1st time staying in KSL. Location is great, just beside KSL mall and lots of eatery nearby. Check-in is fast. Room is clean.I like the room floor without carpet. However, the water heater pressure is inconsistent, too little water and water is hot even i turn it to the cold water side. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable for me. Can hear the loud air conditioner sound (not sure if it is the room aircon unit or the huge condenser outside n below the room). Overall, will still stay in this hotel for the resonable rates, cleanliness and location.

Stayed here for one night. Overall, it was an okay experience but with some downsides. The main issue was the noise — there’s a club opposite the hotel, and the music was very loud throughout the night. Even from our room (not directly next to it), we could clearly hear the bass, which made it quite difficult to sleep. The room itself was generally clean, but the bathroom could use improvement. The bathtub was slightly moldy and felt slippery, and the showerhead leaked, causing water to spread onto the bathroom floor. Food was average — nothing memorable. The chicken was overcooked and the noodles were a bit too salty. On the positive side, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a 7-Eleven conveniently located right next door. Overall, it’s an okay stay for a short trip, but the noise and bathroom condition were the main drawbacks.

I recently stayed at Holiday Villa Johor Bahru City Centre and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a lovely unblocked city view, which made the stay quite enjoyable and relaxing. However, one downside was the bathroom setup. It only came with a fixed rain shower and did not have a detachable shower head. This made it quite inconvenient, especially for my mum, as it was difficult for her to shower comfortably. Overall, it’s a good hotel with nice rooms and views, but the bathroom design could be more user-friendly, particularly for elderly guests or those who prefer more flexibility.

Me alojé en el FUJU Homestay de R&F Princess Cove. En general, el lugar estaba bastante limpio: las sábanas estaban frescas y el apartamento ordenado. Sin embargo, la cisterna del inodoro estaba dura, lo cual resultó un poco incómodo, y el refrigerador no estaba muy limpio a mi llegada. Aparte de eso, la ubicación era excelente: el centro comercial R&F tenía fácil acceso, lo que facilitó mucho las cosas. Con algunas pequeñas mejoras en el mantenimiento, este lugar podría ser mucho mejor.

Siempre me gusta quedarse aquí cuando llegamos JB ,cos da personal aquí todo muy útil n amigable , pero algo que necesitan mejorar es da habitación si tienen un techo fan n secador de pelo será perfecto ,n también da lobby n da habitación fuera del corredor debería tener Aircon , cos siempre cuando esperando para comprobar en el lobby de da Habit too hot lor , fuera de la da hotel es gratis estacionamiento que es conveniente para nosotros 🤗

Walking distance yo KSL Mall. Carpark is small and the driver needs yo be very skilful. I booed the newly renovated room which cost a little more. Room is new and clean but the towels and bedsheets are not new. They are old and yellowish. The bedsheets have stains too. Overall, the stay is good.

First time here and absolutely love the hotel Very clean and great stuff The rooms were a little small but overall still very good Just 5 mins walk to mid valley mall Breakfast was one of the best I’ve tried in Jb. Had so much of choices. And very nice too Hotel delivered the request I put I Will definitely go again Very happy

A large 20-30 years old hotel building. Clean , very large guest room with city view on the high floor. Fast check in and friendly staff. Very good buffet breakfast. Good water pressure at the high floor bathroom. None smoking rooms are available, but sometimesl smell of the smoking still coming from room ventilation. Good room price. Will stay again if I come to Johor Baru.

Don't be fooled by the photos, it's actually a very straightforward, non-fancy boutique hotel. Good for a night stay or for those not looking to spend time in the hotel room. We got unlucky to have a room that has no windows. Walls are really thin, I was awakened by noises outside. But bed was okay, aircond functioned well.

En general, estoy muy contento con mi estancia. Todo el personal es amable, atento y educado. Mi sincero agradecimiento a Iman (recepción), Kristina (limpieza) y a todo el personal. ¡Sigan así! La habitación era tal como la habíamos reservado, la ubicación es excelente y muy práctica.
