Mi marido y yo tuvimos un gran tiempo. Realmente disfruté allí. Muy agradable personal y muy amigable. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y las camas y las galletas son tan cómodas. Volveremos pronto.

Cuando llegué al hotel, la recepción fue educada y me consiguió la llave de mi habitación rápidamente. Una vez que llegué a mi habitación, estaba limpia, tenía un televisor grande y agradable y era extremadamente tranquilo.

There was a sock and used razor on the ground when I just checked in. Otherwise everything was fine. Parking was $16 after tax. It’s behind the hotel. The entrance parking was full when I got there. 2 free drinks 5:30-7pm and breakfast included. Omelette bar was pretty good. Staff generally were very friendly. Pictures are the view from my room.

The hotel was nice and we have stayed at Fairfield Inns before. However, the television was broken and needed to be replaced. There were lines on the display screen in two directions, a spot in the lower left hand corner where the television had been dropped or something hit the screen, and the remote control had a sticky substance on the back of it and had obviously not been cleaned. When my wife used the hair dryer, the plastic on the exterior of the hair dryer had separated and posed a potential hazard. The worst part of our stay was my wife finding a bug in the bed when she was straightening the bed for our departure.
The accommodations were not up to Marriott standards, but the desk clerk received our concerns well and apologized.

**Great Value Stopover at The Highlands!**
Microtel was an excellent, convenient stop on our Fort Wayne to DC trip. Located right off I-70 at The Highlands, it was perfect for easy access. The room was **clean and quiet**, exactly what we needed for a quick rest. The staff was friendly, and the free breakfast got us back on the road fast. Highly recommended for a stress-free, budget-friendly overnight!

UUsuario invitadoIn January I rented 2 rooms for this past weekend off of trip.com as a nonrefundable booking so I paid for rooms at time of booking and money was immediately charged to my account. Got to hotel for check in, Sherri(sorry if spelling wrong) asked if I wanted to use card on file and I explained I already paid. She said it was a hold for Incidentals so I said ok. She said the computer wouldn't let her use that credit card so I scanned a different one. I then checked my credit card app to see how much hold for incidentals was and it showed being charged for both rooms for a higher price than what I paid. I asked her about it and she said the second room was unable to charge the original card so it charged to that credit card. I first explained it was all pre paid and showed her where it came out of my account in January and on top of that it also didn't make sense that the hotel amount was higher than what I booked at on trip.com which I also pulled up and showed her. She said that my my fault for ”using a 3rd party” because they cannot guarantee rates booked through them. She said I would have to contact them and I asked if she was saying trip.com was a scam and she said it was possible (even though trip.com is a well known booking site and I've never had a issue before). I explained I only thought the hold was for incidentals as she mentioned and was not expecting almost $300 more to be charged and she said there was nothing that could be done as her manager was not in until Monday and the assistant manager had recently quit and they were not allowed to contact their manager on her days off for any reason. I asked multiple times for her to contact her manager since this was a signifant problem as I had not expected a extra charge for the weekend and because I was from out of state it concerned me no one in charge would be available for another 3 days and by then I woukd be gone. She continued saying she was absolutely not allowed to contact her supervisor under any circumstances. Another coworker with her agreed with her. I will say neither employee was rude, but it is ridiculous there is no one they could call to get help. They said corporate would not be able to be of assistance then either and only thier manager who was not available until Monday and they were not allowed to contact on her days off. Other than that (and the fridge not getting cold until the last day).... the hotel,pool, and breakfast were all very nice.

JJunesdaughterThe convenience of staying right at the ****** was the best part of the stay. It was great to walk right up to our room after a fun night without having to go outside. But other than that it was just ok. The staff checking us in looked tired and worn down. They were clearly used to checking in people who stay at ******s often but this was new to us. When I said it was our first time here I would have appreciated some info about breakfast and maybe an offer for a players card. Some staff were new so learning the job is understandable, but it just looked like it had been a really long day. The room was fine. It was clean and comfortable. The ****** was a lot of fun. Breakfast the next am was pretty basic, cereal oatmeal, toast, bagels, muffins and yogurt. The host arranging it all was lovely and helpful. He found earl gray tea for me when I asked. It was a fun overnight at an ok hotel. Glad we gave it a try.

WWEIEste es el hotel más hermoso de este itinerario americano. El hotel está ubicado en una hermosa ladera. Cuando nos registramos por la noche, buscamos el hotel durante más de media hora. El letrero al costado de la carretera no era obvio. Fueron necesarias algunas vueltas para encontrarlo. Casi te rindes.
Me gusta el entorno interno y externo del hotel. Un hotel americano típico es el mismo que otros hoteles americanos. No hay hervidor, cepillo de dientes ni pasta de dientes, y las demás instalaciones son buenas.
El salón de arriba del vestíbulo del hotel es muy impresionante y hay una piscina al lado. Hay un campo de golf frente al hotel, un pequeño lago detrás y muchos ciervos sika junto a la carretera por la noche.
Si no tengo prisa, ¡realmente quiero quedarme en este hotel un día más!

UUsuario invitadoWe were expecting a no-frills experience, so that wasn’t the problem. The problem was the following: very loose electric outlets so it was difficult to plug in a Wi-Fi charger, broken tile on bathroom floor that was dangerous with a sharp edge. A live roach in the bathroom, a nonworking hairdryer, no Kleenex at check in and none even after maid service, a stark breakfast with no abailable cold water or juice and minimal choices. We stayed two days and some of the desk people were very kind and helpful. It was the facility that was subpar, even for an older place. Would’ve gladly paid a bit more to be more comfortable. Yes, the beds and towels and coffee were fine, btw.

UUsuario invitadoLas grandes personas y el servicio salieron a tomar el desayuno y las chicas estaban llegando a cambiarme uno me preguntó si necesitaba algo que yo dije sí y me desconecté las toallas fuera de eso dejé mi habitación solo mientras me quedé que me encuentro agradable y me dio una desde un seguridad y respeto por mis propiedades, especialmente porque no tenía que preocuparme por que nadie entrara en mi habitación y robara mis cosas. En cuanto al desayuno era agradable pero sencillo haría una sugerencia y se añade un cesto de frutas para que alguien pueda tener una banana o algo más que esos kudos si vuelvo a esta ciudad voy a venir aquí precio es muy razonable gracias y tú

CCheralyn KayThis was a one night stay. We checked into our room and didn’t have any water- no toilet, no shower, no sink. We went back downstairs and let them know and they said it was due to construction and the water would be back on in an hour. It wasn’t, so we went to dinner. Thankfully we finally had water. Not a great way to spend time in a hotel, when half the time we were there, we didn’t have any water to the room. Location was great, but there are other hotels around. They should have told us before booking about the construction.
