Cchin heongHad a wonderful stay at this homestay! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with very clear instructions provided before arrival. The customer service team was friendly, responsive, which made the entire experience even more pleasant. The unit itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the space felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we stepped in. The bed was comfortable, and the overall environment was good, perfect for a short getaway. One of the biggest advantages of this location is its convenience. There are plenty of food and beverage options within walking distance, making it easy to find local food, cafes, and late-night supper spots. KSL Shopping Mall is also nearby, which is great for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Overall, this homestay offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and strategically located place to stay.

TTentenAmaiodinThe unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook. The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm. Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.

UUsuario anónimoAlthough we only arrived around midnight, the check-in process was smooth and the staff remained warm and welcoming. To our surprise, we were upgraded to a Premium Deluxe room, which was a really thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable with bathtub. The bed provided a great night's sleep, and we especially loved the strong water pressure in the bathroom—it made every shower feel refreshing after a long day. The hotel's location is another plus, being right next to a new shopping mall with plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. Overall, Sheraton Johor Bahru continues to impress us with its comfortable rooms and excellent hospitality. My family truly enjoyed this stay, and we will definitely be back again.

(no lounge) - In-room dining is excellent, especially items like mushroom soup, satay, grilled chicken, and pasta. ### Room Allocation - Poor room allocation; assigned a suite far from the main area despite available rooms. ### Facilities - Main lobby is well-designed with a water dispenser for guests. - Room furniture is old, and toilet doors are in poor condition. - Curtains touch each other at night, causing disturbance. - Parking area (level B2) has a sewage smell. ### Conclusion - Not worth opting for suite rooms due to lack of exclusive benefits. In-room dining remains a highlight. staff are friendly and service is great. will still come back for the view and food.

La habitación es espaciosa y limpia, con un gran balcón que se encuentra en el fondo del parque de playa y del mar. En el hotel, el hotel se ha convertido en un hotel de vacaciones, que ofrecen tarifas locales y occidentales, alternativas al alimento, pizza, satay y char koay teow, que superan nuestras expectativas. El hotel puede ser corto de manos a veces, por lo que espera más tiempo, pero el personal de servicio intentó hacer lo mejor para ofrecer su servicio, lo que es loable.
