La habitación era limpia, pero una de las damas en la mesa delantera era ruda para mí, a ambos tiempos, tuve que interactuar con ella.

El hotel estaba limpio y en una ubicación excelente por la razón que estaba en Birmingham. El baño en mi habitación tenía un paraguas que impidieron que el agua huyera cuando no quería que se recogiera en el baño durante actividades como lavar mis dientes y lavar mi cara. El agua también estaba fría y llevó demasiado tiempo para calentar un poco. No estaba ni siquiera caliente. Por lo tanto, me eché y no pude duchar. Mi hijo se ha duchado en un día frío, uno de los más fríos que hemos tenido en Alabama en un tiempo. La primera vez que el camión de fuego llegó, oí a un empleado que se disculpó por no haberles pedido que supieran que era sólo un ensayo. La única razón por la que no di una calificación inferior para las instalaciones es porque una vez que me referí al problema con el duche y la niebla, enviaron a un hombre bueno a la habitación para hacer las reparaciones, La persona que me estaba examinando me dijo que no podía hacer nada por mí porque me reservaba a través de un tercero. Sin embargo, ella dijo que devolvería el dinero que pagué por estacionar.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Orange Beach, Alabama, was a beautiful place! I liked the hotel layout. My favorite parts while staying there were collecting shells on their beaitiful private beach behind the hotel, leisurely riding innertubes on their ”heated river” behind the hotel and enjoying their delicious breakfast buffet. Every hotel employee we met was wonderful and helpful! I reserved a physicallyhandicapped room with island view. My only unpleasant part of my stay was the flooding from the handicapped bathroom shower that flooded the bathroom floor, into the front entrance to the room, even wetting the hall carpet. I reported it to the front desk, who thanked me for reporting it. They said it was because it was a handicapped room. I told them it didn't matter...if it was a handicapped room or not. I told them more care should have been taken considering it was for a handicapped person. What if I'd fallen on the wet floor and gotten hurt? Anyway, I liked the hotel but I don't recommend renting and reserving the handicapped room (#415) until these issues are corrected and the room, itself, is updated and this problem is completely corrected. We absolutely loved our stay at Marriott Hotel Suites in Orange Beach, Alabama! From easy check-in to easy check-out, everything was smooth, convenient, and perfect for our family’s needs. The hotel was clean and well cared for. While we were there, we noticed staff actively cleaning, vacuuming, and keeping the floors neat, which really stood out to us. We also loved the little shopping area where you can pick up items you may have forgotten at home — such a convenient touch! Our room was wonderful and very family-friendly. I especially appreciated that the room was not fully carpeted. The hard flooring in the living area was perfect after coming in from the pool with wet feet, sand, and towels. It made so much more sense than having carpet everywhere. The pool was amazing, the price was great, and the overall stay exceeded our expectations. We found it comfortable, convenient, clean, and truly suitable for a family trip. We would definitely stay here again!

I recently completed a long-term stay (about 3 weeks) at Sleep Inn & Suites Montgomery in their King Suite, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The King Suite was incredibly spacious and well-designed for an extended stay. Having that extra space made a huge difference in comfort. The room was consistently clean, and the bed provided excellent support for a good night's rest after a long day. What stood out most was the convenience. The location is excellent for accessing local spots, and the amenities provided in the suite were very practical. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making me feel welcome throughout my 20-day stay. If you are looking for a reliable, clean, and spacious place to stay in Montgomery—especially for a longer trip—I highly recommend this hotel. It offers great value for the price!

The place really needs to be gutted and rebuilt!! The tub corners were really filthy!! It was like baked in dirt!! Looks like they may need a chisel to remove the dirt stuck to the tub corners!! Thank goodness I always bring my own shower flip flops !! They didn’t even have bath towels just hand towels and one of the wash cloths was not even white anymore ( that really should have been trashed!! ) Thank goodness I also bring my own towels ! The carpet was so stained the room smells horrible!! The elevator was so dirty and dingy!!  And to think they charged me $225 for the night !! It’s good I was just passing through and it was a last minute trip and I didn’t have to stay but less than 12 hours!! I would never go back to that hotel again and unfortunately they make all other hotels that carry the same name look bad!!
