SskyscappyEste lugar superó todas nuestras expectativas y somos viajeros ávidos. Todo comenzó con el más cálido saludo cuando entramos por las puertas y la oferta de galletas recién calientes en el check-in, la velocidad fue excelente, las tripulaciones fueron amables y siempre listas para ayudar. La habitación es básica pero tiene todo lo que necesitas, canales de televisión en abundancia, botellas de agua listas, excelente ducha y comodidades, etc. Si pudiera elegir algo, serían los pequeños ruidos de las tuberías por la noche, el aire acondicionado que podría haber estado bloqueado. mejor, pero en serio no tan malo. La cama es cómoda, la habitación está limpia y el espacio es suficiente. Muy cerca de lugares, fácil de conseguir coches. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!

I had a very pleasant stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour. The overall experience was excellent from check-in to check-out.
The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were professional and always ready to assist whenever I had any questions or needed help, which made the whole stay feel comfortable and hassle-free.
The room was clean, tidy, spacious and well maintained. Everything was properly prepared when I arrived, and the room felt comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were also in good condition, and I really enjoyed the peaceful environment and beautiful surrounding views.
The location is convenient and the overall atmosphere of the property is quiet and relaxing. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and the good service provided by the staff.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and definitely good value for money. I would happily stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and relaxing place to stay in the Puteri Harbour area.

LLai EngChaiOverall, the stay had both positive and negative experiences.
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who was friendly, polite, and greeted us with a genuine smile, making check-in a pleasant experience.
Shortly after entering the room, we noticed that the entrance light was not working. After calling the front desk, the maintenance staff responded promptly and replaced the light quickly, which was appreciated.
Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. The shower water flow was inconsistent, with periods of no water followed by a weak flow of cold water, making it difficult to shower comfortably.
The biggest concern was the loud compressor noise from the rooftop, which continued throughout the night and made it very difficult to get a proper night’s sleep.
In addition, both bath towels had a strong mouldy smell and did not seem properly cleaned, which was disappointing and fell below basic hygiene expectations.
While the service from the front desk and maintenance team was commendable, the room maintenance, facilities, and housekeeping require significant improvement to provide a more comfortable guest experience.

CCheeWH79Had a 4 days 3 night staycation here. Excellent location with Mid-Valley Southkey mall within the same building. Perfect for shopping, dining, entertainment and accomodation all under one roof. The room was decent and clean with standard amenities. Bed and pillows are comfortable, Facilities are alright with gym and swimming pool with a nice view at the top floor. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a lot of focus on local Malaysian cuisines. There is sufficient variety to try different food each day during my stay. Parking is reasonable at RM10 per day although officially stated as RM5. I believe each day ends at midnight. Thus, staying overnight guarantees paying for at least 2 days of parking. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visitng JB.

Bed is on the hard and springy side
Staff are friendly and helpful
Lvl 1 parking is recommended as basement cp is very dark
However, not very child friendly as there is only rainshower and no shower head. So its hard to bath the kids.

MMissk.shoutoutThis was my second stay at Sheraton JB! Overall, another great experience—the staff remain warm and friendly, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. Having a balloon artist right outside the cafe during breakfast was a brilliant touch!
A couple of minor areas for improvement this visit: there was a strange smell in the lobby (a few air purifiers might easily resolve this), and the towels also had a slight odor. Thankfully, the lobby issue was isolated to that area.
On the plus side, the newly opened SKS Mall nearby is super clean and convenient with almost everything you need, missing only a cinema.

HHanz NafeezI had a wonderful 3-day stay at Trinidad Hotel. The location was excellent—very convenient and easy to get around from. The room was also massive, spacious, and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Have a 2 day breakfast here and what i can say ”sedap” and my stomach able to bertahan until evening.
Overall, I really loved my experience and would be happy to stay here again and will definitely come back soonest.

LLindaRznThis would be my third time staying at this hotel. The location is very convenient , easy to get around JB, also near a mall where I can shop for food and other stuff.
The plus point is the breakfast, although they have the same menu for almost everyday, they do change a few to make it less boring like different type of nasi goreng, mee or meehoo also a switch from mee kari, beehoon soup and lontong. It adds options
Would prefer to have an in room iron but it was stated ironing station are somewhere along the floor corridor. Thanks to the staff Ms Siti for helping me solve the issue with the elusive iron.😆. Staff are all nice and professional.
