Was doing my usual monthly trip to Paradigm Mall for my regular TCM checkup. Too lazy to travel back so decided to stay in KSL over the night and chump on the pasar malam, as usual. Did the usual foot bath and bought some snacks to bring back as well. Nothing much, just the usual.

The Condominium is in between KSL and Holiday Plaza. Very convenient location. Everything is good and new. Too bad the infinity pool is closed for servicing. The 1st night stay was slightly noisy at night from the noise of motorcycles. Avery management is sweet to provide us with complimentary earplugs. Avery management also provided us with free use of Netflix. The aircon was super powerful and the compound is secured with guards on 24/7 duty. Free parking was provided at level 3 and 4 of the building. We will definitely stay here again when we come to JB. Thanks Avery staff for your excellent services provided!

La ubicación está cerca de la CIQ. Evite el check-in el viernes por la noche, ya que las carreteras que conducen al hotel están envasadas con tráfico. El cuarto es limpio y grande. Usted tiene una mini cocina con microondas, bañera con plato. Check-in y check-out proceso es sin salir. El parque de estacionamiento puede ser confuso.

Still very satisfied with the room and services. Staff walking around the main lobby makes the effort to ask if one need and help when he sees me roaming around. Service 👍🏻.. the room I gotten this time was still good other than the pillow has abit of weird stench.. I requested it to be replaced and it was done almost immediately.

While the rooms are clean and the location is excellent, our stay was not perfect which caused by several issues. There is no free parking; hotel guests are charged RM12 per day. Furthermore, the parking is managed by a third party, and despite providing our car plate number to the front desk, the system failed to recognize it. This resulted in us being stuck at the gantry for over five minutes while waiting for the intercom staff to verify our payment. We wanted to show the intercom staff the parking receipt issued by the hotel, but he insisted to call to confirm. Additionally, there is a discrepancy in the hotel’s advertising regarding facilities. Although a sauna is listed, the front desk confirmed upon arrival that no such facility exists. This was quite disappointing as it felt like false advertising.

We have a cozy stay over at space residency by nest home! The check in procedure and parking access was seamless (in fact by far the best one so far)! We have chosen the highest floor 56-05 and the view was awesome and 2 BR is just nice for 4 of us. The nostalgic Nintendo game console made our day, we introduced some classic games to our kids and they enjoyed too!

This apartment is really nice . I already stayed there for 2 nights . You can cook , you can do laundry. And also nice for your safety.

Amazing hospitality from the front desk, I checked in early around 12:30pm and was prepared to wait until 2pm for my room to be ready, but the guy at the front desk was determined to search for a ready room so I can rest 🥲 He even offered me free breakfast! I am not local so he also advised me to leave earlier to beat the buka puasa traffic jam to wherever I’m headed for dinner. Room is clean and comfy, will definitely book again!

A excepción del acuario (que es demasiado pequeño y no tan grande como el Acuario de Shanghai), fui a los otros dos dos veces cada uno. Es amigable para niños de hasta 5 años, y básicamente pueden jugar en el parque temático niños de más de 105 cm de altura. Al lado del hotel está el medini mall, que tiene KFC, Burger King, Starbucks, Shizhimi y otros lugares para comer, así como un GRAN supermercado (similar al Hema en China). No hay cambio de moneda en el hotel. Solo hay un cajero automático del banco CIMB cerca del supermercado GRANDE. Este cajero automático no cobra tarifas. Si trae una tarjeta de ahorro UnionPay nacional que no cobra tarifas de retiro de efectivo transfronterizo (como Ningbo, Nongshang), puede retirar efectivo sin tarifas. Hoy en día, ningún banco en Shanghai puede cambiar ringgit, así que traje un banco de Ningbo. La prueba personal está bien. La habitación del hotel es bastante grande y hay un suministro de agua mineral. Puede pedirla en recepción después de que termine de beberla. Hay una caja fuerte en la habitación. Sigue las instrucciones para desbloquear el código y podrás conseguir Lego. El desayuno estaba bien y no estaba demasiado lleno. Hay ladrillos de Lego para construir en el vestíbulo. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast had many choices and tasted good. The pool and beach area were relaxing with nice scenery. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Good place for a short getaway to relax and recharge. Would visit again.
