Very nice and beautiful hotel, built with high-quality materials and a great design. However, my biggest disappointment was that a 5-star hotel did not provide complimentary water in the room, instead selling it for $4.50 per bottle. This is especially surprising in Costa Rica, considering that the room costs over $1000 per night. It feels quite disappointing and even greedy that they are unwilling to meet basic international standards of service. In my opinion, the management should take inspiration from hotels in Asia and the Middle East, where guest service is often much more thoughtful and complete. I felt that instead of providing small essentials as part of the service, they were trying to charge extra for everything, which negatively affected the overall experience.

Absolutely loved this place. The grounds were beautiful and you felt like you were really in the middle of the jungle, but with all your creature comforts. Breakfast each morning was great, with a good choice of local and western options. Would definitely stay again.

Reservar una bosque tropical, puede oír gritos de los insectos fuera del piso la noche, ayuda natural a la ruido blanco. La calidez es excelente, está gratis y puede pagarse para entrar sin dormir. La calidez es natural y muy grande, la sensación personal es el tamaño de varios ríos.

La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. Mi recomendación es venir temprano y ir al spa y luego disfrutar de su experiencia de spa térmico antes de llegar a su habitación a las 3:00.

Es bueno, por ejemplo, el cuarto es grande, el restaurante es más delicioso y la ubicación es conveniente. Mini bar gratis. Desventaja: El hotel es muy grande para descansar todo en la colina y es muy cansado. La piscina es muy grande, el ambiente no es muy relajado y un poco complicado. Y este hotel no tiene cálido, quiere lavar el cálido para un hotel especial.
