The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. This hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a hassle-free business stay, this hotel covers all the basics: safe embassy location just steps from the Chinese Embassy, professional airport meet-and-greet inside the terminal, and a completely mosquito-free environment (a real advantage during the long local mosquito season). The breakfast buffet offers solid variety, and their affordable meal boxes are a convenient dining option. Efficient and reliable.

The variety of the breakfast is good and tasty to start for the day. It is suggested that TV program in the restaurant should be English news broad casting, like BBC, instead of sports due to my personal interest. The view from my room is not so superb.

It's a good hotel but they were making renovation during the day it was loud and gave me headache they give me another room but that didn't help. .i needed to do some work and calls it was impossible. But the staff and manager were very friendly . I suggest if you want not to disappoint your guests shut down the place for a couple of days and make the renovation 24/7 till it's finished .than you avoid angry guests who stay away next time. Because they pay top price for uncomfortable stay in pearl hotel .

El hotel es muy limpio y el servicio era excelente! Todos hablaban bien inglés y era muy cortesía incluso los guardias de seguridad que abrió la puerta para usted. Tengo un problema con mi cama y lo repararon rápidamente. La ubicación está bien. En Dhaka, pero debido a la construcción de las carreteras, cuando viaja por coche, tienes que hacer un gran bucle para llegar al edificio. Nos dijeron que se movía el agua 15 minutos después, pero todavía era algo amarillo y el resto de la estancia. El diseño de la ducha es terrible. No hay ganchos cerca. Tienes que caminar por el baño para conseguir las toallas y no hay lugar para colgarlas. La cabeza de ducha está atacado a unos 4 pies de altura, de modo que dispara en el pecho o puede usar la cabeza de ducha de lluvia donde se desploma directamente. La habitación era muy buena, pero no era fresca y los buenos artículos no se rellenaban con frecuencia.

An overall good hotel that needs some attention and renovation. Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap.
