little misleading too. There is a small patch of fake grass out the back of the hotel, with a few tables. Very disappointed by the Nanchang Garden Hotel.

The staff was friendly and welcoming and helpful with all my questions. As an ABC, I can’t read Chinese characters so I needed a lot of help. I felt comfortable here, like being at home. The pick up and drop off service to the main street area was convenient. And the location next to Ruqin Lake made it a peaceful place to walk in the morning or watch sunset in the evening. I highly recommend this property!

This hotel enjoys a superb location directly opposite the iconic Tongwanggu, making it extremely convenient to access nearby attractions. There are also many restaurants within easy reach, which added to the overall experience. The breakfast spread was a highlight—offering a wide variety of delicious local cuisine. 👍 The staff were consistently warm and attentive, even thoughtfully providing extra bottles of mineral water for our outings. A special mention goes to the staff member 周女士preparing the local ban fen. She was patient and attentive, taking the time to understand my preferences and offering helpful advice on the right balance of condiments for the noodles. The other local dishes were equally enjoyable. Overall, this Mercure hotel truly lived up to its reputation and offered excellent value for money.

We stayed for 3 days in this lovely hotel, the lady running the place was really nice and helped us organising trips in the Wuyuan area. From the terrace you have a great view of the village and can take great photos. The rooms are spacious and offer everything you need. The lobby/ breakfast area has a lot of charme, since all the furniture is from another era and so the place just feels very original and homey. Even though on 2 of 3 days we were the only guests, we got a full buffet of delicious Chinese food for breakfast, including a good coffee. The organised trips with Mister Yu were such a pleasure, he showed us the best spots in the area and was a really good driver.

La casa de Wuyuan Huanglin no fue tan bien como se planeaba. La comida que nos gustaba mucho, los cocineros son tan agradables y amables. También nos dejaron a la estación de tren de Wuyuan. Espero volver en un día soleado.

Excellent and stylish place, renovated from old buildings. Direct access to the historical centre from the backyard. Nice, accommodating, and helpful staff, who gave us many good organisation advices (I am traveling with a mandarin speaker, this helps...) Limited breakfast options, but always good, worked fine for me.

Our family of 13 recently spent three nights at Wuyou Stayhill Resort in Sanbao Village, Jingdezhen, and it was a truly wonderful stay. The location is excellent—about a 20‑minute drive from Jingdezhen city—yet set in a quiet village surrounded by mountains and many artist studios, cafés, and restaurants, so there is always something interesting to explore. The hotel also provided free rental scooters, which made exploring Sanbao village easy and really fun. Waking up each morning to the crisp mountain air was already the perfect start to the day. The resort offers spacious rooms with high‑quality finishes and fittings; our six rooms were all beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with quality bedding and bathroom amenities that made for a very comfortable stay. The highlight of our visit was the outstanding service from the staff, who were consistently caring, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs. They handled several ad‑hoc requests even before our arrival and continued to go above and beyond throughout our stay so that every member of our family felt well looked after. We particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared breakfast each morning. After long days of sightseeing, it was a joy to return to the resort, where a good night sweat desert soup awaited us, making it feel like coming home every evening. On Christmas Eve, our sweet dessert soup was accompanied by a beautifully written poem wishing us all a Merry Christmas, a thoughtful touch that showed how the staff went the extra mile to make us feel special. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay smooth, relaxing, and truly memorable, and this hotel is highly recommended to anyone planning to visit Sanbao Village.
