I enjoyed my stay. The facility is well kept and in a very good location with easy access to all kinds of activities. Security is very high and the staff are friendly.

Beautiful environment and especially great vibe at the pool and restaurant area. In the evenings they play some music and it’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy if you don’t feel like going out. You can have a drink and they even have shisha if you like. The waitress Catherine at breakfast time was absolutely lovely! Warm and helpful and friendly, we really missed her when she wasn’t around on the weekend. The one thing I didn’t like about our stay was that some of the front desk staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude towards us because we had extended multiple times and chose to do so through trip as it’s cheaper than the USD rates that the hotel charges directly. They said that what we paid through trip was too little however, we didn’t make those rates so I found that a bit rude. The whole hotel operates on USD rates so for value added services like laundry or transportation it can be very overpriced.

On the plus side: they provide a complimentary airport pickup service. When I arrived, I was upgraded to a better room. The hotel is located closer to the airport than to the city center, so it's a great option if you need to be near the airport or the University of Ghana. The negative side: it's far from the city center, and I think it's too expensive for what the hotel offers. I insisted a lot on the breakfast issue because I had read comments about the problems people had experienced trying to have breakfast there. In my case, I was going to attend some conferences, so punctuality in serving breakfast was important. Although I called reception at 7:00 AM to make sure I could have breakfast at 7:30 and they told me yes, when I went at 7:30 the guy at reception didn't know anything about it and had to go look for breakfast, so I couldn't have breakfast at the hotel and had to take it with me. There's almost no natural light in the room, and the artificial lighting is very dim, so if you like places with plenty of natural light, this isn't the place for you. At 6:00 AM, they start making a lot of noise outside – I understand it's related to cleaning, but it sounds like they're scraping something. I think they should be more respectful of guests' rest. The water pressure isn't enough to wash your hair if you have long hair, and I couldn't get hot water either. I wanted to get a SIM card upon arrival at the airport, but since my flight arrived late, I didn't want to keep the driver waiting. I asked him if there would be any place near the hotel to get a SIM card. He told me he would do it for me because a special card was needed that foreigners didn't have. Even though I asked him if he thought it was possible with just my passport, he said it wasn't possible. He wanted to charge me 100 GHS to do it himself, and I told him I would think about it. In the end, I did it myself with my passport – so it is indeed possible, and they charged me 25 GHS. I had planned to stay 6 more days, but all these events made me end up canceling my stay at this place and moving to another, cheaper place with better service.

Este lugar es un 10/10 absolutamente sorprendente. Me hizo mi viaje al aeropuerto muy fácil y tuve un sueño noturno tan sorprendente. Estoy seguramente de vuelta a este lugar. No dude, sólo ¡BOK!

La ubicación de este Best Western Plus Accra Beach Hotel ha sido mi lugar ideal lejos del bullicio de la ciudad durante varias visitas. Ofrecen excelente comida, bebidas, habitaciones limpias y un servicio EXCEPCIONAL. Primera comida. El desayuno es delicioso y ofrece platos locales. El personal es agradable y RECUERDA los gustos y disgustos de los huéspedes. ¡Dos, BEBIDAS! Los camareros hacen un espectáculo mezclando bebidas. Sin embargo, esta puede ser la razón por la que el bar puede estar ocupado a veces y los invitados pueden pasar por alto. Esta es la única vez que he experimentado algo negativo durante mi estadía. Cuando esto ocurrió, no pasó desapercibido para uno de los miembros del personal de Alimentos y Bebidas. Esto me lleva a centrarme en el SERVICIO EXCEPCIONAL y el PROFESIONALISMO. Un caballero, el Sr. Prosper, que forma parte del Equipo de Alimentos y Bebidas, rápidamente se disculpó por el incidente y se aseguró de que los miembros del personal que estaban capacitándose en ese momento lo prestaran atención. El joven empleado que me había pasado por alto en el bar, incluso localizó mi habitación para ofrecer disculpas personales. Fuera de eso, el sitio está bien cuidado y las habitaciones tienen vistas increíbles del océano o del área junto a la piscina. Las familias también disfrutarán de una estadía o incluso de un día en este AMISTOSO lugar.

Lo amaba. Servicios limpios y buenos al cliente. Seguramente volveré a reservar cuando esté en Accra

Always will come back but I think there needs to be an improvement on the breakfast even if the price steps up a bit
