Meraviglioso hotel da 5 stelle in centro vicino alle principali attrazioni ! La colazione continentale è buonissima: cornetti vari, torte di diverso gusto , frutta fresca di diverso tipo e della migliore qualità e tanto altro! Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e accoglienti. Il personale è molto gentile! Consigliatissimo!

We booked a total of 5 nights through Trip.com. Unfortunately, 3 of those nights were unsuitable for proper rest due to serious problems with the room. There was an extremely strong and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which persisted for a long time. We reported the problem several times to the reception and also contacted the hotel by email, but unfortunately the issue was not adequately resolved. The smell was so strong that when we left the hotel, our clothes and personal belongings had absorbed the unpleasant smell, as well as the strong scent of the air freshener that was used to try to cover it. We fully understand that a technical problem or unpleasant smell may not necessarily be caused directly by the hotel. However, we believe that dealing with such a problem properly and in a timely manner is the hotel's responsibility. We booked this hotel in order to relax and enjoy our holiday, but unfortunately this was not possible. This was particularly difficult as we were travelling with our 8-year-old child, and our sleep was significantly disturbed for 3 nights. Despite reporting the problem several times, we did not receive any compensation or adequate solution from the hotel during our stay. We were also disappointed with the breakfast. We found the selection to be very limited and repetitive, and in our opinion it did not meet the standard we would reasonably expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, we feel that the quality of the service and the conditions during our stay did not correspond to the standard advertised for a 5-star hotel.

Hotel agradable y limpio, a 10 minutos a pie del centro, con bares y restaurantes cerca. El personal es muy amable y atento, y el spa es excelente.

Era un hotel de nueva construcción situado un poco fuera del centro de Tirana, por lo que las habitaciones eran amplias, la iluminación era buena y el desayuno era estupendo. Era más barato que en el centro y estaba genial. Si alguna vez vuelvo a Albania, me gustaría volver a alojarme en este hotel. El personal de recepción fue muy amable, simpático y simpático. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Central location in Tirane and great atmosphere at evening around the hotel . restaurants, shops and cafes. The Standards and facilities adapted to the international chain.

Habiendo vivido en Rogner 6 años en fila ahora, muy buenos hoteles todo el personal es excelente , ubicación, piscina, comida, la instalación es realmente excelente, bueno trabajado Rogner ❤️

Todo fue agradable desde el check-in hasta el check-out. El personal fue amigable y útil. El cuarto de baño y el baño eran especiales. El desayuno era bueno. La vista del parque desde la ventana de la habitación era muy agradable

Были здесь на одну ночь, перед вылетом. Отель для этих целей удобный: можно прогуляться в большой парк, и провести там несколько часов. А утром был фантастический завтрак. Единственное, что не понравилось - микроскопические номера. Как Radisson за эти деньги допустил такое, непонятно. Порой там в прямом смысле не развернуться.
