If you have luggage, drop off first at lobby since there is no concierge in the basement. Overall check in and check out smooth and fast. Hotel open the buffet for “sahur” even the choices not too many. The room was clean, have nice view and balcony. To get to fish pond, green house need quite effort, a bit challenging if you’re fasting. The staff very helpful and nice. Overall was pleasant experience

Actually, I've been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time, it's really my dream, in the end I ended up staying with a friend, there was a little story that wasn't good, my friend's bed sheets and pillows a bit dirty, maybe they weren't changed or they weren't properly check. I recommended this hotel to her ,which wasn't good, I asked for the bed sheets to be changed, in the morning I had to leave immediately at the time I booked the hotel, not including breakfast because I was in a hurry, the photo below then went upstairs I think 5 minutes take the photo above for a moment, I wanted to see the view, there was an employee said that to take photos, you have to wait for breakfast to finish, namely 10 o'clock, hmmmhmmmm, the story is in a hurry, long story short, for the overall experience, the cleanliness is 4/5 for the view nice , but better you have time to a relaxing stay

The hotel atmosphere is pleasant, and the facilities were exactly what I needed. However, the highlight of this hotel is unquestionably the nice staff. Every member of the team I interacted with—from the front desk to housekeeping—was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, always greeting me with a smile and making me feel valued as a guest. Their dedication to service truly elevated the entire experience. The hotel provides excellent service in every aspect. All the staff are being very nice, friendly, and helpful from the very start we came until we left the hotel. In addition, I took a note about the water when having a breakfast, the next day the representative approached me and showed some gratitude for filling the survey and gave me complimentary cake. It was the cake I love that I mentioned before. Thank you to Mr. Lucky & all the F&B staff for the nice gesture. And for the hotel itself, the atmosphere, location, food - everything was great! We had a truly fantastic experience staying at this hotel. Its location in the heart of Bandung is unbeatable—it is the perfect base for anyone looking to go on a culinary exploration, with so many iconic food spots just a stone's throw away. The facilities were another highlight of our trip: Kid-Friendly: The hotel is very well-equipped for children, offering great activities and spaces that kept the little ones entertained throughout our stay. Modern Perks: A huge bonus for us was the free electric vehicle (EV) charging. It is rare to find such a convenient and complimentary service, and it made our trip much smoother. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Between the strategic location, the family-oriented atmosphere, and the modern amenities, we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended for a family getaway!

I always chose this hotel for each of my visits to Bandung. The location is the best, right in the heart of the city. Bed was comfy and wide. Pillows were comfortable. Staff were excellent. We needed a cake for friend who's staying at the hotel and celebrating her birthday and the hotel set up a pretty complimentary cake. Such a nice and sweet gesture.

It was an aesthetically good resort in my opinion and basically enjoyed quite a bit. The food and the room was good overall however the water from the shower was very dirty. Some black small particles came along with the water, it was clearly visible since the shower was installed in the tub.

My stay was very enjoyable. The view is truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of the hotel. The facilities are diverse and well-maintained, offering many options for guests. There is also a small grocery store inside the hotel, which is a new and convenient idea that I really liked 👍🏻 The food was delicious and varied, and the laundry service was fast and well organized — I really appreciated that. However, room cleanliness needs more attention and stronger disinfectant scents to feel fresher. Also, they do not allow delivery drivers to go up to the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

From arrival to checkout, the stay felt warm and welcoming. Staff greeted us kindly and were consistently courteous throughout, which set a good tone from the start. The room was very spacious, and being on the 18th floor, we had a lovely view over Bandung. The bed was excellent — super comfortable with great pillows. I fell asleep almost immediately, which says a lot. Facilities overall were solid and worked well. The furniture shows a bit of age, but it still feels classic and well maintained rather than run down. The only real downside was the bathroom shower. The shower head is old and the water flow was uneven, which took away slightly from the experience. Towels, however, were clean and perfectly fine. Breakfast was a highlight. A wide spread with lots of local options, including jamu and rebusan. It was fun sampling different traditional flavours, and the variety made breakfast something to look forward to rather than just routine. Location is another plus. The hotel is just a short walk from Braga City Walk, making it very convenient for exploring the area, dining out, or taking an evening stroll. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent service, a great bed, and a strong breakfast offering. With a small update to the bathroom fittings, it would be even better.
