Fantastic hotel. Luxurious but homely. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff and could happily have stayed longer. Our room, like the whole hotel, was beautifully furnished and decorated, with a very comfortable bed and lovely walk-in shower. The record player was a lovely, quirky touch as well as the pantry! We enjoyed some very nice cocktails in the bar too. The location is perfect and it's just a few minutes walk to the city centre. We loved everything about the hotel and will definitely be back!

This is a truely super hotel! We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday and it was a delight from start to finish. The building itself is of course elegant and historic and has been complemented by the interir decoration which is bright and warm. The staff were professional, kind and friendly and at all times provided an excellent service. We felt that everyone was keen for us to have the best possible time at the hotel which lead to a nice positive and relaxing experience. On top of this our room was stunning and the food first class , so all in all we were extremely happy!!

I stayed at the most beautiful place yesterday — it truly exceeded my expectations. Although it’s in a slightly remote location, that actually added to the charm. The surroundings were stunning and peaceful, making it the perfect escape from the city. The service was absolutely five-star; everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed. Even the bathroom had massage features, which was such a luxurious touch. Every detail made me feel completely relaxed and taken care of. If you're looking for a hidden gem that offers both beauty and comfort, this place is 100% worth the visit.

En primer lugar, los hoteles son muy difíciles de encontrar. La propia navegación de Apple es incorrecta. En segundo lugar, el baño de la tienda es extremadamente pequeño y todavía hay ruido de agua en la alcantarilla por la noche. Lovely place and lovely people. Great customer service/care, great greeting, and what a lovely room, too. I loved everything about this place. Location is not the best (over the hill) but has great views of the city. Breakfast is good and the whole place gives you a cozy feeling that you'd like to stay at this lovely B&B more. Stayed for one night but would certainly choose this place if I get back to Bath again. Thanks.

This gem was amazing!!! From the first moment we entered the door and all in between we was impeccable! Breakfast was delicious! Thank you for taking such good care of us and we couldn’t recommend this place more!!!

This is the second time we came to this hotel. The rooms are lovely but especially in the Superior rooms, there should be a comfy sofa chair as the ones are in the room, you can not sit more than 10 minutes. Jean-Luc was very helpful and kind, he is a great host

Fabulous hotel wonderful staff and great food breakfast was lovely very generous and a very good choice on the menu the service is exceptional and the spa is perfect for needs definitely would return here without hesitation 10 out of 10

A must-stay for Bath hotels. It is one of few hotels to have in-house spa facilities for guests to use for free. I liked the location too – it is next to the Roman Baths.

La anfitriona es muy acogedora, la habitación limpia, cálida, con zapatos, el desayuno es bueno, un desayuno típico inglés, la anfitriona es muy paciente al dejarnos elegir. El ambiente general es bueno. Es posible aparcar. Se tarda unos 20 minutos en llegar andando a los baños.
