We were thrilled to be the very first guests to leave a review for this stunning new resort! The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to town, and our room offered breathtaking views of the Shot River, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. We arrived around 10 PM, and the hotel reception was impeccably prepared, warmly welcoming us and even upgrading our room! It looked exactly like the photos, with a design and interior that perfectly captured the vibe we were seeking. They had welcome drinks waiting for us, and we appreciated that milk was available on request at any time. The breakfast was a delightful a la carte experience, featuring an array of delicious options. The serving staff was not only attentive and kind but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants! We also indulged in room service, which exceeded our expectations in both taste and punctuality. Although the fitness room and movie room were still under construction, the small maintenance issue we encountered in the bathroom was addressed swiftly by the staff. Our stay has left us eager to return and see the final results of this new gem. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

Very Very beautiful view from the room and the hotel restaurant（see below pics）!!! Close to the Queenstown city. The room is very tidy and big with some mix up tools for cocktails. It’s my first time travel alone. I was stressed, nervous and had a few questions to most of things. The service is soooooo good. Specially I would like to appreciate Kim and the reception staffs for helping me during my stay. Thanks for giving me a wonderful journey with QT Queenstown🥰 I will definitely come back again to QT Queenstown with my parents and friends shortly♥️♥️♥️

One of our favourite stays in Queenstown! ❤️ The resort has a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere with beautiful lake and mountain views. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and waking up to the scenery every morning really gives you that “New Zealand holiday” feeling. We also loved how quiet it feels compared with staying right in busy Queenstown town centre — perfect if you want to slow down, relax and enjoy the surroundings. ✨ Spacious & comfortable room 🏔️ Beautiful mountain & lake scenery 🧖♀️ Relaxing resort & spa atmosphere ❤️ Great for couples and a peaceful getaway The only thing to consider is the location — it’s not right in Queenstown town centre, so you’ll need to drive or take the water taxi. Overall: 9/10 ⭐️ Would definitely stay here again for the view and relaxing resort experience.

This is our third time stay here, the advantages are walking dustance to town center, good view. Service not good, room clean up service needs to improve, floor is dirty, bed sheet not tidy up well. However, if you book your trip last minute, looking for a service apartment, this apartment is still a reasonable option

The Ebb Dunedin is an architectural gem with beautiful art, comfortable rooms, and incredible attention to detail. Our experience however, was an overpriced hotel (500+ per night) for the service received. We arrived just 30 minutes before the 3:00 PM check-in, and despite our room being ready, we were referred to the mall across the street when we asked to use the toilet. For this price, being sent to a public shopping center is unacceptable. The parking was also an additional 25 per night, on top of the steep room fee. You’re paying for the aesthetic here, but certainly not for the hospitality unfortunately.

Have stayed here for a few nights during holiday season. Generally good but definitely not worth the price and not matching the standard of a five-star hotel: (1) the shower cubicle door was not tight enough thereby causing some water leakage to the bathroom floor while showering, (2) the ventilation fan in the bathroom is not working and the hotel management sent several staff to fix but in vain, (3) upon check out, the receptionist alleged that we have opened a wine bottle but in fact we didn’t and it’s a mistake, (4) the staff is not very friendly. On the positive side, there is a convenient indoor car park and we can always find free parking in it. The room is clean.

這是我迫不及待想要寫點評的酒店。位置靠近皇后鎮植物園，在市中心圈外，可為鬧中取靜。特別贊一下酒店的設施和服務：首先我提前電話告知行程，沒成想居然安排我提前入住，對我衹安排一天皇后鎮行程而言，增加了我遊玩的時間；其次房間又大又漂亮而且味道好聞；酒店不僅提供免費的小吃飲料，Nespresso咖啡機，三角茶包，連牛奶都免費提供，而且是我在新西蘭酒店中唯一一家提供牙刷和牙膏的酒店；電視頻道也各種齊全，可以看網飛，就説贊不讚；一個小陽台望出去就是櫻花和鎮上的夜景，就説值不值；happyhour提供酒；特別特別是前台，熱情、微笑，給我的感覺就是很舒心。二刷我會選擇在皇后鎮這家酒店多住幾晚，這樣可以把周邊小鎮都轉轉。I’m not good at translating above into English, but I do hope this hotel could keep providing superb and hospitalized facilities and I want to thank the staffs for their kindly and warmly permanence!

There was no concierge or staff assistance when we arrived, which was surprising for a hotel of this standard. When I later requested a late check-out by just one hour (until 12:00), I was told it was not possible because a group was arriving. However, when we returned to the hotel at 16:55 to pick up our car, we saw that the group had only just arrived. Refusing a one-hour late check-out, especially when traveling with a child, was extremely disappointing — and seeing the actual arrival time of the group made the explanation feel insincere. Overall, the lack of hospitality and the way guests are treated do not reflect the level of service we expected.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Sólo salir a la ubicación central de esta ciudad y llegar a la playa más bella en tres minutos. Al fin y al cabo, el único problema es que el estacionamiento puede ser que busque la habitación del hotel en la carretera, el sonido del equipo dentro es muy bueno, y también que se encuentra un poco de sonido cerca del bar por la noche. Además del alcohol en el frigorífico es gratuito y una taza infinita. Si el desayuno es hecho en el escenario de abajo, recuerdo que el desayuno es probablemente 30 monedas neozelandesas, vale la pena comentar, vale la pena la familia del señor.

Nice cozy little hotel, but our room faced a construction site so a bit noisy in the morning. Room amenities clean and new, but gym can be cleaned better. One thing I need to mention is that the pillows are really uncomfortable!
