Came for the dinosaur water ”theme park”, 20rm per adult/kid regardless hotel guests or not. The pool consists of 3pools with plenty of fun floats free to use. Maintenance is ok, could be better, algae growing on stairs leading up to slides. But overall kids enjoyed themselves. Staff were also accommodating, requested early check-in bc we wanted to access the pool early. But was told only 3pm available, but we could still head up to the pool. Since it's open to public too. But when we headed down after our time at the pool at about 1pm to drop off our luggage pre-checkin to head out, asked again if we could checkin early and this time and different staff assisting happily checked us in. Pool shower rooms in Tower 2 is satisfactorily clean! We opted to use that instead of the shower rooms available in the dinosaur park. Our 1single +1 queen bed met our needs for our 1 night stay. Room seems to be thoroughly cleaned regularly. We made some shifts to the bed and found the floor under the beds to be dust free. Housekeeping staff were the most pleasant to engage with, very happy to supply our needs for more towel or bottled water.

Nuestra estancia fue, en general, una experiencia fantástica. La habitación que nos dieron estaba limpia, era espaciosa y tenía una vista increíble; disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, no nos avisaron con antelación del cambio de habitación, aunque la nueva resultó estar bien. También sería útil que nos proporcionaran una ubicación más precisa, ya que la dirección que nos dieron no era la exacta y tuvimos que caminar entre 5 y 8 minutos para llegar al apartamento. A pesar de estos pequeños inconvenientes, lo pasamos de maravilla y apreciamos enormemente la hermosa vista y la comodidad de nuestra estancia.

We had a wonderful stay at Berjaya Waterfront Hotel. I booked the Romantic Getaway package for my boyfriend’s birthday, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. The room was beautifully decorated, and both the high tea and dinner were thoughtfully prepared and very picturesque. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Special thanks to Athirah, Rahman, and Ficki for the room décor, and to Zairul for taking great care of us during high tea and dinner. We truly felt very well looked after. The package was also very affordable compared to similar offers from other hotels. Highly recommended for couples looking for a memorable stay.

Great hotel at a attractive price - staff : friendly super helpful , allowed me to check in earlier - room: clean, spacious, fully equip - amenities: complete with laundry, restaurant, gym n pool (didn't try the bfast though) This hotel is really nice with free parking n the infinity pool overlooking the harbour.. there's a few shops nearby n some pub, close to hard rock puteri harbour.. but nearest mall - sunway big box is Ard 7-8km drive

1. The breakfast spread is the best of my many stays among the JB hotels. . 2. Very ESG there's a water dispenser in the room including hot water. 3. Good view can see the RTS link bridge from the woodlands side. 4. The room is big and spacious. 5. Shower water pressure is good. 6 there's digital lock safe.

nice environment but far from city area, and when booking already mention need a big bed them didn’t prepare in advance, and the coffee table look old already

Service and facilities were good enough for a short one-night stay. Quite value for money as breakfast was included. Breakfast was a simple Malaysia breakfast buffet and tasted good. However, a point to caution future guests, I was asked to hand over my card to pay a deposit fee, which I thought the staff would simply scan/ tap the card on the card reader machine (like the previous hotels I have stayed in). But to my horror, the staff started taking down my card details, including my CVV number. Immediately, I felt extremely insecure and knew that it is too late to ask them to delete it as I could not be certain that they would truly delete the details. Hence, I immediately proceeded to lock my card and inform my bank about this. In the end, I had to pay for a replacement card for ease of mind. I felt that the staff should have provided an option to place the deposit in cash and also informed beforehand that such card details would be taken down. If I had known that my card number and CVV number had to be recorded for deposit purposes, I would have requested to pay the deposit in cash.

Neat hotel at an affordable price. Stayed for a night as we had a morning flight to catch. Conveniently located across Komtar Mall. So many eateries available in Komtar or City Sq. I appreciate the quick check in and check out service. The room was very clean and equipped with TV. You can access YouTube, Netflix etc. Bed was a little hard, but I will take that anytime as long as room & bathroom is clean.

Super spacious hotel! I was glad I chose this over an airbnb option. It was really near CIQ, but I would still suggest taking a Grab to the hotel. It felt very safe and clean. Their in-room dining service was great and affordable. I might even say better than cafe food around! Their garlic parmesan fries are so good, I would go back just for that! I extended my stay through the hotel direct and they almost charged me 100RM more. I had to show my booking confirmation from their reservation team just for them to award me the price they quoted. It was gracefully settled so no issue, but just be careful and check what you’re paying for!

Su ubicación es inmejorable, justo enfrente del centro comercial City Square y del puesto de control, lo que facilita mucho el acceso. Además, está cerca de la zona de cafeterías, restaurantes para desayunar y tiendas de segunda mano. A tan solo 700 metros, un paseo muy agradable. La zona está muy bien iluminada y suele haber bastante gente, así que es segura por la noche. El hotel se ofreció a guardar nuestras maletas incluso después de nuestra salida, lo cual fue de gran ayuda. La habitación estaba muy limpia y los artículos de aseo estaban repuestos.
