We stayed at the residence side and I must say it is one of the best, if not the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in on all of our travels. Very spacious, clean and NEW!!! All the staff members were very attentive, especially the manager for the WiFi support was courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel for quality, service and value for the money. Having the 24-hr CU (mini mart) in the 1st floor of the hotel was very convenient. Special shout out to our housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Just few minor suggestions to the hotel management: 1. Don’t need a calendar, but do need clocks in the living room and the bedroom. 2. Need a trash can in the kitchen/dining table area. 3. Would be good to have a small dish rack, since guests are required to do the dishes 4. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the showers flaps around when closed if the heater or air is on. Needs to somehow stabilize it, it doesn’t make noise trying to sleep. With just few minor improvements it would be a “perfect” place to stay!

The room was great with excellent amenities, including a smart toilet. Mini bar was complimentary and gets refilled DAILY. Bed, pillows and duvet were super comfy. The hotel is surrounded by food and other necessary establishments. Starfield And Traders Market are within walking distance. Goyang Stadium is walk-able, esp if you are unable to book an uber after a concert.

La habitación es muy grande y limpia, ¡muy bien! Es una lástima que una vez que use la piscina y el baño de sauna, no puedo entrar. Me hubiera gustado tener una piscina sin bordes después de eso, pero me siento un poco decepcionado con que está construyendo ㅜㅜ pero estoy satisfecho con las instalaciones, ¡porque puedo pasar un tiempo fácil! Si hay una oportunidad, quiero ir otra vez.
