Me siento decepcionado, el precio se incrementó demasiado, el Festival de Primavera se fijó, el precio era muy alto, después de que se logró, el precio era la mitad más barato, Trip.com no se devolvió, también se conectó para no resolverlo, muy no vale la pena recomendar, este precio no vale la pena

A family of four for two nights. Pleasant arrangement: We looked for a room together but was fully booked so we ended up booking two separate rooms. By the time we checked in, we were given a deal for an extra NZD300 per night for a decent spacious room, and we took it. Friendly and helpful staff: After we parked our car, the staff immediately gave us a helping hand for taking our bags and luggages showing us to the check in counter. When we needed help for immediate medications, the staff brought us to the medical center which was a few minutes walk, and always back us up with our needs. We were so much appreciated. Summary: Worth staying. Friendly and helpful staff around. Cleanliness and neat. Walking distance to skyline and downtowns. Decent breakfast.

Cleanliness is poor - the bowls in the service apartment was stained from the previous guest but put into the cupboard for our use. There was a constant bad smell in the toilet probably from the pipes. Our bedroom had short 3-4 steps up from our door - troublesome to load our luggage in/out. Amenities wise there was everything we needed, appreciate the separate washer/dryer. and the hot tub/pool was amazing. Service is ok - reception tried to upsell us to pay for an upgrade to 2 bedroom apartment even though there were only two of us.

This is our third time stay here, the advantages are walking dustance to town center, good view. Service not good, room clean up service needs to improve, floor is dirty, bed sheet not tidy up well. However, if you book your trip last minute, looking for a service apartment, this apartment is still a reasonable option

Such a lovely stay with my partner, all staff were very friendly and accommodating. Such a nice place to stay, rooms were so clean and beyond beautiful!

Recommend this hotel to everyone, the lady help me check in is very friendly and professional, explain every details to me and show me to the room, good quality service.   The room is spacious and the view is beautiful.

這是我迫不及待想要寫點評的酒店。位置靠近皇后鎮植物園，在市中心圈外，可為鬧中取靜。特別贊一下酒店的設施和服務：首先我提前電話告知行程，沒成想居然安排我提前入住，對我衹安排一天皇后鎮行程而言，增加了我遊玩的時間；其次房間又大又漂亮而且味道好聞；酒店不僅提供免費的小吃飲料，Nespresso咖啡機，三角茶包，連牛奶都免費提供，而且是我在新西蘭酒店中唯一一家提供牙刷和牙膏的酒店；電視頻道也各種齊全，可以看網飛，就説贊不讚；一個小陽台望出去就是櫻花和鎮上的夜景，就説值不值；happyhour提供酒；特別特別是前台，熱情、微笑，給我的感覺就是很舒心。二刷我會選擇在皇后鎮這家酒店多住幾晚，這樣可以把周邊小鎮都轉轉。I’m not good at translating above into English, but I do hope this hotel could keep providing superb and hospitalized facilities and I want to thank the staffs for their kindly and warmly permanence!

There was no concierge or staff assistance when we arrived, which was surprising for a hotel of this standard. When I later requested a late check-out by just one hour (until 12:00), I was told it was not possible because a group was arriving. However, when we returned to the hotel at 16:55 to pick up our car, we saw that the group had only just arrived. Refusing a one-hour late check-out, especially when traveling with a child, was extremely disappointing — and seeing the actual arrival time of the group made the explanation feel insincere. Overall, the lack of hospitality and the way guests are treated do not reflect the level of service we expected.
