Situado cerca del círculo de Fuente, todo es accesible. La piscina de techo tiene una bonita vista pero no abierto a la piscina. La opción de desayuno se puede mejorar. En general, las habitaciones son agradables incluso si están en el lado más pequeño, pero considerando la velocidad nocturna, es perfecto.

La ubicación es excelente. Nuestra habitación es muy agradable, con botellas de agua gratis y albornoz. Nuestra habitación tiene vistas a la playa de Newtown. Se necesita un pase para la playa, que está a solo 5 minutos a pie. La playa de Newtown y sus servicios son geniales, con una temática bohemia. Hay varias tiendas de conveniencia en los alrededores. El personal es amable y servicial. El desayuno es excelente. Gracias al personal del comedor, Mico, quien nos regaló un pastel de aniversario durante el desayuno. La ubicación está cerca de nuestro lugar de culto. No nos proporcionaron una toalla de baño y la pequeña está muy desgastada y no nos dieron loción. Cuando llegamos después de nuestro viaje, el hotel cambió su nombre a Mercure, quizás por eso, porque tiene el nombre de Belmont en las toallas. En general, disfrutamos de nuestra estancia y recomendamos el hotel.

Este lugar está muy cerca del Aeropuerto de Bohol. Sin embargo, hay que caminar un poco. Se tarda unos 4 minutos en tuk-tuk desde el aeropuerto. Alona también está a poca distancia. Ventajas: Piscina Piscina larga Ubicada en medio de una piscina profunda, perfecta para bucear con patos. Habitaciones Basado en una habitación con acceso completo Antigua. Se supone que el aire acondicionado se enciende al cerrar la puerta corrediza de la piscina, pero no lo reconoció correctamente, así que cerré la puerta varias veces. Me alojé en un hotel de media noche para un vuelo nocturno. Me alojé allí dos veces en este viaje. En ambas ocasiones, no había toallas de ducha en la habitación. Jajaja. El primer día, llegué a las 2 o 3 de la madrugada y no pude ducharme, así que simplemente dormí. A la vuelta, me quedé una noche y, aunque hice el check-in durante el día, no había toallas de ducha. Había una lavandería al final del pasillo, así que fui a preguntar, pero me dijeron que estaban secando y que no tenían toallas. Me pidieron el número de mi habitación y prometieron traerlas cuando terminaran. Esto se repitió dos veces. En el tercer viaje, me dieron una toalla de piscina y la usé como toalla de ducha. Me pregunto por qué no proporcionan toallas en la habitación. Si no había toallas en ambas estancias, es un problema grave de limpieza. Si no hay toallas después del check-in, deberían haberlas pedido inmediatamente. Sin embargo, la razón por la que me quedé dos veces fue simplemente por la piscina.

Esta es mi segunda estancia en Bayfront. El personal es muy caliente y útil. La limpieza es la parte superior. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y tempranas. Delicioso desayuno cada vez. Linda piscina de techo. Situación es maravillosa.

Hotel is about 1.8 km from Alona Beach, and they provide a free shuttle service. The place is quiet and great for a good night’s sleep. The room was clean, though there’s still room for improvement. Staff were friendly, and the swimming pool was nice. Breakfast is à la carte with limited choices and mainly Filipino style. I also received a free upgrade to a family room, which was a nice surprise. One suggestion for the hotel: prepare a clearer and better floor map for the rooms — your customers will appreciate it.

I had a wonderful stay at Fili Hotel and was truly impressed from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, with modern interiors and a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. Every detail, from the lobby to the rooms, feels thoughtfully curated and elegant. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the amenities provided made the stay even more convenient and relaxing. I also appreciated the peaceful ambiance, which made it easy to unwind. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly made the experience memorable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, which I appreciated. While there were many options available, I feel there is still a little room for improvement in terms of selection and variety. That said, the food was fresh and nicely prepared. Overall, Fili Hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu, and I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Amazing hotel for Cebu travelers! The location is perfect — right in the city center and within walking distance to Ayala Mall. There are also great restaurants and spa/massage salons nearby, which makes everything very convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout my stay. One small area for improvement would be the breakfast, especially the bacon 🥓. It looked and tasted like it had been reheated several times and had lost its appeal. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. 4.9/5.0 👍👍👍

The location of this hotel is excellent, only about 15 minutes from the airport, which made it very convenient. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They were able to organise a Grab to the airport and even checked me in at 3am without any issues. After a long stretch of travel, it was honestly such a smooth and easy experience. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for an overnight stay. There was a small area of rust under the mirror, but nothing major. The only thing I would suggest improving is the cleanliness of the couches in the hotel’s common areas, as there were visible big spots on them. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, especially for a short stop near the airport.

The hotel is very close to Ayala mall. If you are someone that loves shopping , then you should stay here. The staffs in the hotel are very friendly and accommodating. If you enjoy music in the evening, they have some live music in the lobby until 11 pm. You can also order cocktails or any drinks in the lobby bar. They have some very good ones. ”Gayuma ng Sirena. ” is a must try. Breakfast is also good just come earlier to be able to sit in the restaurant.

Staffs are accomodating,they let us check in earlier,the room was big with a very nice view , near to all food establishment,breakfast buffet was good , near to mactan beach ,there's a free transpo going to the beach or you can walk since it's very near,which we did .i will definitely recommend this hotel and i will comeback for sure.
