Stayed 3 nights and it was a flawless experience from start to finish. Booking the airport transfer through the hotel was so easy, and the driver was waiting for us right after baggage claim — a perfect first impression. The entire team, from the front desk to the restaurant, is top-notch: attentive, helpful, and always smiling. Knowing we were in the secure embassy area let us relax completely. And with the enormous breakfast spread offering new discoveries every day, we were fueled and ready to explore. For a stress-free visit to Dhaka, this hotel has it all figured out.

El hotel es bueno, pero estaban haciendo renovaciones durante el día que era alto y me dio dolor de cabeza me dan otra habitación pero eso no me ayudó. Sugiero que si no quieres decepcionar a tus huéspedes cerrar el lugar durante unos días y hacer la renovación 24/7 hasta que haya terminado .aunque no te evites a los huéspedes enojados que se quedan fuera la próxima vez. Porque pagan el precio más alto por una estancia incómoda en el hotel Pearl .

El hotel es muy limpio y el servicio era excelente! Todos hablaban bien inglés y era muy cortesía incluso los guardias de seguridad que abrió la puerta para usted. Tengo un problema con mi cama y lo repararon rápidamente. La ubicación está bien. En Dhaka, pero debido a la construcción de las carreteras, cuando viaja por coche, tienes que hacer un gran bucle para llegar al edificio. Nos dijeron que se movía el agua 15 minutos después, pero todavía era algo amarillo y el resto de la estancia. El diseño de la ducha es terrible. No hay ganchos cerca. An overall good hotel that needs some attention and renovation. Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap.
