酒店房間很小，不像國內酒店一樣，性價比很差，兩個白人女前台有種族歧視，房間似乎有監控，衹要房間白天有第三人出現就會很快來電話叫我們讓第三人退出房間！

羅萊夏朵的酒店，但是定的時候衹有這個房間了，沒想到這麼小，有條件的還是定大點的吧，住着舒服，酒店樓下有米其林餐廳。

We arrived a bit grumpy after our original holiday fell through due to cancelled flights. Jake on reception sensed this as we checked in and went above and beyond to make us enjoy our stay. The food was great, room lovely, setting impeccable but the main thing that elevated the experience was the people. Everyone we came in to contact with was charming, engaging but above all, natural and authentic. Hospitality at its best.

Totally enjoyed our third stay at Gilpin in one of the Spa Suites. Service and food was excellent along with all the Spa facilities in the suite.

This is our 5th time staying at Gilpin over many years - first visit there was only the main house and no garden rooms. Lovely clean characterful garden room with lots of thoughtful facilities. TV not working but staff managed to reboot etc. Dinner in Spice was wonderful - fabulous food, atmosphere and service. Check in and checkout very efficient and friendly. Breakfast service rather patchy so we looked at the option of having in room but an additional £50 seemed overpriced especially with the relatively high cost for B&B. Overall enjoyed our stay in somewhere we have fond memories of but would probably only return if special offers

We stayed in Verado lodge. The hotel is very good, but on the pricey side compared to Relaix’s in other countries we’ve stayed. I think because of the high Tarif you expect perfection, in reality it is very good, the ******* were slightly tired decorations in bathroom and hallway, house keeping missed evening turndown. Restaurant service over the 3 nights varied from very good on two evenings to poor on the last night. Staff are friendly and attentive. Food is good.
