The hotel is an incredible building which must take some maintenance. We booked a double room for one night and arrived at lunchtime with the intention of sightseeing in bath for a couple of days. The hotel was happy for us to park all day both days which was great. The check in process (after 3pm) was very easy and we had a very clean room with plenty of towels, 2 robes and slippers for the spa/pool. The double room had a king size bed which was very comfortable. The hotel pool was crowded and looking a little tired but was as expected. The outside heated pool was very nice and relaxing. We didn’t have any spa treatments or use the gym but both looked well kept and the gym had good modern equipment. We didn’t eat in the restaurant preferring to find a restaurant in bath itself. Breakfast was a bit of a chaotic affair with several hotel staff doing various jobs with no apparent coordination. The wait for a table, then coffee was long and then we had to wait again to order breakfast. The whole process of breakfast took well over an hour which is poor. It was clear that there was no clear process as some tables were getting their cooked breakfast before us even though we were taken to our table 30 mins before them. The little waiter man with his paper pad was a bit useless. When the ‘full English’ breakfast came it was a small plate of well cooked food but not really as described in the menu. In terms of portion size it was more like a kids breakfast. We weren’t served any toast either and had to ask for it unlike other tables who received it with their drinks order which seemed a bit weird. The continental buffet was a bit scarce with no bowls or spoons so we had to use our fruit juice glasses for the yogurt and fruit. The whole thing could be improved with a breakfast buffet under a hot plate if they haven’t got enough staff to serve it.

A must-stay for Bath hotels. It is one of few hotels to have in-house spa facilities for guests to use for free. I liked the location too – it is next to the Roman Baths.

Hideout Room was amazing! We loved all areas, especially the jacuzzi tub, which kept the water warm at all times—so relaxing. We stayed to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and the hotel made it truly unforgettable. The staff, Ellen and Angela, were incredibly kind, responsive, and friendly, making the celebration even more special. The hotel decorations are beautiful, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

怎麼説呢，我在這個酒店和另一個之間糾結了好久最後選的這一家，主要就是被攜程的酒店房間照片吸引了，有着大大的落地窗，透過窗子能看到花園和綠地。但是入住之後發現哪有什麼落地窗，想多了。不知道為什麼訂的豪華套房安排在了三層，窗子就是比較小的，而且外面是牆，基本看不到房間外面是什麼樣子… 非常失望。還有就是房間設施有些老舊，空調一直有異響，吵的很，衞生間挺大但是沒有暖氣，洗完澡很冷，而且洗漱台也特別簡陋… 反正和這個價格不太匹配。唯一可以點個讚的是他家的餐廳還不錯，我們點的幾個菜都挺好吃。

I stayed at the most beautiful place yesterday — it truly exceeded my expectations. Although it’s in a slightly remote location, that actually added to the charm. The surroundings were stunning and peaceful, making it the perfect escape from the city. The service was absolutely five-star; everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed. Even the bathroom had massage features, which was such a luxurious touch. Every detail made me feel completely relaxed and taken care of. If you're looking for a hidden gem that offers both beauty and comfort, this place is 100% worth the visit.

En primer lugar, los hoteles son muy difíciles de encontrar. La propia navegación de Apple es incorrecta. En segundo lugar, el baño de la tienda es extremadamente pequeño y todavía hay ruido de agua en la alcantarilla por la noche. Existe un problema de que no se puede suministrar agua caliente en la sala n. ° 3, que se notificó demasiado tarde y no se puede resolver por sí solo. Finalmente, el estacionamiento es pequeño. Lovely place and lovely people. Great customer service/care, great greeting, and what a lovely room, too. I loved everything about this place. Location is not the best (over the hill) but has great views of the city. Breakfast is good and the whole place gives you a cozy feeling that you'd like to stay at this lovely B&B more. Stayed for one night but would certainly choose this place if I get back to Bath again. Thanks.

Friendly reception staff and smooth process of checking in. Room was spacious and had a good view. Walkable distance to town centre. Breakfast spread was great as well! Would return in the future!

El identificador del hotel no está claro, las fotos de apariencia no coinciden con las fotos de la caja en línea, es difícil encontrarlos. La habitación reservada es completamente diferente de la introducida en XC, y la superficie es menor. También hay que enviar un mensaje de correo antes de quedarse, si no hay tiempo para hacerlo es muy difícil. La ubicación del hotel es buena, a unos 16 minutos a pie de las atracciones. La decoración interior de la habitación es muy elegante, la variedad de desayunos es amplia y muy deliciosa.

This is the second time we came to this hotel. The rooms are lovely but especially in the Superior rooms, there should be a comfy sofa chair as the ones are in the room, you can not sit more than 10 minutes. Jean-Luc was very helpful and kind, he is a great host
