Service was for the most part great but i asked for a higher floor in the notes when i booked but was placed on the first floor which was no No problem! I specifically booked this hotel because of the 2 tvs in the room because I’ve stayed before but upon arrival and seeing my room didn’t have both tvs i immediately wanted to change rooms because that’s what i specifically booked for along with the sofa bed because thats what the picture displayed ! I asked to be moved to another room, and was granted the request! But was also informed the hotel was removing the 2 tv option but was banking on a room that still had it available and i saw the hotel was busy that day and didn’t want to be on the first floor with so much traffic! So anyway the receptionist granted my room change to the 4th floor, PERFECT! So me and my family gathered our things and went to the 4th floor only to find a much smaller room, no sofa bed, only a chair and i was like this is worse than the original because if not the tvs i still needed the sofa bed for my boys ! Immediately called and voiced my concern about the cramped room and can we go back to the original for more space, receptionist informed me she had sold it ! It had only been about 5-10 mins top, i was livid at this point! She stated the room i booked was a king room and the room i originally booked was the only one with the sofa bed, like whatttt why was i not informed before the move, i wouldve stayed so i had to deal with this cramped room with me, my boyfriend and our 2 boys ! The bathroom was TRASH, i mean absolutely garbage! I asked to upgrade to 2 queens rooms but she said i couldnt because i booked thru 3rd party and i would have to basically buy the room separately! I mean it didn’t make sense whatsoever to me to not be accommodated in some sort especially when i had kids in a 1 bed basic room! Never going back! But the receptionist was cool, i just wanted some type of relaxation for 3 days but we made it work but we will not be returning! And the bathroom was covered in mold, just disgusting!

We never previously stayed at a LaQuinta and I can assure you we never will again!!! We were lied to about the room by the front desk person who got off at 3 p.m. The first room we were in, that the front desk person lied about and moved us to, appeared to have water coming up through the floor. When we entered the room water was puddles under the bed and around two sides of it. We cleaned it up except for the part to show the water was clear and not a mess made by our dog. When we tried to call the front desk, the room phone did not work at all not even a dial tone. While waiting for the front desk to change our room, we flushed the toilet and it was like a floodgate of water started appearing from the floor. Getting back to the front desk girl lying to us. I told her that I cannot physically climb stairs because she was telling me i would have to climb 3 flights of stairs dur to problems with the elevator. We were told that though the room would be a queen bed, instead of a king, it was not as far to walk as the elevator and it was a drive up room. Well, let me tell you, we passed the elevator on the way to the room and it was all the way to the end of the hallway. Also, from the after 3 p.m. desk clerk, who straightened out the first desk clerk's mess and who did not lie to us, we found out this LaQuinta has NO drive up rooms!!! I has prepaid our room with no mention of a fee for our dog. So, in addition, this dishonest front deskperson charges us a $25 fee for our dog. When we checked out today, my husband asked for a receipt and the dishonest front desk person told him it would be emailed to us. Honestly, at this point we do not trust that our credit card information is secure and has not been lifted. Given all of this, we will NEVER stay at any LaQuinta again and will actively discourage our friends and family from staying in any LaQuinta.

I enjoyed that the hotel very well maintained and smelled clean. The room itself a little musty and damp due to the high humidity and weather, but it was very clean. The tv was a little confusing on how to change channels. Bathroom was clean and had all that was needed for a shower and lotion after. There was a wardrobe closet that was neatly maintained with an iron and ironing board. Good sized room. The king sized bed has plenty of plushy pillows and bedding. It might be a little high for someone shorter or who has issues climbing into a bed that’s up high. Very basic coffee machine in the room. There’s a safe and a frig as well which is nice. Might be a nicer touch if there were complimentary bottles of water in the frig. Overall I would rate it 4.5 stars if you only need to stay 3 or 4 days. The staff is very friendly. A young lady named Shi was at the front desk and she was so sweet and accommodating to any questions we had. The day we left, we were running behind and missed breakfast. I asked if maybe they had any extra rolls or muffins for us to take on the road. She was sweet enough to allow us to go into the breakfast area and pick out whatever we needed before we left. That was very kind of her and an example of going above and beyond for her customers. She greeted us and said goodbye with a smile, which definitely made our experience all the more better.

The grounds and exterior of the White House hotel is wonderful. However, other features of this hotel leave something to be desired. Firstly, if you're looking for a place to unwind by the pool with a great ocean view, you're in luck, but unfortunately the pool is not heated. The dining room was unavailable due to ”construction” or ”remodeling,” so any food ordered (which was good) either had to be room-service or eaten at the bar. I stayed in a standard room with a king bed, which was not very comfortable. The vanity light in the bathroom was only half lit, making shaving difficult. The TV in the room was old and the back light seemed to be going out. There was a small 3 drawer dresser for clothing, but other than that, really nothing other than the nightstands to set things on (but there was a very small bistro table for the coffee maker. And the most frustrating part, the AC unit either made the room VERY cold or VERY warm. The uncomfortable bed, with thin covers and a bipolar HVAC made getting good rest impossible. For the same price or less, I could have stayed at one of the casinos with better amenities and more comfortable rooms.

La habitación era muy confortable, el techo r necesitaba estar vacío y champú, el piso de la habitación necesitaba limpiarse. Asegúrese de que tienes slides para usar mientras estás en la habitación... el desayuno fue mejor que otros lugares que he permanecido... el personal de la oficina delantera de la semana muy agradable y amigable que el personal del fin de semana junto a la joven que estaba allí lunes por la mañana 5/12/25 no así - Qué bien.

La mañana siguiente me di cuenta de algunas cuestiones importantes y hablé con la oficina del frente. Envié incluso videos y fotos al director de custodia que estaba en el cargo. Ella era muy disculpa y así era la dama que trabajaba en el escritorio delantero. Pero cuando el director, creo que su nombre era Corey, salió.... Su actitud era horrible. De hecho, no sabía que era el director antes de verlo entrar, pero cuando dije “Buen día”, él sólo seguía caminando. Así que quizás estaba teniendo un mal día.. INDEPENDENTE, eso no es culpa mía. ¡No me ha hecho nada más, ni siquiera después de que me dijera que no estaba contento! Y lo dije de una manera agradable, pero recibí nada más que una mala actitud en cambio!! No comparto el video aquí, sólo porque la Lady del desayuno era excelente... y el trabajador del escritorio delantero era un dulce..... Pero ese gerente era el peor 👎🏾

El hotel estaba en una ubicación excelente. Había muchos restaurantes y tiendas. El joven que nos ha visitado fue muy agradable y amigable. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. La habitación era agradable, pero la persona en la habitación, ya sea delante de mí o detrás, fumó toda la noche. Tostuve y me aprietó por fumar cigarrillos. Intenté cubrir mi cabeza, sentado en el otro extremo de la cama, pero no ayudó. La jovencita de la oficina delantera no era tan amable, estaba trabajando en algo en el ordenador y seguía la cabeza por mucho tiempo antes de que finalmente le preguntó que podía ayudarme. El hotel es un hotel de gran calidad, pero no es un hotel de gran calidad.

En el hotel, el hotel se ha convertido en un hotel de 3 estrellas. No funcionaba, así que les dije de nuevo y esta vez el “mantenimiento” era ahora el “manager”. Pregunté si podíamos cambiar las habitaciones. Dijeron que no tenían más habitaciones dobles. Finalmente después de 30 minutes-1 hora finalmente me dieron una habitación única. No me reembolsaron por un doble por esa noche. Probablemente no me quedaré aquí otra vez. El “mantenedor” o “manager” lo que sea fue muy rudo.
