Wonderful service team. Cheap and nice food. Very noisy from outside roads being close to the main road. But disappointed with the rooms, not exactly clean as it looks in the photo which was probably taken when it used to be in very good condition. Rest all great.

La recepción fue útil para encontrar exactamente el tipo de habitación que quería. Buena matriz y dormi bien durante las 4 noches que estaba allí. El personal en general es profesional y muy dispuesto a ayudar y a proporcionar asesoramiento. Muy seguro, tranquilo con un buen restaurante cerca de la comida rápida y divertido para caminar por las calles a la noche sofocante la vibración. El restaurante en el Bengal Blueberry es bueno, pero la variedad es limitada. Gim está bien, bonito café con Metu que es muy útil. Es bueno tener un supermercado UniMart a la puerta. Fácil de conseguir rickshaws del hotel, así como taxis. Estaría allí otra vez.

I recently stayed at The Zabeer Dhaka and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

Muy agradable y limpio lugar para permanecer cerca del Hospital Square.  La habitación está bien, y el servicio es fantástico.

El hotel es el mejor de Uttara. El director, Sr. Raihan, le dio una amable pregunta si volví a China. Además del servicio, las instalaciones también son de alta calidad. Gimnasio, piscina, Spa, pub, etc. están bien equipados. ¡Recomendado!

Si buscas una base segura y sabrosa en Dhaka, no mires más. El hotel está en una enclave tranquila y segura cerca de todas las embajadas, lo que nos dio la paz total. El desayuno buffet es loco – en la mejor manera posible. La variedad es increíble, con innumerables opciones para adecuarse a cada demanda. Es el tipo de desayuno que te hace salir de la cama excitado.

Good location and 10 mins walk away from great eating places and some shopping. The room was large enough for two and the breakfast very decent and tasty. The gym could be better equipped tho, a lot of the machines were not functioning.

Recently stayed at the Lakeshore heights hotel, very good experience! Staffs were really friendly, polite and welcoming. The hotel overall was super clean including the rooms. There were plenty of breakfast options and I really had a good time. Most definitely will visit and stay again!

An overall good hotel that needs some attention and renovation. Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap.
