We stayed in the newly refurbished greenview family room. The room was nice just that no drawers for the dressing table and the night stand so less place to put our items but room was spacious enough for the four of us. Check in took such a long time as there was a long queue so idk what was the point of pre check in when we still need to queue to check in. Breakfast had a good spread and variety. There are bread, pastries, malay food, western breakfast, mi and omelette station. Staffs are very friendly and attentive to help you find a table. Love how we had a private beach but the pool floor was dirty like you could see all the sand on the floor like they haven’t clean for a long time. The shower also clogged with sand and water so we can’t really rinse off after swimming in the beach.

The location is beautiful and peaceful. The hotel is gorgeous and very family friendly. I really appreciate how helpful and kind the staff are. The food was delicious too. Lurve! Love the kids' pool coz it’s safe and shallow, so the kids can enjoy the slide and swim on their own without parents having to carry them all the time. The only thing is the rooms and furniture could use a bit of an upgrade as they feel a bit dated. But overall, I loved my stay here. The staff really made the experience special❤️

El personal es, en general, educado y amable. Nos sentimos muy bienvenidos desde el momento del aparcamiento hasta el registro y durante toda la estancia. La habitación es estupenda. La piscina es bonita. A los niños les encanta. La vista es relajante. La comida es buena. Sobre todo en el lugar donde se alquila una bicicleta, el personal es muy amable y atento. Mi hijo no sabe montar en bicicleta, pero el personal nos ayudó y nos guió con paciencia. ¡Buen trabajo! El paseo en buggy es muy práctico y no hay que caminar mucho. Simplemente quédate y relájate. Sin duda volveremos.

Stay: 2D1N We had a wonderful experience at the Grand Lexis in the Grand Garden Pool Villa. The villa was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect mix of luxury and comfort. The standout feature was the private indoor pool. It was large, pristine, and provided an ideal private space away from the crowds. The room amenities were excellent, with very comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom, featuring separate toilet and shower. The staff were very friendly, and the buggy service made exploring the resort quick and easy. Parking was conveniently located just a few meters from our unit. The public beach was within walking distance of the main building. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options. You can choose between indoor or outdoor dining. Overall, it’s highly recommended for a peaceful, relaxing retreat with family!

En general, fue una estancia media. Algunas cosas que noté durante nuestra estancia: • Nobellboy at the entry, so you’ll need to manage your own baggage. • Requerimos una clave adicional, pero se pidió que pagara un depósito RM50 para ella. • No hay aire acondicionado en el lobby del hotel o a lo largo de los pisos, que puede sentirse bastante caliente, especialmente durante el día. • En el lado más, el servicio de habitaciones era realmente sedap! 😋 ¿Quizás no depende de lo que estoy buscando. Si estás buscando algo razonablemente precio y no esperas una experiencia de lujo en el resort, está bien.

El hotel está situado en el centro de Port Dickson, donde se encuentran familias grandes o amplias, y se encuentran en una zona de confidencialidad muy bien equipada, con una conexión a la cocina y al salón compartido. Los mobiliarios y los equipos son de excelente calidad, contribuyendo a una estancia cómoda y agradable. Recomendado para los pasillos de vinculación familiar, ya que la villa ofrece amplio espacio y instalaciones para actividades que se pueden disfrutar juntos dentro de la propiedad. Oh, sí, el equipo de gestión y administración es sólo un texto WhatsApp o una llamada telefónica.
