I recently spent my summer holiday at this resort and overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. The resort offers a great combination of comfort, family-friendly activities, and beachfront access that made our stay memorable. The rooms were comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day in the sun. The beds were cozy, and the housekeeping service kept everything tidy and fresh. The food was another highlight of the stay. There was a wide variety of dishes available, with something to satisfy every taste. From freshly grilled meats to well-prepared vegetarian options, we found the meals consistently delicious. There were also plenty of kid-friendly choices, which made dining as a family much easier. For families traveling with children, this resort really shines. There are numerous activities tailored for kids, including a dedicated water splash zone that kept our little ones entertained for hours. The resort features two swimming pools, one for adults and another specifically for children, so everyone has their own space to relax or play. One of the biggest advantages of this resort is its location, situated right next to the beach, it only takes a few steps to get from your room to the sea. The beach area was clean and well-maintained, with loungers available for guests to relax and enjoy the view. In the evenings, the resort comes alive with music and live performances. These nightly events create a vibrant atmosphere and offer a great way to wind down after a day in the sun. It really added a fun and lively touch to the overall experience. That said, there were a couple of areas where the resort could improve. The staff's knowledge of English was quite limited, which occasionally led to miscommunications. For instance, I ordered a pide with meat on two different occasions and received a cheese one both times. Similar mix-ups happened with other items as well, so it's something to keep in mind if you don’t speak the local language. Another small issue was with the room service system. The resort provides door tags to indicate if you don't want your room cleaned, but unfortunately, those signs were often ignored. Even when we hung the “Do Not Disturb” label, housekeeping still entered the room, which was a bit frustrating. Despite these minor issues, the resort offers a great value and a wonderful setting for a family holiday.

Esta no es la primera vez que me alojo en este hotel. Como siempre, el servicio es excelente. Pedí elegir una habitación, fui a verla y elegí la que más me gustó. Todo está limpio y ordenado por la mañana, y traen agua. La vista es preciosa. Me gustaron los desayunos. Las cenas han empeorado; la selección es más pequeña y bastante pobre para esta categoría de hotel. Me gustó mucho el spa; el personal, especialmente los que no hablan ruso, es muy amable (la chica kazaja es un poco *********, lo que deja un mal sabor de boca). También es agradable tumbarse junto a la piscina. Hay una cómoda tumbona en el balcón. Y esta vez, tenían albornoces nuevos, suaves y extragrandes. Por alguna razón, no había gorro de ducha ni cepillo de dientes con pasta dentífrica; a veces los tienen, a veces no. Fue muy agradable recibir un detalle del hotel: un plato de fruta y una botella de vino. Muchas gracias, sin duda volveré. Es bueno que el personal responda muy rápido a las peticiones. Muchos hablantes de ruso.

Otel çok temiz, yiyecekleri lezzetli, çocuk oyun alanları güzel. Çocuklarla ilgilenenler çok iyiler.

Excellent resort hotel, located in a perfect location on lara beach, you can feel the warmth and professionalism of the staff from the moment you enter. Most of the people who come here are white, including family travelers, team building, and people who meet in the elevator or on the beach are friendly and usually gives you a ”hello”. There are fewer Asian faces, and I guess Asians may all take ”life photos” in Cappadocia, haha. Some of the facilities in the room are a bit outdated, but they do not affect usability at all. Choosing a sea view room allows you to see the snow mountains, the ocean, and the sunset just standing at the balcony. The hotel's restaurant, bar, and café are also available almost all day long, and sometimes I don't even want to leave the hotel. Next time I visit Antalya, I will definitely stay here for a few more days!

Una estancia decepcionante en este resort. Mi familia y yo sufrimos mucho últimamente. Nos engañaron dándonos una habitación de esquina que no era la que habíamos reservado. Era una habitación completamente diferente. Lo solicitamos varias veces, pero ignoraron nuestra petición y no paraban de decir que no tenían habitaciones disponibles. Gracias a Trip.com, que estuvo ahí para nosotros en todo momento. Trip.com hizo todo lo posible por ayudarnos.

This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

This was our first family(6 of us)trip to Antalya and a great decision to stay at this hotel. It has excellent amenities with polite and courteous staff. It was also first time we’d taken the ‘All Inclusive’ option and were very pleased. As well as using the main restaurants, I would strongly recommend pre-booking (1 day in advance)other ala carte Mongolian,Mexican and Sushi restaurants.The food here is great with excellent service and is included in the all inclusive option.There are a couple of cafe’s that serve unlimited hot and cold drinks. The hotel is set on a large area with 3 outdoor swimming pools and own private beach area with beautiful gardens.They also have daily entertainment activities. I would also recommend use of other amenities such Sauna and Jacuzzi(again free).The rooms were spotlessly cleaned daily. It’s in a relatively quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the old bazar/city. Overall I would strongly recommend this hotel for value as we found it cheaper than other 5* hotels in the Lara beach area.

Facilities all great, clean and maintained well - spa has a relaxed vibe and sauna/steam room worked perfectly - I suggest keeping it open till later however. Gym has top tier machines/equipment and is open 24/7. Cliff side swimming area was the highlight of our stay. We chose the ‘standard king room’, and although I see a lot of reviews saying the room size was small, I disagree - the room size was slightly small but similar to most basic room options from hotels I have stayed in. Smart TV, was very big - perfect for when it was too hot outside and needed a break. Room amenities such as shampoo, body soap, lotion, etc. felt high quality. Breakfast tasty, and 30euro might seem expensive but I do think it’s worth it for what they offer. What did bother me however, was being asked to pay for breakfast (twice) whilst still eating, on top of that, when I asked for the price before we ate, the staff didn’t seem to know what the price was - not professional at all. Pool towels have to be taken from downstairs in the spa and not by the pool which I thought was unusual and tedious. When we asked the pool-bar staff where to get towels, again, no idea and seemed clueless, we had to ask a different member of staff at the very bottom by the cliffside to get an answer. No bringing food/drink from outside - the hotel felt like you were being watched all the time, making sure you don’t break their ridiculous rule! I tried refilling my complementary bottle from the water dispenser downstairs, but I was told this was not allowed… seems like a way for you to instead pay for their glass bottled water. Never experience this from any hotel in my life. Overall, a hotel with exceptional facilities and amenities ruined by an unfriendly atmosphere and unusual hotel rules. Sadly, this made us feel unwelcome at times and I probably would not stay here again.

Akra Hotel in Antalya absolutely exceeded my expectations. The ocean views are stunning, the facilities are top-notch, and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay special. Everything from the breakfast buffet to the room design feels five-star. Perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and coastal vibes , I can’t wait to come back!
