We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Frontenac. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to be offered an early check-in with a discounted upgrade to a king bed room with a view, which was a great start to our visit. The room itself was lovely. It is on the smaller side, but that is completely expected in a historical hotel and only adds to its charm. Everything was well maintained and comfortable. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The location is unbeatable and you truly cannot find a better spot to explore Old Québec and the surrounding area. It is on the expensive side, but if you are visiting for a short stay and want to make the most of your experience, it is absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Québec City.

My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms. We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow. For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged in their friendly conversation and one of them stepped up to help us. I thought that was totally unprofessional for the staff chatting among themselves in front of guests. Rooms are basic and clean. The location is central. The staff has showed no warmth and attention. In Asia a hotel of this level will greet u warmly and the better one will remember your name. Services at restaurants in Montreal are top notch. We visited some with long history and the staff took pride to explain to us the history. It is a shame Fairmont has some of best historic buildings in Canada and the staff showed no interest to highlight the history of the buildings. I travelled a lot for me to earn a diamond member here. I will avoid staying at Fairmont and any of their member hotels from now on.

Todo el personal era muy corto. Les installations très bien( spa, piscine). Le restaurant est très classique. La proximité avec le casino offre une expérience d’exception.

Impressive hotel However the hot tub was not working and looked like it been out of order for a while They told me it broke last week and would be fixed by next week but based on others reviews I’m not sure that was truthful The restaurant was a hard pass - they are over crowded and could not accommodate me as a hotel guest

La habitación es grande, el diseño de detalles es práctico, está situado en el centro de la ciudad, la ubicación geográfica es buena, la actitud del servidor es amigable, vale la pena reservar otra vez.

Este es un resort maravilloso que nos agrada en todos los aspectos. El alojamiento es: - bien mantenido, - situado en un punto de ventaja que se desenrole en tranquilidad; - una casa agradable y cómoda que la coloca en el pedestal en la misma liga; - limpio con esquema de espuma; - muy cómodas matraces. ¡Simplemente uno de los mejores alojamientos que hemos estado viviendo!

La habitación está limpia y ordenada, el baño es grande y la actitud del servicio es buena. Incluso recibí un regalo cuando me registré en Nochebuena, lo cual es muy considerado. El vestíbulo está bien decorado y agrega emoción a este viaje.

La ubicación es la mejor, además del diseño muy inspirador de la habitación, lo que dio a mi familia una experiencia inolvidable en Montreal.
