Es agradable estar hospitalizado para cookies calientes al entrar. Tengo una bebida de bienvenida, pero las cookies de casa son las primeras, así que me siento diferente. La cama era muy limpia, muy espaciosa y agradable. Es sólo un paseo en el metro. El autobús también es de tres vías, por lo que es muy bueno para viajar. El spa es libre, por lo que está bien. No quiero un baño, y sólo hay una sauna de vapor, así que sólo la vi.

Hotel nuevo, con una buena renovación moderna, sábanas blancas como la nieve, agua, zapatillas, pero todo lo demás (como los kits de pasta de dientes o los discos de algodón) tiene un coste adicional, qué raro. Lo mejor fue que el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y, después de los 40 grados de calor que hacía fuera, era un placer entrar en la habitación. Desayuno tipo buffet por un coste adicional de 9.000 drams (unos 2.000 rupias). Buena selección: platos calientes, aperitivos, muesli, gachas de avena, fruta y postres. Un café delicioso. Personal amable, habla ruso, hay un bar donde se puede pedir café o algo más fuerte. Después de hacer el check out, dejé mis cosas en la consigna. La Plaza de la República está a 15 minutos a pie.

La ubicación es buena, justo cerca de la Plaza de la República. El servicio está en posición, amigable. La variedad de desayuno es rica y muy satisfactoria! ¡La habitación también es grande, las instalaciones están completas, la higiene limpia!

La primera buena impresión fue de la recepción con su atención profesional y útil. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda. El hotel no se ahorró en el café/tea bar. La ubicación es grande con una agradable vista a Zoravor Surp Astvatsatsin Church.

Best hotel we stayed in the caucasus! Room size was big. Loved the professional service from the front desk, very clean rooms, amazing breakfast and after 2 days of having breakfast in the hotel, the very attentive staff at the breakfast area even rem my surname! That was a pleasant surprise! Enjoyed every moment here and was sad to leave. Will definitely recommend everyone to stay!!!

Очень хорошая гостиница в самом центре Еревана, пешком можно дойти до всех главных достопримечательностей и ресторанов. Рядом куча магазинов и касс обмена валюты. Огромная удобная кровать. Отличные завтраки с хорошим выбором блюд. Не понравились лишь некоторые моменты: гостиница не выдает одноразовые тапочки, тапочками придется обеспечивать себя самостоятельно; также гостиница не обеспечивает набором для чистки зубов, щетку и пасту нужно либо брать с собой, либо в ближайшем магазине. Ещё хотелось бы, чтобы завтрак начинался не в 7:30, а в 7:00, потому что у местных турагентств есть экскурсии, которые начинаются очень рано, и поэтому в таких случаях надо позавтракать чуть пораньше. В последний день пребывания откуда-то появился неприятный запах канализации. Возможно, это было связано с тем, что в соседнем номере в этот день кто-то заселился. Было слышно через стену, как этот сосед громко разговаривал. Однозначно рекомендую эту гостиницу.

Este hotel es nuevo, pero la ubicación no estaba en el centro de la ciudad, está a 15 minutos en auto o 45 minutos a pie hasta el centro, sin embargo, hay 5 minutos a pie del metro. La habitación estaba limpia, muy limpia, ¡elogios por su limpieza!, espaciosa y bien equipada. La cama era cómoda y las comodidades proporcionadas fueron muy apreciadas. Reservé una habitación estándar sin desayuno ni comida, así que no hay comentarios sobre la comida. En general, mi experiencia en este hotel es de 4 estrellas, me sorprendió gratamente el nivel de servicio y el alojamiento ofrecido a un precio tan bajo. Definitivamente recomendaré este hotel a amigos y familiares y espero volver a alojarme con ellos en el futuro.

The hotel name is Europe but Asian guests are also welcomed, as I saw Vietnamese or Chinese guests were staying. The room is quite nice and comfortable, bed quality is good and comfy, bathroom is clean, the breakfast is simple but the quality of the each item is nice and has a good combination of nutrition altogether. Hotel clerks are kind, polite and attentive. It is very good hotel and I had pleasant experience.

El hotel es demasiado viejo (un poco viejo), muy bien en una mejor ubicación. El hotel nos ha actualizado la habitación, pero no se siente como si no hubiera sofá ni mesa (gran y inutilizable, las instalaciones se han reducido). El desayuno está bien dos días, no se puede empezar el tercer día. Además, una sugerencia de moda: no dañar nada, una taza de café cuesta 100 yuan.

I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.
