El hotel es muy bueno, muy limpio y el perfume de té blanco y los productos de baño son muy cómodos. El gimnasio está en el tercer piso y la sala de reuniones también es muy bonita. La Expo Guadalajara está abajo, lo cual es muy conveniente.

We're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed, The food # the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying # The Sushi restaurant is just on average # The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all #The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it, The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again, Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated, Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

Está muy cerca de la exposición de gudarajala. Al lado está el Westin. El desayuno es rico y variado, pero quizás los chinos no estén acostumbrados a comerlo. Sería mejor tomar gachas blancas. de vino el primer día de check-in. El hotel tiene piscina y gimnasio. En general, está bien, aunque es antiguo, probablemente volveré a elegir este lugar la próxima vez que venga.

El servicio del hotel es entusiasta, la comida es fresca, el sabor es mucho, también se puede comer todo tipo de huevos y huevos de patata. It is a great hotel, the rooms are awesome and friendly staff. Great evening entertainment. Roof top gastro bar with pool has fantastic city views and delicious food and drink selection. One note to the management - The rooftop area should have a smoking area since it's open air, asking to go down 26 floors each time you want a smoke is NOT ok when you are enjoying a few cocktails, listening to music, and spending time there.

En términos generales, solo se puede decir que este hotel todo incluido es una estadía decente, así que no tenga grandes expectativas. Hotel🏨: El hotel es un poco antiguo, lo que se puede sentir claramente en las habitaciones y en todas las instalaciones. Playa 🏖️: Incomparable a Cancún, la playa aquí no es la playa blanca como Cancún. La playa de Puerto Vallarta es más oscura y tiene más piedras (al menos la playa de este hotel es así) Cerca del hotel: Hay un centro comercial a 10 minutos subiendo o bajando del hotel. Hay una tienda de té con leche Gong Cha cerca, a poca distancia. Supermercados y tiendas de conveniencia oxxo no están lejos del hotel. El paisaje urbano no es muy elegante pero sigue siendo seguro para el presidente. Saqué a pasear a mi hija y no sentí ningún peligro. Mientras camines por la calle, realmente no hay problema.

No hay gran habitación, instalaciones cualificadas, servicio de primera clase, hotel de cinco estrellas para los pequeños, muy cómodo!

El hotel está ubicado en un centro comercial, donde podrá comer, comprar y hacer sus compras diarias. También hay un gran supermercado en la planta baja. La fruta es muy fresca. El proceso de registro fue muy rápido y el servicio fue excelente.

Ha sido genial! 100% recomendable! Buen trato! Comida deliciosa! Muy amables como un 5* q es! Todo un lujo! Repetiré
