Fantástico como siempre... otra vez sin decepciones. El personal de recepción fue muy amable. La habitación estaba impecablemente cuidada, ¡así que es un acierto!

Thia ia my second time staying with Very management apartments at the Space Residency. The check in N check out is fast and easy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good and is right opposite KSL. There are many choices for food and massage. I stayed in the 3 bedrooms unit on the high floor. The view was good and it was quiet during the stay. Thank you very much and I will sure to come back again soon

I had a wonderful stay at Capri by Fraser Johor Bahru. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with excellent facilities including a kitchenette and comfortable bed. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient, especially for travelers using JB Sentral and the Singapore checkpoint. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, and the swimming pool and gym were well maintained. Overall, the hotel provided great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Johor Bahru. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Still very satisfied with the room and services. Staff walking around the main lobby makes the effort to ask if one need and help when he sees me roaming around. Service 👍🏻.. the room I gotten this time was still good other than the pillow has abit of weird stench.. I requested it to be replaced and it was done almost immediately.

While the rooms are clean and the location is excellent, our stay was not perfect which caused by several issues. There is no free parking; hotel guests are charged RM12 per day. Furthermore, the parking is managed by a third party, and despite providing our car plate number to the front desk, the system failed to recognize it. This resulted in us being stuck at the gantry for over five minutes while waiting for the intercom staff to verify our payment. We wanted to show the intercom staff the parking receipt issued by the hotel, but he insisted to call to confirm. Additionally, there is a discrepancy in the hotel’s advertising regarding facilities. Although a sauna is listed, the front desk confirmed upon arrival that no such facility exists. This was quite disappointing as it felt like false advertising.

House is relatively clean and with enough amenities for the booking. Lots of food and shopping around the KSL vicinity you won’t be bored of. What is great for this home to stay in: 1) Response to any questions are replied fast and understandable. 2) There are hairdryer, toothbrushes, towels, shower gel and shampoo, washing detergent supplied. 3) Unit is 5106 is clean and bedsheets were as well. 4) There is a microwave, fridge, cooking stove, washing machine (do note there is no dryer function) This is how it would be even better: 1) Have a drying rack for laundry in the yard 2) Provide some hand towels in the toilet would be greatly appreciated as well. 3) Tissue box was actually near empty when we started to use and was not enough. Maybe could have one unopened in the cupboard. 4) Provide a small dresser in the bedroom.

Check in time is very late and check out time is very early. If you ok, you should be change, check in time is 12 Pm & check out is also next day 12 Pm. Thank you.

Room service has room to improved. The 1st female rceptionist attended me on my check in has not taking my request seriously, I have to changed to another room & higher floor on my 2nd night and no smiling at all, not rude but seems not friendly. Overall the hotel is worth staying. The pillow quality & size need to upgrade, it's too hard & small.

Le enviaremos un PDF, lo abriremos y escanearemos el código QR para ingresar y usarlo la primera vez. se cuenta como el primer día. A excepción del acuario (que es demasiado pequeño y no tan grande como el Acuario de Shanghai), fui a los otros dos dos veces cada uno. Es amigable para niños de hasta 5 años, y básicamente pueden jugar en el parque temático niños de más de 105 cm de altura. Al lado del hotel está el medini mall, que tiene KFC, Burger King, Starbucks, Shizhimi y otros lugares para comer, así como un GRAN supermercado (similar al Hema en China). No hay cambio de moneda en el hotel. Solo hay un cajero automático del banco CIMB cerca del supermercado GRANDE. Este cajero automático no cobra tarifas. Si trae una tarjeta de ahorro UnionPay nacional que no cobra tarifas de retiro de efectivo transfronterizo (como Ningbo, Nongshang), puede retirar efectivo sin tarifas. Hoy en día, ningún banco en Shanghai puede cambiar ringgit, así que traje un banco de Ningbo. La prueba personal está bien. La habitación del hotel es bastante grande y hay un suministro de agua mineral. Puede pedirla en recepción después de que termine de beberla. Hay una caja fuerte en la habitación. Sigue las instrucciones para desbloquear el código y podrás conseguir Lego. El desayuno estaba bien y no estaba demasiado lleno. Hay ladrillos de Lego para construir en el vestíbulo. Had a short getaway with my family at The Westin and overall it was a pleasant stay. 🏨 Room: The first room we were assigned wasn't cold enough, but the staff responded promptly and arranged a room change for us. Great service and smooth handling of the issue. 😴 Sleep Quality: Had a really good night's sleep. The bed was super comfortable and definitely lived up to the Westin reputation. 🍳 Breakfast: The breakfast spread wasn't particularly extensive, but it was decent and had all the essentials. Their nasi lemak was a standout. We also loved the chicken skewers from Kedidi. 📸 View: 8/10. Some of the views around the hotel are quite Instagram-worthy and make for great photos. Overall, a comfortable stay with good service, quality bedding, and enjoyable food. Would definitely come back for another relaxing family staycation.
