El hotel sigue siendo bueno como siempre. Las instalaciones están completas, es un hotel nuevo comparado localmente. El desayuno también es muy bueno, la próxima vez que vayas o te elegirás para permanecer.

My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms. We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow. For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged in their friendly conversation and one of them stepped up to help us. I thought that was totally unprofessional for the staff chatting among themselves in front of guests. Rooms are basic and clean. The location is central. The staff has showed no warmth and attention. In Asia a hotel of this level will greet u warmly and the better one will remember your name. Services at restaurants in Montreal are top notch. We visited some with long history and the staff took pride to explain to us the history. It is a shame Fairmont has some of best historic buildings in Canada and the staff showed no interest to highlight the history of the buildings. I travelled a lot for me to earn a diamond member here. I will avoid staying at Fairmont and any of their member hotels from now on.

Location is the best, in addition to the quite inspiring design of the room. This gave my family an unforgettable experience at Montreal.

Antes de Montreal, he estado en FS Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Dubai, San Francisco, Macao, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Sydney, Beijing.. No se puede dar por sentado la experiencia muy mala cuando me encargué de la que podría escribir 2000 palabras, ni siquiera pueden suministrar agua caliente.. es sólo caliente o incluso podría decir que está frío cuando tienes tu AC en tu habitación. Y se pusieron en un puesto de construcción cerca de mi cuarto idk si es debido al argumento al comprobar en el momento en que vienen a mí, no quiero. I could've reported the whole situation to four seasons official email , Instagram, Facebook, Google review etc but I chose to forgive.

Con su hija a Sherbrook para la carrera de flores, muchos atletas eligen este hotel, el desayuno es bueno, la zona pública y el entorno en general limpio y limpio, la piscina y otros equipos están en posición, y la próxima vez se quedarán.

Excelente estadía! Limpio organizado cama muy cómoda baño súper limpio nos dieron muy buen servicio súper amables y amistosos sin duda alguna para repetir.

Everything was amazing. The room was big, the bed was super comfy and there was a bathtub. One disappointment was the spa was closed - that’s one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The staff said it would be closed until the weekend.

非常好。我這次住的是新樓，全是套間。洗手間相當大也相當先進。單透玻璃加熱智能馬桶等等都有了。 之前住過主樓，有點舊，房間稍小。但方便。泳池餐廳就在樓下。
