Hotel histórico de gran encanto. Las instalaciones tienen sus años pero están todas bien mantenidas. La parte decepcionante ha sido el servicio: muy por encima y con poca ganas de atender y ser serviciales. Se ve que reciben una gran cantidad de turistas (muchos que vienen a visitar solo el hotel con tours organizados), así que ni hacen mucho caso a los clientes del hotel. La parte peor es que, tras el check out, no puedes utilizar ningunos de los servicios del hotel. Nunca me había pasado no poder utilizar la piscina tras el check out, así esperar unas horas antes de tener que ir al aeropuerto o no poder tener acceso a las duchas comunes antes de marcharme. Intentamos preguntar a la reception y la respuesta fue: “dúchense en el aeropuerto”. De verdad una pena porque arruino’ la experiencia

Excellent Hotel, in a strategic and very beautiful area. The property is very clean and well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. If we were to come back to Taipei, we would definitely stay here again for our stay. Note of merit: for my husband’s birthday they prepared a nice greeting card with a lot of birthday cake of extreme quality pastry. Thank you for the pleasant treatment!

It was one of the best stay during our trip. We were fortunate to receive an upgrade to the executive suite. All the staff were lovely and helpful, even showed us around the pool and gym facilities. Would definitely consider this place if we were to stay in Tainan in the future.

tren cerca pero no le das uso... utilizas el metro que esta ”cerca” pero posiblemente no sea la mejor ubicación posible... el personal muy bien, instalaciones bien aunque mejorable la habitación y la piscina se queda pequeña para tanto hotel. calidad precio lo mejor de la zona posiblemente.

¡Muy recomendado! El servicio, la decoración y la ubicación del hotel son excelentes. Al salir se encuentra la playa de Xiaowan y el mercado nocturno de Kenting Street. Un parque infantil muy grande, ¡los niños se divirtieron mucho! ¡Los detalles también son conmovedores! Hay dispensadores de agua con tres temperaturas en cada piso, lo cual es muy conveniente para las madres que necesitan preparar leche en polvo. Las zapatillas que proporciona el hotel también son muy bonitas ~

This hotel is conveniently located next to the train station. The rooms are not new but well maintained and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast has everything available you could want, although it is not necessarily the highest quality. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel muy moderno. Lindas habitaciones. Las habitaciones son muy confortables y son muy confortables. El hotel está muy bien situado. El desayuno tenía una gran variedad. Sólo 15 minutos en taxi de HSR. La zona de piscina es bonita, el agua no se calienta así en torno a 23 grados. Como estabamos allí sólo una noche, tuvimos taxis por todas partes. La zona local está bien por una noche o si el negocio viaja. Si usted se queda por Goemei wetlands, quizás usted quiere quedarse en el otro lado de la ciudad.

The location of this hotel is great as is situated directly opposite Taiwan Station. Many undergone shops connected directly from hotel elevator. Within walking distance to shin kong mitukoshi mall and many eatery nearby the hotel. On a side note - hotel running on thin manpower. Front office quite clearly shortage of staff and no proper direction which counter for check-in and check-out. Some of the staff onsite in suits does not marshal guests around. they simply stood there even the traffic was really heavy over the weekend. From my observation, room service seems like manning with minimum manpower to serve and run a hotel with 400 rooms capacity. ? Over in laundry room - for a designated hotel with 400+ rooms ＞ only has 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. This need to be improved. Everyone were queing and we need to run backforth many times. Remember hospitality industry is to serve with a HEART. The room was spacious and clean but we noticed the paint on our room ceiling was half done - joke aside we were wondering they run out of paints.

Experiencia de estadía muy agradable en Kuva Chateau. Antiguo pero clásico. amplio espacio de habitaciones con gran servicio. El escritorio frontal incluso ayudó a reservar un taxi para nuestro vuelo temprano en la mañana siguiente. Caminando también al famoso mercado nocturno.

Hotel agradable, espaciosa habitación, nada que quejarse. El hotel está conectado a un centro comercial, así que una ubicación excelente allí. ¡Las máscaras faciales libres fueron un buen toque!
