We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Frontenac. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to be offered an early check-in with a discounted upgrade to a king bed room with a view, which was a great start to our visit. The room itself was lovely. It is on the smaller side, but that is completely expected in a historical hotel and only adds to its charm. Everything was well maintained and comfortable. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The location is unbeatable and you truly cannot find a better spot to explore Old Québec and the surrounding area. It is on the expensive side, but if you are visiting for a short stay and want to make the most of your experience, it is absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Québec City.

My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms. We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow. For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged in their friendly conversation and one of them stepped up to help us. I thought that was totally unprofessional for the staff chatting among themselves in front of guests. Rooms are basic and clean. The location is central. The staff has showed no warmth and attention. In Asia a hotel of this level will greet u warmly and the better one will remember your name. Services at restaurants in Montreal are top notch. We visited some with long history and the staff took pride to explain to us the history. It is a shame Fairmont has some of best historic buildings in Canada and the staff showed no interest to highlight the history of the buildings. I travelled a lot for me to earn a diamond member here. I will avoid staying at Fairmont and any of their member hotels from now on.

Todo el personal era muy corto. Les installations très bien( spa, piscine). Le restaurant est très classique. La proximité avec le casino offre une expérience d’exception.

Sinceramente, han sido recibidos como reyes , todo el personal está en pequeño cebolla con los clientes . No se abrió ninguna puerta en el edificio y auto . Siempre un empleado te abre antes . Que hacer el tamaño de la habitación y el baño . ¡Me encantaba todo!

La habitación es grande, el diseño de detalles es práctico, está situado en el centro de la ciudad, la ubicación geográfica es buena, la actitud del servidor es amigable, vale la pena reservar otra vez.

Vogue Hotel Montreal Downtown fue una de las mejores estancias que tuve este año. El hotel estaba extremadamente limpio, había muchos servicios disponibles y el gimnasio era excelente. La ubicación era increíble, a solo unos pasos de las mejores tiendas y restaurantes. El sistema de valet parking también estuvo bien organizado y los empleados brindaron un excelente servicio al cliente. Definitivamente me hospedaría en este hotel nuevamente cuando necesite hospedarme en el centro de Montreal.

La ubicación es la mejor, además del diseño muy inspirador de la habitación, lo que dio a mi familia una experiencia inolvidable en Montreal.

Excellent stay, one of the best in Montréal, Canada. In some aspects it’s better then the Fairmont QE
