Beautiful hotel with fantastic service and great on-site restaurants. Shout out to the cafe as well, which serves amazing single origin pour-over coffee from all across Indonesia. Great rooms and amenities too. The parks and gardens are very nice to walk around, and the greenhouse overlook is a good place to sit for an hour to enjoy cold tea and a cool breeze. That said, if you struggle with noise, the poor soundproofing in the rooms means you will likely be woken up by the sounds of activity in the corridors, and loud environmental noises around the hotel. Also, depending on the day, you might be able to smell the smog / haze of neighbouring Bandung City

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Eminence Hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and meals was of a high standard. The location of the hotel provides wonderful views of the mountains, especially from the sky lounge. The hotel room was of a good size and it was great to relax on the balcony with amazing views of the hotels garden / grounds and the surrounding mountainside. It was also nice to have a morning stroll through the grounds

Great hospitality. Walking distance to nearby attractions. Fantastic breakfast buffet. U can walk to Braga Street. If u r a runner, enjoy and explore Bandung throughout ur morning run surroundings the hotel. An enjoyable experience and truly memorable.

Strategically located, great view. Especially, after the new toll exit opened some years back. We asked for early checked in, it could be granted, but not early enough although we saw quite a number of guests already checked out. We also asked for a bit late check out and also granted for a very short period of time. The check in time of 3pm and check out time of 12 is not suitable for a resort hotel... The other thing is that friendliness and service are fine.

Recientemente tuvimos la oportunidad de permanecer en su hotel y en general, aprecio la hospitalidad y las instalaciones que se ofrecen, pero me gustaría compartir algunas comentarios constructivos sobre las piñas en la habitación. Las galletas eran demasiado firmes y, desgraciadamente, afectaron la calidad del sueño durante mi estancia. Para un hotel de la norma de Pullman, creo que sería maravilloso proporcionar a los huéspedes un menú de pijamas o al menos una opción entre pijamas blandos, medios y firmes, para satisfacer diferentes preferencias. Además, las toallas se sentían bastante finas y no reflejaban el lujo que se esperaba de una propiedad Pullman. Para un hotel de este calibre, creo que sería beneficioso ofrecer opciones para pijamas más suaves, así como toallas más espesas y cómodas para los huéspedes. Espero que esta sugerencia pueda ayudar a mejorar la experiencia de los huéspedes en el futuro. Alrededor del desayuno.

Nice hotel. Near restaurant at Lembang, so sad they allowed smoking in the pool where a lot of children swimming, should be consider to place smoking area further. Overall good

Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we were made to feel welcome right away. The room was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a very comfortable bed. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail—from the lighting to the amenities—made the stay feel both luxurious and relaxing. The hotel facilities were equally impressive. The common areas were beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the property was calm and inviting. Breakfast was a highlight: fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of options to suit different tastes and dietary. Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional service, comfort, and value. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, stress-free experience.

Good place for staycation with loved ones. As we celebrate anniversary, hotel arrange small decoration on the mirror and give us anniversary cake. Location superb good, breakfast have a lot of selections. We enjoy the evening pool bar and dinner at madcow restaurant. Price wise and would definetly come back!
