The staff felt unfriendly from the start. Their attitude was cold and rigid. There was no sense of warmth or welcome. Interactions felt uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to leave. Booking anything was overly strict. The pool and restaurant required rigid time slots. It didn’t feel like a vacation. It felt controlled instead of relaxing. The rules took away the enjoyment. At the restaurant, I wanted to look around and admire the design, but I was told to stay seated. It felt patronizing and unnecessary, like being treated as a child. I’ve never felt this uncomfortable before. Only at checkout, I was told the pool cost extra. This was never clearly mentioned before, but regardless of this ”misunderstanding”, for a five-star hotel to charge extra for using the pool is very disappointing. It felt cheap and not what you expect at this premium level. The hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the staff ruins the experience, and their attitude overshadows everything else. I recommend to visit it if you're passing by the area, but I wouldn’t recommend sleeping here at all.

In an excellent location in the middle Zaragoza this hotel is a bit worn down. You can see and feel the “old days” but a remake would help as well. Extremely lengthy check-in process. Everything else was fine.

El hotel está un poco lejos del casco antiguo y de los principales lugares pintorescos. Es necesario tomar un taxi o conducir. El hotel tiene un diseño exterior muy bueno y se considera un muy buen hotel en la zona. comidas y bebidas a precios económicos. El garaje subterráneo privado es muy espacioso y lujoso, el servicio de recepción fue excelente.
