Beautiful hotel with fantastic service and great on-site restaurants. Shout out to the cafe as well, which serves amazing single origin pour-over coffee from all across Indonesia. Great rooms and amenities too. The parks and gardens are very nice to walk around, and the greenhouse overlook is a good place to sit for an hour to enjoy cold tea and a cool breeze.
That said, if you struggle with noise, the poor soundproofing in the rooms means you will likely be woken up by the sounds of activity in the corridors, and loud environmental noises around the hotel. Also, depending on the day, you might be able to smell the smog / haze of neighbouring Bandung City

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Eminence Hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and meals was of a high standard. The location of the hotel provides wonderful views of the mountains, especially from the sky lounge. The hotel room was of a good size and it was great to relax on the balcony with amazing views of the hotels garden / grounds and the surrounding mountainside. It was also nice to have a morning stroll through the grounds

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. The hotel is beautifully designed with a very unique and stylish concept. The room was spacious and spotless, and I absolutely loved the design of the shower area it was modern and impressive.
The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the city’s main attractions and busy areas.
Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay if you appreciate great design and comfort.

Great stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung! Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good with many choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect — walking distance to Jalan Braga, cafes, and shops. Would love to return!

Strategically located, great view. Especially, after the new toll exit opened some years back.
We asked for early checked in, it could be granted, but not early enough although we saw quite a number of guests already checked out. We also asked for a bit late check out and also granted for a very short period of time. The check in time of 3pm and check out time of 12 is not suitable for a resort hotel...
The other thing is that friendliness and service are fine.

La habitación era espaciosa, moderna y tranquila. Después de un largo día de reuniones y movimiento, fue el espacio perfecto para desacelerar.
El desayuno era excelente con una amplia selección y un toque de sabor local.

We had a truly outstanding experience at this hotel, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we were made to feel welcome right away.

Its a very family friendly place to stay. They have a heated pool for kids and the breakfast had western, indonesian halal food. It's 10 out of 10 for the staff helping, very informational and friendly to the guest. Well, I guess we will come back when we had a chance!

WWalk n SeeWe recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway.
Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills.
The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups:
• 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids.
• Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone.
• 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed.
Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds.
One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C).
The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views.
Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space.
The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all.
The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions.
If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate.
We’ll definitely be back!

UUsuario invitadoSlippers are comfy, adult pool is cold water, kiddie pool has warm water. Location is near the safari, but our room facing the front is noisy with motorcycle sounds. Poor soundproof, can hear next door peeps moving stuff and talking. Mosquitoes in the room (we kill 4 and still got bitten! and room cleanliness is not up to standard as when we check in the sink got toothpaste mark). The toilets got no doors so it will stink the whole room if you go potty.

AAdi88booked on 1st jan 25 , with my 2 kids. we took the room with bathtub on level 1. bathtub is big enough for 2 prsons. pool is a bit sad for a hotel this big. breakfst is good enough.
bed is comfortable. tv is big. drinking water is provided free flow on every floor. mosquitoes enters the room from the garden, so we had to lock the terrace door all the time.
