Hoteles de 5 estrellas en Cumbria, Reino Unido

Got an upgrade to a bigger room, which was very spacious with a TV area. Room was very clean and the service at the hotel was exceptional. Mark was very helpful. The tourist area is just a short walk away. You won't regret staying here.

Good location, breakfast took a long time to cook & people we waiting more than a hour, waitresses should have their hair tied back whilst serving guests and should not be coming out of kitchen when they had obviously been eating in there & cleaning food out of their teeth .

depends on what sort of room you’re booking, if you’re booking the standard room the soundproofing isn’t really going well the customer service from the receptionist are great and generally well from all others except for a few staff who is handling baggages and maintenance but overall great stay

Very good! Close to train station and told us the reception will be closed during 5-7pm to avoid us waiting. Good service and beautiful breakfast.

Excellent services, Breakfast was delicious also tea.
